First time here as a walk-in, Everyone is very nice and friendly.Did regular pedicure $30. She was good but I felt rush while she was doing my toes. Laura did my refills for nail gel $40( a little pricey for nails and eyebrows $10 she was good. Overall it was good. Only suggestion I have is they should where latex gloves when doing pedicures. Total with tip spent $90

I love all the ladies here! My main nail tech Marian does an awesome job! She always listens to what I want and is sooo patient! Prices are very reasonable and most of all, does quality work!

Im upset that I even have to give this shop a star in order to write this review. How do you give someone a pedicure and not exfoliate feet or have the tools required to do so? To add insult to injury, the tech then took pics of my feet without permission because I wrote this post and didnt charge for services if I removed this post....professionalism at its best!

Lisa did a horrible job on my nails and got an attitude when I told her that she was only painting half of my nail. Was charged 22 dollars for a cut down and gel polish on toes when a full pedicure was only 30. Some staff failed to wear mask and no one wore gloves. When I ask why not I was ignored. This is not the Art nails on Main Street. Horrible experience!!!!!!

Laura is my Tech. She is amazballs. She does my nails, toes, and waxing and I always leave satisfied. She takes the time to be sure about what you want and will go the extra mile to make sure you get it everytime.

I have been coming here for the past 3 years now and I must say i don’t go anywhere else. Everyone is amazing I love the ladies so much❤️ My nails and feet last forever every time. They take their time without taking forever. I bring my daughter, her friends, my mother and my sister. Today I stepped out of my comfort zone and let her freestyle my nails and I’m in love 😍 I never get much just pinks, glow in the dark bright colors or white tips lol but I’ve been introduced to the other side now and I camt wait to see what the next set will be❤️ Love you ladies see you soon 😉💜

Nails started chipping after a week. Gel nails are supposed to last longer than a week. Scheduled an appointment to get it fixed and they didn’t even have me on their schedule. Tried to charge me for a mistake they made. I just had them remove the color and left.. horrible nails place

If you’re are looking for nail place to feel at ease during this pandemic. Well this is not the place. I’ve been coming here for many years and was very disappointed from what I saw. My pedicure felt rushed and after I told the tech I didn’t need any other services I felt that she was quick to get rid of me. They did not wipe down chairs after each use. They had plenty of sanitizing wipes and sanitizer. I didn’t see one tech use any sanitizing wipes or wash their hands. One tech stopped working on her client twice to go chase down people that walked out.

Horrible place! The lady cut me so bad I was bleeding for almost twenty minutes. It hurts when I walk because she cut my toe nail so low and cut my skin.my other foot she bruised me. She still charged me full price. I will never go here again and hope my toe doesn’t end up infected. I would give negative stars if I could. Pedicure is suppose to be relaxing!

If I could give zero stars I would.One adult and one child- two BASIC pedicures, one full set on the CHILD..$105Rushed pedicures, sloppy paint jobs, DOES NOT LISTEN TO INSTRUCTIONS, overcharged, etc. DO NOT PAY FOR “DESIGN”..you will wish you stuck with your original, “no, thank you” real fast! I had to ask them to cut down her nails REPEATEDLY..we must have said short at least a 100 times to both ladies..”oh, but it pretty” was the response I kept getting..idc if “it pretty” WE ASKED FOR SHORTER- just do what the paying customers are asking you to do! They never even offered us a beverage even though I heard everyone else who walked in the door get asked..even the lady they sat next to me while there was still dirty water in the bowl from the previous customer was asked, but not us. My tech even stopped in the middle of my pedicure to service a walk-in wax. This was not the experience I was looking to share with a first timer..we will NEVER be back.

My nail tech rushed my nails, and then did not clean them, hours after I am still removing paint off my nails . My fingers were cut, I had to yank my hand back because I was in so much pain . There was a poor attempt to clean them up .

I called the salon around 7:40 asking what time they closed. They told me they close at 7:30 but asked what I wanted. They told me that they would stay open to give me a pedicure. That was great customer service. They didnt rush, didnt charge me extra for the white tip, and made me feel welcome. It was a great experience and they even put a design on my toes. :) i got the $45 pedicure and i gave Tia a $20 dollar tip. All the negative reviews should give this place another chance. Go to Tia, shell take care of you.

Always a great experience here. Everyone is very friendly, and theyve always done a great job! I think the longest Ive had to wait was about 10 minutes. This is definitely my favorite place in the area.

Been there twice - first time was amazing. Second time they did an ehh job but changed me $30 more for the same thing as I asked for the first time. Plus they were getting on me about all these upcharges I didnt want despite me telling them I dont like it because it hurts or makes me break out. It was supposed to be relaxing, but just wasnt.

Terrible customer service!!. Over charged me and thought I wouldnt catch it. I called when I got home and asked how much for the service I just received and I was told $17. I paid $35. So I told them I was coming back to get my money back and the lady said okay come in. I got there and all the lady could do was talk in circles but never explain why I was charged $35 for my fill, even their full set is cheaper, $25. Then when the lady who did my nails started to walk up to me, she said, what do you want now? So I turned around and walked out. How is that any way to talk to a customer who just paid you?! Unfortunately, its a business and since they wouldnt give me the money back I would have to sue. Fortunately for them, the $35 isnt worth it. Its the principle of honesty. I will not be going back and all I can say is...Karma.

First time visiting Ill give them a 4 of 5 for this visit. I was supposed to go to the Art nails in Saginaw but went to the wrong one. Laura was nice and professional. My main gripe is the prices. They charge for every single thing there. I paid $45 for dip w 2 fingers that had chrome topping. Depending on how long my naiks last, I mayyy be back.

