Horrible first experience!! Went here to get my wedding nails done... NEVER AGAIN. Horrible pedicure i paid for and i had to remind the lady what came with the deluxe pedicure. She skipped some parts and it was not a good pedicure. The guy that did my nails was really rough! I was trying not to mess up my nails but he kept shoving my hand back under the light. Then a nail messed up and he tried to paint over it. I said no sir! My daughter also got her nails done...unsatisfied. She said they were fat and crooked. I even showed him the design i wanted and its nowhere near the picture. Then they cudnt do simple line designs. Im behooved but more so disappointed. I will never ever come back. They need to learn that even tho theyre the nail techs we still know what we want. They cant change what we want to fit what they can do. Thats not fair... Especially if im paying you!! Im the customer. I didnt ask you what you wanted..im lettn you know what i want. Geesh!! Never again!!

The new owners and nail techs arent as skilled as Peter and Cindy. Service is slow with only a few nail and pedicure techs. Ive been a regular customer here for over 13 years and its been hard finding someone to treat my nails with complete care as Cindy did without charging extra. Delores does my nails now but she doesnt do as well but shes about the best one . Due to the language barrier, unclear pricing make sure you get a complete fee for service before they start and pay. Wish I could just snap my fingers to have Peter and Cindy back tho.

Got a fill in sat and 1 nail broke completely off today and 2 other nails were coming off had to get 3 nails fixed 🙃 UGH

I went to get my nails done the tech was very rough and cut me on my thumb and middle finger with his nails. The nails he put in me were extremely wide and lumpy. When I went back to get them fixed all he did was spray alcohol on my hands and rubbed them not much was done for them to be fixed. He left bulky glue or gel under my nails and it is hard to remove way over priced for the results

Michael is an excellent nail tech. The salon is very clean.. Of course we need a translator but they are always available to translate.

Awesome customer service, very welcoming. My nails were done perfectly, and in a timely manner. My pedicure was so good, I fell asleep in the chair! Very reasonable prices.❤

OMG TOM IS THE BEST he has been giving me the best pedicures on and off for the past couple years, He takes his time and does an awesome job . If you have in grown you won’t when you leave Great callus and all . He’s always nice i Love it 😊

You guys have great service but are never on time to open. It’s 10:25am and no one is here. Oscar Nails open at 10 am. Customers are leaving because of you guys timing. People are at risk due to Covid-19 and it’s windy. It’s kids out here. Y’all have to do better.

First time coming here after going to many high end ones and these guys do a much better job! I was so impressed, y’all should definitely try it out plus its def affordable I paid $40 for my gel pedicure

The employees here are so very friendly, I hate to write a negative review, but I’m doing this in hopes of sparing others from the extreme damage and pain my nails have suffered. The kind gentlemen did a horrible job on my set. During the application my nails hurt so bad, and burned, which I had never experienced before. He left huge gaps between my cuticles and the start of the acrylic, my coworkers were shocked when I returned to work with what amounted to be the worst manicure and full set any of them had ever seen. I returned to the salon 2 days later in hopes of something being able to be done to make them look better. The kind gentle attempted to fix the problem but all he did was create more pain, it burned worse than before! I again returned 2 weeks later to have the acrylic nails removed. I was told that my natural nail was too thin underneath and it wouldn’t be safe to remove them. I expressed to the nail tech, “well I had them done here...” no response followed except, “come back in 2 weeks and we’ll remove them”. Now that it’s 2 weeks later, I literally have places in my nails where it’s so thin, that actual SKIN is exposed. It’s very painful when ANYTHING touches my nails. It’s so unfortunate because they are extremely nice people, but the pain, discomfort, and damage is not worth it. Please save yourselves and do not go here, I’m literally begging you!

The people that were there before were absolutely amazing. My go to nail salon! Once they got all new staff it’s horrible. I got a regular full set and they were done so horrible I’ve had them a week and parts of my nail by my cuticle are already coming off. I also got a pedicure, they give you a foot and leg massage but when they did it, it was so fast and lazy. I get acrylic on my big toe nails and they are too thick to where my toe nails hurt . Since it’s been only a week I can’t pull them off without ripping majority of my toenail off

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I walked in the nail shop and another woman walked in behind me. 3 people that worked there immediately greeted her. Then proceeded to ask her what she wanted. Meanwhile Im standing there looking at them, waiting for someone to speak to me and no one ever does. So I just walked out and left. They treated me like I was invisible so I guess they dont want paying customers to come in and receive their services. That was incredibly rude and I will never go back there and I will make sure everyone I know never goes there.

I went on a Monday afternoon. It wasnt busy. They assisted me right away and were very gentle with my nails. The head nail tech did mine and he was very intuitive about what I wanted. I recommend this place. I got exactly what I wanted which is rare and I got it at a low price. I just found my new nail shop.

Annie always did my nails, and she is gone! They wont tell me where she went. I have neuropathy in my feet and my big toenails grow curved and down into the sides of nail beds. Have to be very gentle cause of nerves and cut just right so I dont get ingrown nails. Everyone else has hurt me except Annie. Where is she?

I went in there to get a overlay and the the short men had me sitting in acetone for over an hour. When he finally got to me he rushed. He was very rough. I will never go back! My nails looks horrible and another lady came in with a compliant that her nails broke and her polish on her toes already chipped and it was only 3 days ago. He was the worse and the nail are ridiculous. Never again

Went there for the first time yesterday. Saw they had great reviews. I dont know why though. The lady that did my toes was amazing but when I got to do my full set, the guy filed my nails till I was in pain. Never apologized and kept going. I got up and walked out. Horrible service!!!! Will NEVER return!!

I just had a very meh experience here. The lady that was doing my nails was trying to rush me through my color selection and hurried the nail process. My nails didn’t come out bad but I did have to file them how I like them when I got home, which I don’t like to do. A couple came off after a week so I haven’t been back.

This place is so awful. They are rude & have nasty attitudes, they act like it’s a problem when you ask them if they can do nails like a picture that you show them, they get mad when you ask them to fix something on your nails. They barely have any understanding of anything that you say . I literally asked the lady is she could make my nail even & she smacked her lips and told me she was doing that. Definitely Would not recommend & I won’t be coming back. I miss the old workers
