So many pedicure stations! It was busy but we waited a minimal amount of time. They were fast but we didn’t feel rushed. You get a complimentary drink. Prices range from very reasonable up to very expensive so they have something for everyone. My nail artist Chan was fabulous! My big toe had a little mishap after I left and they fixed it right away. My toes look beautiful, well as beautiful as a toe can look anyway. Definitely check them out

Wonderful first experience! I didnt have an appointment, but got me right in on a Saturday afternoon. Staff was amazing, and called me by name throughout my pedicure and dip nail manicure! Will definitely be back!

I havent had a pedicure in close to a decade and so glad I came here. I got the $40 organic pedicure and it was worth every dollar. The massage was great and the shop is super clean and inviting. All the best to you and your staff, thank you for making me feel relaxed and pampered.

My friend and I decided to come in for manicures and her tech Roselyn -did a horrible job with her acrylic set. From the minute she asked for a slightly longer length the tech was already taking deep breaths and catching an attitude. Then when asked to make her almond shape nails a little rounder (to not scratch her siblings) she continued to get ruder. Any comment made the situation worse. A customer paying over $60 for nails has the ability to change or ask for any change. Then once the nails were done they where bumpy, did not shine (after fixing them twice), and not cleaned properly. The whole job was very rushed. When the manager asked her to come fix it she came back and buffed her nails very aggressively and asked her very rudely “better?” and left. Overall, horrible experience and do not recommend this tech at all.

Aria nail bar gave me really good service and assisted me and respected my request. They did everything they could to make sure I was very satisfied with my nails. One nail broke and when I came back to get it fixed they took care of me right away. I would recommend this place. Very professional!!

The place is nicely decorated, the hospitality is great, you will feel acknowledged at all times . The bar was a plus. So far I was taken cared by 2 different nail tech and they are pretty good. They offer a verity of other pampering service, will go again.

Came here for the first time in 2 years today, my nail tech did a great job on my nails but Im astonished by their price gouging & lack of communication about how much your services will actually come out to. I walked in and asked for an acrylic full set & showed the manager what design I wanted right off the bat. He asked if I wanted acrylic nails with gel polish instead of regular and I said yes, he also let me know that my design would cost a little more but that my tech would tell me how much more. I ended up being charged for solar powder nails, not acrylic ($10 difference) & $20 for my basic design. Are you kidding?? My total came out to $73, and these are not $73 nails. If I had been told how much they were going to charge me for my design I wouldve just not gotten the design or gone somewhere else where I know I could get it cheaper. They didnt even have the exact colors I wanted nor did my design come out exactly like my inspo pic. Dont get me wrong, theyre close enough and Im very happy with them but not for $73. Im just not happy at all with the up-pricing and lack of communication (basically lying) about how much my nails were actually going to cost

I went in for a fill and pedicure. We really enjoyed our first experience and couldnt wait to go back. The girl who did my pedicure rushed through it and even painted my toes before I got all the services included with the Deluxe pedicure. I asked if she was going to use the wax on my feet and she assumed I want hot stone and used that instead. 😩. I sat down in the chair for my fill and the manager tells me to come back tomorrow because they are busy. You should have said that when I walked in. Im in a wedding. My feet look horrible and my nails still need to be done..I went today at 5 because I dont have the time otherwise. I will never come to this place again.

First timer at this salon. My favorite nail person is here now. She does an impeccable job. I often cannot decide on color, so I let her pick and also choose the design. Beautiful as always, Roselyn! I enjoyed catching up and will be back in 3 weeks. Was greeted by the manager, David, who was very nice and friendly, offered me a beverage once I checked and began looking at colors. Salon is open and posh-looking. Very clean. Worth checking out and seriously, Roselyn is the best.

Went in to get a pedicure to take care of my calloused feet. I had gel applied on my toes about a month ago and it still looked good, so I wrote no color on my request form and didnt grab a polish. My nail technician started to apply nail polish remover to my nails. I told her not to. As one would expect, the polish started to peel at the corner. She said I could either leave it as it was, messed up now from the remover, I could pay to remove it and replace with regular polish, or I could pay more and replace it with the same gel color. Its frustrating that her mistake cost me an additional $20 to fix. I wished my tech wouldve taken some ownership for the mistake.Also, there was an old piece orange in the bottom of the pedicure tub underneath the sack! It definitely grossed me out!The owner/the guy running the front of the salon was very friendly and attentive!