Dirtiest salon Ive ever been to. Nail techs are also very rude. I ended up getting MRSA from this salon. If you would like to keep all your nails intact and infection free avoid this salon at all costs. Not worth risking your health. If I could give them a negative star I would.

I had a great experience... Though I did see some possible issues. Sterilization of the tools used. Other salons sterilize the instruments and they are kept in a sealed bag I didnt see this practice as well as some put in a plastic liner in the tub to fend off fungus. That was not used as well. If anyone from that salon reads this please look into these items. I plan on coming back,

Ive been going to Art Nails and Spa for a while now (moved here about 3 years ago) -- every once in a while when theyre short handed, they do seem to rush a bit. But I have no complaints -- both nail techs Ive had have been meticulous and attentitive. I tried another place close by just to compare and I got an infection from that other location -- so I came back to Art Nails and Spa. They do ask if you want other services done -- but I wouldnt say theyre pushy about it -- theyre just trying to sell their services and products, tell me what business doesnt do that?

Customer service is okay but definitely not worth the money I paid. I paid for 6 rhinestones on one finger each hand and the next day I woke up with one on one hand and 3 on the other. The one who put my rhinestones doesnt permanently work there in her name is Lisa

Good (a solid B+) manicure and pedicure every time, unfortunately the prices are not as advertised. I went a handful of times, was quoted a price in the beginning, it was a straight forward mani/pedi, and was charged around 25% more than quoted every time. I wont be back, but they do good work.

Ive gone 3xs. They answer their cell phones with dirty hands while working on people. I was quoted a price and all 3xs It was different. The girl cut her nails while working on me and her nail clipping fell in my shirt sleeve. They always have food out. Fruit etc with nail clippings flying everywhere. Dont see stuff going through autoclave. My nails have bubbles in them. Feel like its just so dirty.

Always over charge me. Went in for the same thing on 2 different occasions and the price went up 10 dollars. Sorry but theyre over priced for basic nails and crappy nails at that. Paint chipped off within a day. Go to Xscape nails in Arlington if you want GREAT service and beautiful nails.

I happened to come when there were no customers so I had my nails and feet done at the same time and I think they did wonderful. My nails were dipped and i got a 40$ pedicure all together 80$ which is no more then what i have spent else where

Prior to service asked for price of manicure and they indicated 12.00. Once completed she said 20. Being that I dont have this done often, figured the buffing and hand massage increased the cost, so I didnt question it. Told wife and she said that I was taken advantage of because those things come with the basic manicure. Lost my business for life. Shabby thieves.

This place is wayyyyy to expensive. My pedicure nail polish came off even after two hours... And my nails did too. The customer service is good, just not worth how much I paid! Will go back to my normal nail salon!

If I could leave zero stars I would.This salon did a terrible job on my daughters nails, they over charged her and then did not stand behind their work. The price is $45 but being that my daughter was 16 and not knowing any better, they billed my credit card $60. Within hours the decorative stones fell off from not being glued properly. When she returned to have them fixed they refused. They were argumentative and extremely rude and insisted on my daughter paying for new nails.This was my mistake. I chose the first place I found to have my daughter nails done. We will never return and I hope this sheds light on anyone’s decision to try this business for the first time.

I went here a month ago, i used to go here a lot of times when i was younger to get a pedicure. I started to go to other places and forgot about this place. I recently moved in this area again and decided to go back here and it was just out dated. I got Acrylics and a pedicure and They made me bleed, Sadly i came with my mother and they made her bleed as well. I started to realize that this place was not as good as it used to be. The next day my mom got a horrible infection on her toe. There is way better places out there then this place and they Gaved us one price for everything we wanted to get and when it was time to pay They charged more when we didnt add anything. Go to any other place but this place. This place lost its Glam years ago.

WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!!i wanted my nails exactly like i showed them on the picture and he cut them shorter than i wanted them he cut my skin trying to cut the nails down. Than got mad and denied my services. I was paying 30$ for regular polish and they told me diffrent (22$) on the phone. Worst experience ever!!!! They told me it was 5 $ if that day. My boyfriend and I both decided to do a 45 $ pedicure. When we paid they didnt give us the discount. But that isnt the disappointing part. With a pedicure that I ordered I should have gotten a foot and leg massage neither of which I recieved. She took hot stones and rubbed them up and down my legs once or twice and put them away. She cut the bottom of my foot open and didnt even get all the dead skin off my feet from where my heels had rubbed blisters! Total waste of 100 $!!! I could have gotten a better pedicure from a 5 yr old. And my polish looks crummy! I accidenttly left my purse next to my chair and left. I realized I had 2-3 mins down the road and called the number on the card they gave me. I spoke to 3 different people as I raced back and all 3 told me there was no purse and kept sayung they would call me back. When I walked in they look suprised to see me back and asked if I had left anything.. I walked to my chair and low and behold there sat my purse! Lazy rude awful service! I will nevee EVER set foot in this place again!

Ive been here 3 times and each time Lisa has cut at least one of my fingers. Rather it be my cuticle or the tip of my finger and each time Ive told her but shell still file that same spot making my cut even worse. My nails are never cut even.

Went to get my eyebrows done & several hours later the skin under my eyebrows was still tender & hurt... Turns out the lady who did my eyebrows ripped the skin off underneath my eyebrows... Otherwise known as lifting the skin.... Wont go back here to get my eyebrows done..

Came here a few months ago and received the worst manicure ever. The woman who worked on me, Lisa, kept adding in extra charges for my nails that were not on the wall where their prices are listed. Like,“Plain white will cost you extra.” and, “For this long I’ll be charging an extra five dollars.”She left air bubbles and dust in my manicure. There was acrylic stuck to the underside of my fingers and the whole job was rushed and sloppy.I went back to get it “fixed” and she made it so much worse. I left in tears.I will never be going back.
