Traumatized. A very stressful experience.No communication - did not ask or listen to what I wanted.Nail art - best not to ask for it, they will not say no if they cannot do it, but will not do a good job.I was being polite despite being dissatisfied, but was treated with defensive arrogance.The lady said sorry at the end but I will not be going back, not worth the stress.

I’m from out of town and would never come back to this place again. For one they lie about prices and make them up as they go. You charge for gel coating but you’re already doing my nail gel. You charge for a length nor a style I ask for. Straight robbery in here then lie about pricing I’m confused how gel cost more then powder make it make sense. Never spent 155 dollars at Chinese nail salon a day in my life for not even the work. I have something so simple no bling or nothing

If youre visiting in Texas, I recommend trying out Escape Nail & Spa. The service was awesome and if need be, whenever I visit again, Ill be back. 100% customer service!

I did not have a good experience. My normal nail salon is not open yet so I tried this place. I had an appointment and still waited 30 minutes. I was with my daughter who had a pedicure and manicure finished and mine was just getting started. Our appointment was at the same time. Her nails looked great. Mine do not. My nails are uneven and have polish on my skin. I told them never mind on the manicure. Im going to wait and go to my normal place next week when they open. Staff was not friendly here either. Although, the girl who did my daughters nails did a great job.

This is my second time getting my nails done by Kristy and she did a great job once again!!

The environment was nice, some of the staff was wonderful, unfortunately there was a little excessive pushing for higher priced services and a display of disappointment when we opted not to do full treatment from one older staff member. The other 3 ladys were very polite and wonderful. Constructively suggesting to allow the clients to decide what services they seek and offer advisement based on connection with client. Advisement is great, but salesy displaying disappointment when smaller service packages were selected, was unsettling to not return. Wishing your location the best and for continued growth respectfully.

Christy, Lilly and Vanessa are all amazing! They do amazing work on nails and pedicures. I have never had to wait for my appointments and they have always been able to get me in same day! Even on my way out of town when I broke a nail. I can not say enough good things about Escape Nails & Spa. If you are looking for a great nail place come here and you will love it!

I went on my lunch break without a appointment. Lilly helped me and did a GREAT and fast job. She was able to do what I wanted from a picture off pinterest. She is so nice and bubbly. I will defiantly be coming back and making an appointment with her to ensure she does my nails!

One of the best gel manicures Ive had! I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure, very relaxing. Definitely will be coming back here. They dont lack customer service, I believe its a language and culture difference. When I go to any nail place I dont chat the person whos doing my nails or toes up because I just want to go into my own world and relax. People are just too demanding and rude sometimes.

GREAT nail place! searched for a good nail salon on the east side. im super picky about nail places and acrylic nails....they did a superb job! everything was clean, modern, validated parking!! and fabulous acrylics. Plus really affordable prices. Cant wait to go again!!

This place is awesome!!! Had my nails done and the nail tech made sure they were perfect. Very sweet people. Im pretty hard to please with my nails so 2 thumbs up Escape Nails. Try the ombre nail design. Looks so cute!! Its very rare to find the newest designs in this area btw. So again 2 thumbs up 😁😁😁😁

Got a regular french mani done & was good. Good tech and comfy environment. But felt like unless you get higher price items, you wont be treated the same cause I didnt receive complimentary drink like everyone else & sign says you would. Also the girl wanted to rush me out asap. I just needed a simple mani for one day of pampering but I guess thats too much to ask for here.

Customer service was lacking to say the least. I went in for a relaxing experience. I planned on getting a deluxe pedicure and gel nails, but decided against that because of the service. Remember clients can go somewhere else. Work on your customer service. Sorry if thats not the job you want to do!

Great please to get your “Pampering On”! These ladies do a great job, in a clean environment with all the extras amenities!

Was told it would be a five minute wait..brought back to the pedicure chairs and waited 30 minutes with my feet pruning in lukewarm-cold water in the most uncomfortable pedicure chairs. No effort was made to get me taken care of until I started to dry my feet off to leave. Also the environment was a pretty un-spalike atmosphere. Sports playing on large televisions with lots of bright led lighting where the pedicure chairs were. I dont get pedicures often but I dont feel like asking for a calm relaxing atmosphere is too much too ask of a spa. Safe to say me and my guest will definitely not be returning.

I like this spa, its great. Service is good, techs take time to not hurt you with the drills.

This is a nice Salon. The best nail techs are Sabrina and Vann. Vann does very good pedicures also. Sabrina is awesome at doing waxed eyebrows, she is the only one that can touch my eyebrows. I love the the drinks(mix drinks)! They have been in the VOWS since I move here in 2008. There were no other nails shops around so they must be doing something right to still be open and full most of the time.

The technicians did such a wonderful job they were very careful and they were very professional. But I love the technicians as well as giving me such a lovely time at the salon.

I decided to check this place out since its right around the corner from my house, big mistake. Their nail polish selection is horrible, very basic colors and half of them were reds. The guy that did my pedicure was rushing, I had to stop him several times to slow him down and coach him through how a pedicure should be done. He acted like the ombre look I wanted didnt exist and he didnt understand me. It had to be the worst pedi ever as I never really take the time to give bad reviews but this was so bad I started to walk out in the middle without paying. But instead I was going to make his ass work. Needless to say I will not be returning, I need TLC on my toes and he didnt give me that.

This place was the worst nail salon I think Ive ever been. I went in for gel polish and pedi before I could even look at the pedi book to decide which one I wanted the lady had already decided which one I was going to get I asked do u just have a basic pedi she wanted me to get the deluxe one. Then she asks everyone around if they wanted something to drink water juice or wine. Never was I asked I was treated as if they were trying to rush me out. I paid $34 for gel polish on my nails and they look horrible all I got was gel nail polish how is that $34?. Needless to say I will be going back to my old nail tech trying something quick and new is not always the alternative answer

Made my eyebrows two different shapes!

I am not sure of the pricing since I have not gone anywhere else in a while. We go a few times a year for mani/pedi. Not sure why I ever talk myself back into a mani. I always tell them that I am happy with my nail length and shape - that they DO NOT need to file them. Then before I know it, the first nail is 1/2 as long as it was and I am already angry, then my nail is filed straight, square, not rounded like they were when I got there. I said do not file my nails, I like them how they are.I am growing them out. Then when I say stop - there goes the second nail - and I GIVE UP. at least I get her to round them. But I am upset because I am there to get ready for a special event that I grew my nails for and now they are 1/2 as long. When they do file square they are ALWAYS crooked. Why dont they understand stop and do not file. And they file them all the same short lenght - even though one just broke and I was trying to keep the others long. All I asked for was the cuticles cleaned up and some clear polish and I ended up with 1/2 the length filed off, semi-square, and they talked me into color. I said yes to color in hopes that it gives the illusion of lenght.I tell myself every time that next time I will go somewhere elseSorry girls - but you need some more ladies that understand english.

Terrible place !! Will never go back ! Took my 3yr old daughter there for a pedicure ONLY!! told the gentleman twice he nodded his head yes and went ahead and painted her nails too and charged 25 for both which he did absolutely nothing to her nails to charge for a manicure only painted it ! Will never be back . I will stick to Oasis nails !!
