I love how Katie does my nails.

This is not my first time at this salon, but it will definitely be my last. I got a mani pedi, and my pedicure was fine but my manicure was absolutely terrible. The nail tech that did my gel manicure clearly did not want to so it and was working as quickly as she could to get it over with. She filed my pinkie nail down so much she cut me an i started to bleed!! Another nail tech gave me a treatment drop, but when asked if I could get a bandaid, she said “it’s wasn’t bleeding and it wasnt that bad”. Disgusting response!! The nail tech didnt even say sorry, but instead just payed attention to doing her own nails! I am in total disbelief. I could not add a photo now, but once I can, I will send an update.Update: I have included photos of my finger but the images do not give the cut justice. It was very deep and hard to capture through image, but it was a painful couple of days as it began to heal. I also included a photo of my manicure, very thick and sloppy job.

The prices vary every visit even though I get the same services every single time. Their pricing list shows a different price, but they charge you a different price. At this point I feel like they just charge whatever they feel like.I usually go here because it is close to my house but today was my last visit.

There is always a great experience when me and my mom go this is my favorite place to get my nails done and done right

Went in to get my nails done a full set.. the wait wasn’t to long. The lady got started I asked for short coffin shaped nails she insisted that they couldn’t be too short. She was extremely rough through the shaping process. I asked for them to be painted with gel polish she rushed through that then blamed me for polish messing up. The next day the nails had bubbles in the them I went back to get them fixed she told me I didn’t let them dry in that same day after leaving the nails are completely coming off.

Absolutely terrible!! I read the reviews and thought they were good but the reviews were extremely misleading! Went there at 11 and they weren’t busy, yet I got out at 2:30 just for a pedicure and acrylics! Acrylics were so ugly and thick with gloopy uneven nail polish! I’ve had 1000 times better experiences at other nail salons for the same price. Not worth it. Don’t waste your time!

Read the reviews and DO NOT COME HERE. I went today to just get dipped nail, no additional manicure service and they ended up terrible. These are the thickest, most lumpy set I have ever had. I couldn’t tell if the lady was new or just didn’t know what she was doing but she kept trying to ‘correct’ the lumps. By the end this set cost $45 plus tip and I want to go to a different place to have these taken off because I wouldn’t even trust them to remove nails. Don’t waste your money.

I really wish I had read the reviews first. They are around the corner from my house and a woman I know said they were good, so I thought I would try them. Huge mistake. The woman doing my feet spoke no English and when I told her my polish wasnt smooth she act as if she didnt understand me. The manicure lady told her to stop and she would fix it. Of course none of this was in English, so Im guessing the conversation based on what happened Basically she started my pedicure over. Then I got gel nails. Two days later I noticed my nail wasnt smooth. When I looked it was peeling. I went back and they fixed it saying it must have not dried all the way. It has been 5 days and I see that two other nails are chipped and peeling. Ive been getting gel on my nails for several years and never had this happen. It seems they arent good with natural nails. I would rate as zero if I could. I wouldnt go back and dont recommend them at all. Go anywhere else first. Save your money!

The lady in the front to the left by the wall or window was so rude. She got upset because I was telling her that my nails don’t look right.She walked off speaking in her language and left me in the chair. Some other women comes out and takes me to another chair to correct and complete my nails. She was in agreement that they looked bad. My nails were still not right and one is lifting already.I will never go back. It’s one thing to mess up basic nails(overlay) and another to not appreciate paying customers. Never ever will I step a foot in this place.

Been a customer here for a while since the shop is down the street from my house. Haven’t came in a while due to the quality of my nails. Came back today and remembered why I stopped coming. Not sure of nail techs name(older lady, hardly talks or smile) but she obviously had a bad morning or wasn’t sure of what I was talking about. Long story short, my nails were super short really out of my comfort zone cause I never get short nails and the lady tells me extra for length. Length where sis? Her and Katie starts to argue about my nails while I’m paying, causing a scene towards me and them. Will not be back again, this was the last straw. Don’t even know why I left a tip.And I NEVER post reviews.

