Ms Jacquline & Danny are Awesome!Ms Jacqueline is always so professional and courteous! Mr Danny is my go to man for my awesome pedicures! I go every two weeks however if I miss a visit in between my nails still look great! I drive from Saginaw because I love their service and professionalism! And the place is clean and beautiful!

My nail tech was Sandy and she did wonderfully. I picked a blue I wanted and was able to find a pink to match perfectly. They are always so kind and fastidious!

I always feel welcome when I come to this salon. Other places will size me up at a glance and serve me at their convenience. Deluxe nail spa makes me a priority every time I walk in the door. I am seated quickly, appointments run on time,, and I never feel rushed, no matter how busy they are. They are very friendly, polite, and careful. I come back for the relaxing atmosphere and great customer service.

The ladies were really nice but I felt extremely rushed and the quality of the nail is not great at all. This is Gel Polish. I will not return.Update: I went back the next day to get my polish work redone and the tech was clearly upset and offended. She actually told you I cannot repaint your nails without getting color on you cuticles or your skin. I was flabbergasted. What do you mean? Not only have I been getting my nails done for the last 15 years of my life and I also have family members who are actual nail tech. Of course you can paint the nails without getting the color on the skin and how dare you show your frustrations to a paying client when she ask you to fix the work that you yourself did. I absolutely will not be returning.

Went to Deluxe in order to get my nails done for the very first time. I chose dip w/ tips. Tracy did a wonderful job executing the things I asked for. She’s very detail oriented and good! Danny did my pedicure and was wonderful as well.

Linda and Diamond are my favorites!!’ I have tried many nail salons since I have over to Fort Worth and have been very disappointed but these two ladies always make sure I leave looking my best. First visit to this mail spa since moving from Ohio to Texas. I have tried several nail spas since moving here in June. Let me just say I had an amazing experience. My techs were Sandy and Danny. They worked well together and very efficient. In and out under one hour. Sandy gave nail recommendations and I am happy I listened. Danny did a wonder job on my feet. Will definitely be back!!!

Tiff is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had hands down! I am super picky when it comes to my nails and Tiff is the first nail tech to do them correctly and exactly how I want them. I get my nails dipped and they never lift and are never thick. She is super professional and her detail is perfect. She will do anything you ask without hesitation and never makes you feel bad if you want to change them or have her do something different. She genuinely cares about her work and her customers. I will never trust anyone else with my nails ever again! I’ve been going to her for two years and have never once been disappointed. It is a bonus that she is super sweet as well and makes you feel at home when you’re getting your nails done by her. Everyone else at this salon is so nice and accommodating and super professional as well.

Second time here, i usually hate talking and just sit and get my service but Tiff made me so comfortable i gave her my life story while she did my nails, which turned out beautiful. And Young is such a perfectionist with my crazy toes she did an amazing job hitting all the details. I never request nail techs but these two are a dream team combo i will come back to see.

I visited this nail salon yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. My nail technician was very nice and talented! They have many colors to choose from and they make sure you are waited on hand-and-foot. I also appreciated that periodically, I was asked if I liked the shape of my nails and the thickness, prior to my leaving. I feel I paid a fair price for the nails I asked for. Of course I plan on visiting this salon again soon.

Outstanding salon! I’m a regular pedicure client of Julie (who is amazing). Coming to the same place regularly, I’ve been able to watch a lot, and everyone here is so nice and professional. They listen to the different clients and work hard to do a great job. I visited many salons before I made this one my regular. Consistently very pleased.

I got very short acrylic full set and was charged $5 for nail extensions, $5 for long nails, and $35 for a acrylic full set. Now, my understanding is that a acrylic full set comes with nail tips but I was charged extra for tips and charged for long nails even though my nails are short. Also, the brochure said a acrylic full set is $30 though they told me it is now $35. The pricing is suspicious and misleading. Good nails but not worth $70. Total scam!!!

I have been going to this place for years! my girl Tiff ALWAYS kills it. i can literally show her any nails i want done and she (no pun intended) NAILS IT EVERY SINGLE TIME! the staff is so friendly and attentive. i refuse to go anywhere else!

I went in before I had to be at work. I gave myself 2 1/2 hours just in case there was a wait. I was sat rather quickly. The guy doing my nails did not say one word to me the entire time. I thought my nails looked decent anyway, so I gave him a $15 tip despite how awkward my entire experience was. 2 days later all my nails fall out. I just wasted so much money. Do not come here.

My bestie & I were searching for a Mani/Pedi in the area and this one came up. We showed up at 9 am and were seated immediately. Soon thereafter, every seat in the place was full. The attendants were so friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. We both felt like a pampered princess the entire time. Will return again the next time we are in the area!

