Loved this place! Very thorough and beautiful job. The massage on my legs was really nice. This was my mothers day present for myself and they made it great. Trina did my Mani and Hailey did my Pedi. They were so sweet!

Always love going here! This is my third time and I dont go anywhere else to get my nails done in Fort Worth. I love the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they all are. Ive always gotten dip nails and usually always black or grey. So Im a simple customer, but they make me feel like the most important.

This place stole me from my last. The way they shape nails and take their time to confirm perfection is most needed. Friendly clean environment. Respectable prices. And its about that time to show off them toes for the summer so you got to see my girl hally to get your feet right. She is a beast

This is the best place to ever get your nails done. Especially if you ask for Trina. Trinas been doing my nails for years I would never let anyone else do them. Not to say that anyone else there isnt competent enough to do them but I just know Trina personally and I know that I love the way she does them so ladies get out and try this place this is my first time there but let me tell you it wont be my last. This is my new nail home. So for anything you need done would there be your nails are your toes or who knows what else they have to offer a head on over and let them help you out everyone there is so nice and it really is clean and I think youll enjoy it. And girls for the love of God please took these girls they work really hard so please make sure you give them.

Ive been getting my nails done in Fort Worth forever and Trina is the only nail tech that can do the most perfect coffin set.. She is amazing!! The shop is clean comfortable and I have followed her and will always!! Pedicures are always great too. .

This place is the best! Trina has been doing my nails for a while now and she gets it right every time! I used to just go wherever I could find a place and I was always nervous when it came to drilling cause I would always get cut or hurt. Trina is so gentle when drilling, I never have any problems with pain! She always gives me exactly what I ask for and is great with shape and fun/crazy designs! Kevin gives the absolute best pedicures and foot messages! This is definitely a place you need to try out!

The atmosphere is calm, modern, and aesthetically pleasing with minimal clutter. Customer service is always on point; every single person is amicable, kind and attentive. On another note, their color selection here is awesome! I enjoyed.

I go to Trina every time I come in and she always does an amazing job! She’s the only person I trust to do my nails. Very clean place, they are good when it comes to practicing social distancing, checking temperature and requiring a mask.

The staff is very attentive and caters to the customer. I am always very pleased with the results I get.

The menu prices were misleading, they tried to charge me additional prices that were not on the menu. As I tried to explain that the menu wasn’t updated or accurate, I was cut off and interrupted. As I stated how how am I being charged, there was no explanation of why my total was increased. My concerns were not heard and dismissed. I asked for the salon name and it wasn’t given to me.

AFRICAN AMERICANS PLEASE STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO DO NOT RESPECT THE VALUE OF YOUR DOLLAR. I had an appointment with Michelle and the salon double booked hoping I would wait to pay $100 or more for a service she was not prompt for. Also the salon is not a luxury salon the prices they are asking for the environment should be a lot better. When white customers come in they proceed to rush the services provided to minorities. I will no longer stand for this treatment.

Used to love this place but lately I have noticed they’ve hired new people and many of the nail techs reuse their tools, and do pedicures in a rush. Once they finish, they simply wash the tools (nail clipper, nail file, buffing pumice, callus remover, etc..). INSIDE the tub water where my feet have been soaked, where the callus and dead skin follicles fall back into. Not very sanitary. They take their tools out of a “sterilized” bag that is already open lol

Unsanitary, dont follow rules to covid-19, dont check clients temperature, and they definitely dont practice 6ft distance by having a client be work on at the same time hands and feet.

Very good with nails. Never have had a problem with pedicures, full/fill sets or gels. The pedicure chairs are amazing, massages good. Place is clean and neat. The staff are nice and there is a front person who speaks fluent English and also Spanish. Hit and miss on eyebrows waxing. Left with lots of pinch marks that took a day for swelling to go away. Depends on your technician for that day. Prices are okay. They do charge extra just to shape your nail round instead of straight.. didnt care for that. 90% happy with this nail shop.. and I have been searching for a while.

I have always been treated well. They take a lot of pride in their work and I have even had manicures last three and four weeks without peeling up.

First time coming here and I loved the experience came to get a pedicure and its so calm and relaxing while getting them done. I liked how my toes came out with the design they had done also.

Best Buy is above and beyond any nail salon but Ive ever been through I take my mom there once a month she gets treated like she is a queen

I usually love coming here, me and my sisters and my mom always come here but this time I took my daughter and my baby sister and they did an awesome job on their nails. But on mine, omg they usually do a great job but they were rushing it after 3 girls came in... nail glue was all over my fingers and they were super thick like they didnt even shape them. I dont think Ill be coming back for awhile. Thank yall for still doing a good job on the little ones and making them feel beautiful.

Staff was not friendly, I got a full dip set with French and they look awful. The lines aren’t straight or even whatsoever. The top part of my nail that’s supposed to be clear/pink came out straight up gray because my tech was so sloppy with the white dip. No manicure was included, I had to ask just for lotion after. To make everything worse my tech walked away and FORGOT about me there for about twenty minutes until I had to ask for someone to come back and finish so I could leave. Who I assume was the manager laughed that she left to go eat in the back and that she forgot about me. No discount or attempt to correct any mistakes. Waste of time and money, don’t go here.

Absolute worst service I have EVER received. Made an appointment and still didnt get in until over 30 min later, pedicure was done hastily and poorly, and I didnt even get to have my gel manicure because they forgot after I told them three times. Will NEVER be coming back. Dont waste your money.

Not a good place to go to if its busy. They will rush on your pedicure just to get to the next person. They literally did my pedi in 15 minutes and skipped some steps that I paid for. First time I came it was not busy and they took their time on me. If you go get a male they will take their time