Always professional and great hospitality. They really take care of you here! Ive been several times and have yet to have a bad experience. 10/10 👍

I WILL NOT BE BACK AND CAUTION OTHERS TO EVEN GO. They are not running the salon with transparency. Always a running joke that the nail salon will say “$5 more”, not these guys, they just go ahead and spring it on you at check out. The service up to the time I checked out was fine, nothing special, nothing terrible. My daughter was seated away from me, she had only her nails done. When we went to pay they said it was more than the $40 price on their paper. I asked why, they said the shape and the matte finish. I said why was that not discussed with myself or her. No answer other than this is the price. I said if this was discussed I would of paid it, but I don’t pay for things we did not agree on, here is my $40. He said he would call the police!!! I offered to wait for the police to arrive, he said no. After leaving several people in my group noticed that the quality was also poor; nails were not painted to the cuticle & uneven dip nails. For sure won’t be back bad service, poor quality!

I came in a week ago and got a dip set. I saw great reviews/designs so I figured I try them since my normal shop doesn’t really do designs. Tracey did my nails and she was sweet. The whole staff was very pleasant and that is why I give them the stars they have. However, there was no base placed on my nails (before or after set). I warned her that they would crack and she assured me they wouldn’t. Long story short: the top coat is coming off ALL of my nails and my least used thumb has chipped and the corner is coming off. My natural is separating from the dip (no base) and breaking off. I called to get a complimentary base and agreed to pay to repair chipped nails and the lady “didn’t know” and put it on hold for 10 minutes. I thought this place would become my home nail shop but I’m very disappointed at the poor quality of the service rendered. I usually get at least 3 weeks before my nails start to show any wear or tear. Very disappointed.

I usually get a full set with them but today I went in for a soak off. They acted like they were too busy to do it I guess because it didn’t cost that much to do a soak off. I was actually doing a soak off to let my nails breathe and then come back in a week to get a full set. They acted as if that service wasn’t enough money to pursue the service and told me they were too busy to help me and I needed to come a different time. I’ve gone to them 5 times before and each time I’ve asked for coffin shaped and no one really knew how to do them correctly but the young man. I won’t be back. Small purchases matter as well and you would think a business owner would know that. Oh well! I’ll take my business to the Nail Spa I used to go to before the pandemic.

I went before and suggested my friends come. We set an appointment. My friends tech just got up and walked away and went to work on another woman when she came in leaving my friend half done. I didn’t even have a tech come to me and begin removing the dip on my nails until 6:30. She never came back so I removed the acetone and foul from my nails myself. Also before she even ended up using the acetone and foul method she was trying to pull my nails off with clippers. And she ended up cutting deep into my real nail because she was rushing and holding an attitude . I told her she did, she argued with me and told me she didn’t and proceeded to put acetone atop my now bleeding nail. She knew she messed up because she never came back. I wasn’t acknowledged at all, I left. Worst nail salon in Keller. The “pretty aesthetic” doesn’t make the people good genuine people. They’re terrible. I wish I could post my pictures to show.

I’ve only seen Tina and I always let her decide my shape and color and she is 1000% amazing at what she does and how she compliments my look and skin tone.. she is a total pleasure and provides immaculate customer service !!!The Manager David is the absolute best at the customer service he provides along with what looks to be excellent support for his staff!!!The environment is clean and comforting and I will not go to another shop now that I’ve had this type of service and experience !!! PERIOD and that part .. also they have lots of male clientele as well so that speaks volumes .. that part !!!

The salon is beautiful and clean, the staff were pleasant. Had to give three stars because I paid 15 dollars extra for the metallic look and after 3 days it started to peel off. If they change the up charges I would be willing to give 5 stars. There really is no reason for that price as they do not last.

I took my friend to go get her nails and toes done for her wedding today 4/9 and not even 5 hours later they are peeling off because they didn’t do the matte right. We are already hours away at the city where the venue is at, too late to go back now. We called and asked for a refund and he refused to give her one. Even hung up on us after saying he couldn’t help us. She paid $117 including tip. She wants her money back, this is horrible customer service. We are having to go somewhere else and get them re-done tonight. Make this right.

The workers are always so friendly and the owner always says hello. I really like going here to either get my toes done or my nails done.

I had service done by Kate & Michelle today & the whole time I could tell they were making comments among themselves in their language. It doesn’t take much to tell that they were not talking good about us My friends and I even noticed that they talked about other people in the salon. Their service was horrible. The only thing I liked about it was the guy in the front David but what’s the point if he’s not the one doing our nails. I’m definitely not going back due to that.

Very over priced. Gave this place another try but I’m not coming back ever again . Tried to JIP my grandmother and I over a basic french manicure (hands &feet). Plus they charged me for my 2 year old daughter who got nothing but basic pink polish. Yeah they tried it !!!

David is so welcoming and hospitable! LOVED the way I was welcomed and treated. Mason was my nail tech and loved his work. I am very picky and I didn’t have one complaint. I’ve had terrible experiences with the other local nail salons in the area. It was SO nice to experience something new and the atmosphere was great. Did not disappoint at all! Will be a permanent customer for sure!