Tiff is the best! I wont go to anyone else. She can do any design I ask her to do and always does a great job! She is always so happy and cheerful and can bring a smile to my face no matter how hard my day has been.

The pedicure itself was great… the painting of my nails. Not so much! The paint was blotchy looking to begin with and within a few hours was looking so bad! I will probably not return. For the price I’d expect the color to be on point and to stay longer than a few hours after the pedicure.

Im sadden to say that my relationship with Deluxe Nails has come to an end. My Husband and I were completely embarrassed by a manager/receptionist that told us Julie did not want to do my pedicure. I usually book with Julie and shes a good pedicurist. When Julie massages you its soft and gentle. Well, one day I decided to book with Diamond, another pedicurist bc she does a deeper massage. I guess Julie got offended that I had chosen Diamond. So yesterday when Diamond wasnt available I requested Julie. Well Julie told the receptionist that she didnt want to do my pedicure. Now, we tip $15-$20 per person so who is really offended is me. This is petty drama that shouldve never impacted me and my husband. Needless to say, we never got out pedicures and well definitely take our business and TIPS somewhere else. Its disheartening to be entrusted with a business for some many years and then be treated like this over jealously 😔

We did not have an appt...there were 2 of us...and we got in promptly...they were not busy. Going to Grandsons baseball ⚾️ tournament so wanted blue on all but big toe and big toe painted like a baseball. Instead to saying we have no one here that can do that, she asked to see what a baseball looked like...it was a disaster...she thought so, too and asked another to do it...they told her too busy... finally one came over and she didnt know what a baseball looked like either....I finally said...just take the white off and paint it blue, tooAn hour and half later, $112 total for the two of us and $20 in tips...manager gave only $5 back. IF YOU CANNOT DO IT, SAY IT UP FRONT...DO NOT WASTE CUSTOMERS TIME AND MONEY. We will not be back....handled very poorly and unprofessional.

Called and made an appointment with a specific person. Given a time, drove 45 minutes to get there and told when I checked in that the person I made appointment with no longer worked there. Spoke to the manager with whom I scheduled appointment that I did not say I wanted a specific person. I told him 3 times who I wanted. They asked me about some one else doing pedicure and I agreed. After waiting 25 minutes I left. Had used this salon for about 5 years but had not been here in about a year and a half. Had always been impressed. At that time the owner was also the manager. This young kid was a total joke .

I was in town from Atlanta visiting family. While they were at work, I decided to visit Deluxe Nail spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The salon was clean, not too busy as it had just opened, and the staff was friendly. I wanted a new set of nails, a Deluxe pedicure, and my eyebrows waxed. I was put with Linda and Julie, and they were both great!! Linda did my nails and waxing. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted, and she delivered!! They are perfect!! And my eyebrows look great too. Julie did the pedicure. She was so relaxing! I would’ve fallen asleep if it had not been for the friendly conversation from both ladies. I highly recommended this salon, and whenever I am back in the Fort Worth area, I will be returning.

Do not recommend here. They made me bleed on 2 of my toes and 2 of my nails. The person who did my manicure didn’t even ask what shape I wanted my nail and was not gentle. When doing my cuticles instead of using a cuticle pusher or cutter she used the nail drill which caused my finger to swell up and be sore after. It was far from relaxing.

My teenage college student wanted to get her nails done for her birthday. She told them what she wanted and got a price of $35. That sounded reasonable so I put the money on her card and a little extra to get a dress she wanted for her birthday dinner. They charged her $60 and told her the guy gave her a different length then what she asked for. She being young just paid the money. They took advantage and stole from her. We will never use them again and suggest others don’t let them take advantage either. By the way she just got them painted one color and no extras, so this was just dirty business!!!

I am trying to find a nail salon since I am new to the area. Walked into this salon and Koko did my nails.. I was happy with his work. Booked an appointment with him for a second time and sadly I was disappointed in his work and attitude. Won’t be back! With all the competition around the area, you shouldn’t take advantage of people who took the time to book with you.Also, lower your prices. My friends manicure should not be $35.. & don’t even get me started on why my nails were $70 with zero design work.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My boyfriend and I got our feet done a week ago and my nail tech was awful. He was clearly talking trash about me and my boyfriend also noticed. He messed up my toes and thought I wouldnt notice and tried to leave and when I brought it to his attention he basically waved me out and did a sad attempt to fix it. He didnt put any nail polish protection on my redone toes and he didnt do a good job of taking all my dead skin off. My feet look like I havent even gotten them done. For 50 dollars I perfect service and nails unfortunately the bad luck continued, I got a lip and chin wax and it was the worst wax Ive ever had. Like I said its been a week and the hair on my chin is already growing back.... She used so little wax and just her applying it was painful. The she left so much of my hair on me that I have to pluck when I got home. ( my face was numb so I couldnt feel hair), when I told my sisters they both had bad experiences there. I will never go back. On the up side if you like paying 50 dollars to be disrespected, crappie service and nasty box wine. This is the place for you.

