My visit is usually nice but this time it was horrible. Way too many people and not enough staff. I really like this place but they need new chairs for their customers to come and feel comfortable in those old chairs are worn our.

Cant nobody do my pedicure but Ms.Kim... I have going here since before they bought it and I love it..

So on friday December 9 for my birthday nails only lasted me 1 DAY ! Came today which is sunday, but there close - ill be back tomorrow

THIS PLACE HAS POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY OVER CHARGE FOR PLAIN AND BASIC NAILS I REPEAT I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK

I go here to get my lashes and feet done only. Im disappointed because I wanted my feet done like the picture I showed the lady that was doing my feet and lets say my feet likes nothing like the picture and she was texting the whole entire time while doing my feet so I definitely wont be going back there. And if you dont tip them they dont say bye nor anything and I normally do when I go but this time I didnt because I wasnt pleased with the service I received.

Need a good cheap pedicure this is your spot. The little Asian lady with the Bob and the glasses hooks me up everytime my cash is low...

Filthy on the inside. Horrible service and they will add fees to your bill without asking. A bunch of thieves! Do not waste your time or money. All the signs and pricing are incorrect. Very sloppy work on my girlfriend. My little cousin could have done better.

Worst nail shop in Fort Worth... This is a last resort nail shop, you know the one you go to when everybody else is packed. Nails look horrible and dont last a week. The manager yells at her employees and argues with the costumers. I use to go when I was in highschool, thought it was funny. Returned after years thinking maybe it changed. Nope still just as bad maybe even worse..... ⬇⬇ Youre an idiot😀😀😀

And she or he is telling the truth you cant get mad cause you looking to pay for cheap prices you in the hood you either gona find the one thats cheap or the one who is gona make you pay. I have only been here once long long time ago and never had a problem when I got my nails done shoot $15 I was a happy camper

Do not go to this place...horrible customer service.My nails only lasted for one day..I went back so she could fix it she told me pay more money....not professional at all...plus its not all that clean.they dont deserve my 1 star..First off I am not your baybay 2nd who said I paid $10 actually I paid $40 for a jacked up nail job...It dont matter if I paid $5 its still my money...hood or not its a business...With that attitude your business will never prosper...

The only reason why I gave them one star is because of the lady that did my eyelashes..This is the most unprofessional and uncleanliness nail shop that I have ever been to. The manager is so unprofessional and rude and dont know how to keep business and street business separate. I will never go to this nasty roach infested place again.

Noooooooo! Let me tell you I went to get my nails done and the so called manger did a HORRIBLE JOB! I wish I could post a picture. And on top of that she was RUDE. CHARGED ME $20 FOR REGULAR LEFT NAILS ?! WHY ? A FULL SET IS $15! SHE NEEDS TO GO. OR THE WHOLE NAIL SALON NEEDS TO GO. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I only go here to get a Pedicure,for nails hell No Diamond Nails it is.

They have roaches, the environment is ratchet.. as well as the ratchet customers that come in trying to give problems to the nail technicians.. their nails are okay for the price. You get what you pay for. This place isnt high quality, and they try to rip you off. They tell you the nails are one price then when they finish its another price.. sneaky sneaky.