Roselyn is always go out of their way to take excellent care of me. I get the dip powder on my nails and gel on my toes. Sometimes I have a complex design and Roselyn will find a way to make it happen. Some of the techs aren’t as skilled with complicated designs so make sure to ASK Roselyn for help! She’s more than happy to accommodate. My biggest cheer is they NEVER cut me or over drill. I used to have super bad anxiety about the drill but Roselyn is very gentle!

I wanted to try this nice place It is very clean the guy in front desk very professional and friendly! The bad part is they give you a sheet of paper of services that they offer and it tells you the prices but what it doesnt tell you that they charge extra for shape and cut so be ready to pay 50dls for something you thought you were goin to pay 35dls

There is only one reason I go to this nail salon... Roselyn. I started going to Roselyn almost 5 years ago and have always been satisfied with her work. I’ve been in a position where I’ve had to have others do my nails, but always end up having to go to Roselyn to fix or redo them. My nails will last me about 3 weeks each time she does them. If anyone else does, I get maybe a week before they start chipping and lifting. Make an appt with Roselyn - you won’t be sorry!

I travel to get a mani and pedi so I decided to try a shop closer to home. On the paper where you request the service you want I specifically asked for a gel plus color which is $ 25 and ended up paying $40 for a gel manicure that which totaled $40 (This is not the service I requested). And I wasnt even offered anything to drink! Ha! If I do decide to go back I will make sure that I take a picture of the service requested and not be overcharged again. Please make sure you are paying the appropriate price.

Terrible customer service, I came here last week on a recommendation to have a gel mani done and within 2 days my thumb nail split and lifted and now the rest of my nails have started to lift from the side. Not to mention they are wavy and the gel was left on my skin to dry so of course they are going to lift. I called up there to see if I could get my money back,($40 is a lot for a few days of it looking nice) and the man on the phone was very rude and told me that they would only redo my nails. I do not have the time to go again a week later to get my nails redone right now. I told him this, he insisted on me coming in, I told him I wasnt going to come back for them to be redone and I was going to leave a review about how rude he was being and his response to me was I dont care. I dont get my nails done often, its a treat if I do, so this experience was definitely a bummer. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to come back and sit there for another hour for you to redo a service that wasn’t done correctly the first time.

Jenny kept messing up it was either the shaping or the beading. my nails ended up curving and ive never had nails that were long and curved. im no nail tech BUT the amount of times ive been getting my nails done ive never had a set like this done in my life. they look round right? the shape was supposed to be coffin. i done told her too many times to keep shaping.

I have never had someone put so much detail into a pedi. It was amazing. My tech worked magic on a pair of tired feet, they feel, look, and smell amazing - pomegranate!!!

My husband and I went in for pedicures today and the young lady cut my husband’s toe to the white meat. She ran and got used super glue to close the cut. I’m guessing the man at the front desk was the owner and accused my husband of moving while getting his feet done, which he didn’t. All we received was a sorry.

First time here. Only asked for dip on my natural, short nails. Simple and easy. After 1 week they are cracking and chipping. The nail tech did not use a primer and did not use the clear coat all the way to the end of my nail. I went to get the nails that had already chipped redone. There were 4. They fixed them with no hesitation but as soon as I got home, 3 more nails chipped off. So frustrating. Unfortunately will not return. I don’t have time to keep going back. My nails usually last 4 weeks with no problems.

David and his staff do quality work! If there is an issue, they are more than happy to fix it- shape, color, length. I love coming here. Also very clean.

Ridiculous service.Terrible service, I had a regular manicure with regular polish done, hrs later polish chipped went back to have it fixed the regular guy wanted me get dipp service but wanted to charge me for the entire service again after paying $21 for it originally. I wanted him to charge me the difference between what I paid that day and what the dip service is. Well he didnt want to. How ridiculous is that. Just Terrible customer service.

If you are unhappy or unsatisfied with anything. He will fix it for you. If you just give him a chance to do so. That is why he is there to make sure all of his customers is happy and satisfied. But I am one happy customer no complaints here. And very happy that I finally found my nail salon 💅. I been to all the nail salons in the alliance area in the last year since I moved to this area. And never found any that I like until I walk into Aria Nail Bar. Thank you to my favorite nail technician Thao and the front desk manager for your kind, friendly customer service and hospitality. I really wanted to give them 5 stars, but the quality of work is not that great. David the manager was very hospitable, my lady had to redo 2 of my nails from over filing. I asked for coffin, some are and others arent and Ive got a few crooked nails.. Some are thick, others a bit lumpy.. I didnt have time to ask for them to be redone since I had to pick up my girls.. Idk if Id try them again, even with the money off.