Alex was great! Years ago a women damaged my nails by filing way to close on the sides so my nails are very sensitive when they are filed but he was very gentle and did exactly what I asked for. I’ll definitely be coming back. And Louis in the front was an absolute doll and so sweet, even gave me a remedy for my throat since I lost my voice! Really liked this place.

Ive been coming here for years- and was always happy. I guess there is new management now and it was a horrible experience I dont think I will be back. I waited forever, while others who came after me without appointments were taken back. Then the guy looked up, realized Id been forgotten, and took me back where I waited again. I was not offered a drink at all, I was told I could not do a mani and a pedi yet others were getting both done at the same time, masks off, drinks in hand. My nails were OK but I had to come home and fix the shape and the bulk. Just disappointing after all these years.

Linda did an amazing job! Very friendly and listened to all of my requests. She took time to do my nails, didn’t feel rushed, she polished them and shaped them the way that I wanted to. I couldn’t have asked for a better nail technician. Thank you Linda. See you soon.

Paid $108 for pedicure (that I didn’t get my dead skin taking off with) and dip on my natural nails. Had my nails done Friday. Now Tuesday the dip powder is already cracked and chipped. They even asked me was I leaving a tip.

The nail tech (Ivy) has done a fabulous job on my manicure and pedicure. I consider myself a perfectionist and I have never had anyone that has met my expectations until now. She is a perfectionist herself. This place is very clean and follows the COVID-19 expectations. If she is what you’re looking for I recommend her highly. I got my nails done for my wedding on the 20th. By the 24th they were already chipped and peeling in multiple places. Today I went in and explained my dilemma, the manager came out and fixed my nails herself. She said she used to work the chair for many years, and you could tell she was putting a lot of love and care into prepping my nails for a new gel manicure. She spent a lot of time making sure my nails were even and ready to go, I think the first time I got them done my nail lady spent a total of 25 minutes on everything. Anyway this time they turned out perfect, and I’ll come back to review how long they lasted. :-) I want to say the managers name was “Yung” she was amazing. This nail salon did everything to make it right, and sent me happy on my way. I’ll be back for sure!

Ive gone here for alse a year now, today was probably the worst experience Ive ever had, never gone on a Friday I usually go on Saturday or Sundays idk of that makes a difference.i got a nail tech Ive never used before, I got short coffin nails, before any powered when on the tips I told the guy I didnt like the shape an he was alittle snippy and said Im not done yet, any one who gets tips knows as well as I do if the shap of the tip is too thin there is no fixing it. And at the front counter I said again I didnt like the shape an they said its because of the shape of your finger..... my fingers havent changed the whole year Ive been coming here so idk why it would make a difference now. So needless to say Im very very very unhappy with what I walked out with today

Jason, I cant reply to my review for some reason, so Ill have to write a response this way. It is the correct location. This was Thursday, December 10th, I just didnt have a chance to write about this ahead of time. You had a wedding party of 10.

It’s not that the establishment isn’t up to par, it’s the quality of the paint job. I usually go with my family here, and today we had an outing after obvious months of being cooped up. I’m not the lady that tells someone how to do their job. It makes me feel awkward and that I’ll be labeled “that person”. I rarely leave reviews but I feel like this is something that needs to be addressed with technicians. If this was the first time, I wouldn’t be leaving a review about it, but this happens more often than not when I visit here. I’m sad to say, that I will no longer be returning after several of these paint jobs have not gone well. I voiced today that I was not okay with how it looked the first time, so she added some more paint, but it still wasn’t fixed and I should have spoken up, but at the same time a nail technician should know what a good job looks like. I don’t think it reflects the establishment, but it was careless and unprofessional work.

He is attentive and focused on the clients that enter and leave and truly cares about quality and customer service.Some of the nail techs are better than others, as in every establishment. I do have my top three but will settle for anyone- with the exception of ONE- when these top picks are not available.I have recommended this place to all my friends and now, publicly. Be kind to others, and they’ll be kind to you.

I went in for a mani/pedi and was rushed through since they had a big party coming in. My pedicure massage was quick and not very good. My toes were not cut evenly. My dip nails were flooded at the cuticles, and she did not cut them short like I asked her to. I was cut three times while she filed bc she was in such a rush. I tried to mention this to the woman at the desk as I was checking out, and she freaked out. “ITS ALWAYS LIKE THIS ON THURSDAY!” I understand overwhelm, but this is my one time to relax, the one thing I do for me, and instead, I left stressed. I’ve been going to this place for years, but I’ll be finding somewhere else.