I am not sure if the woman who sat down in front of me was Thai Nguyen but that’s what the license said. She seemed irritated the moment someone told her to come do my full set but I didn’t think much of it. I asked for almond shape with gel so she starts by filing my nail bed and puts tips on my nails clearly in a rush (although it wasn’t busy). She put one tip on extremely crooked and when I mentioned it, she seemed more irritated and tried to fix it by filing it and cutting it way down, which I explained wouldn’t work for the shape I wanted. I pointed to a mannequin hand on her desk that had a nail clearly showing the proper length and shape of what I asked for. She then uses another tip to rip the crooked one off of my nail and puts another one on, only to cut it down to the same short length. I tried explaining what I wanted again so she starts to rip the second tip off of my nail again. At that point I asked her to just take all the tips off so I could leave because, did I mention, she was yanking my hands/nails the entire time. At that point she starts to cut the other nine tips short to let me soak my nails in acetone to get them off but nearly clipped a few of the tops of my actual fingers in the process because she was irritated and in a hurry. She then sits back, grabs her phone and starts scrolling through something while yelling back and forth with some of her co workers. I sat there disappointed at the lack of customer service until my nails felt like the tips had dissolved off. I rubbed what I could off of my nails and told her I hope she has a better day, then left. I am big on customer service and believe in paying for it. That was my first time going there and I’m sorry to say the 10 mins I was there were so bad, I won’t be back.

Horrible experience. The young lady who did my pedicure was terrible. I wouldnt have known she was there if I didnt look at here. Another lady started my nails while I was getting my pedicure. (I get the dip) The nail polish dust was all over my clothes, Im my shoes, I threw away my knee-hi stockings. I asked her to please wait until after my pedicure. (There were two customers counting myself in the salon) Dont waste your time or money there!!!

THEY DELETED MY REVIEW..1. Lady was trying to give me a $40 pedicure knowing I told her the 20 I corrected her before she started..Then charged $20 for gel on pedicure2. I just got my nails done on Monday it looks like I need a fill already on Thursday. Highly disappointed I tried giving them a chance because they are so close to my home.Don’t go.

Very nice salon. Walked in and didnt have to wait long. My nail technician was very sweet and went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted. Fair prices. All in all a good experience. I will be back :)

If I could rate them as zero stars, I would. I was having a dip removed and a new one added. They started by setting my real nails in acetone for 30 minutes. They would dremel the old finish and soak my nails in acetone again...they did this 3 or 4 more times. When I asked why they didnt use the cuticle tool to scrape the old polish off, the girl didnt even answer me. I asked again and she said she didnt have that tool, and they didnt do it that way. My fingers were so dry and chapped the next day....I will NEVER go back.

This place is horrible. I paid $30 for coffin nails and the lady didn’t know how to smooth the acrylics out and I had dents on two nails. After leaving and realized that I had dents I went back and asked to correct the mistake, the manger told the nail tech to fix the mistake but she acted like she had an attitude about it and in the end I still ended up w a dent. They try to give a luxury spa feel but they are trash and the reviews about them arguing is true as well. Highway robbed.

I love everything about this place. My regular technician is Stacey. She is so sweet, and every employee believes in customer service. This is the only place I go to. The music, the environment, and the hospitality is above and beyond. It is truly relaxation at its finest. Oh and I am on my husbands account, whoops haha! I always recommend this place to place.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Kevin kept us laughing the whole time. He even played Happy birthday on his keyboard for someone in our group. Than gave me a wonderful mani/pedi! I plan to visit them again. Most nail salons I have visited the staff rudely speaks about you in their native language, pointing and giggling about you. They didnt do that here and it was very much appreciated.

Its not a bad place. The lady was nice. They showed me the dipping. I never knew that so that was cool. The man who did my nails was ok. Wasnt rude. Offered me something to drink. Until i experience something horrible ill keep coming here...

Service was a little slow, I have way better nail polish and variety at home. my nail tech did alright, didnt understand what I wanted exactly . charged me $40.00 for a full set with gel polish. Ill try other spots before I come back here.

Customer service very poor here. Got my nails and toes done. Did my nails in the pedicure chair....no problem...didnt even ask me to get up to wash my hands. Asked me to wash my hands with the pedicure chair water fountain. The. washed her hands there and dripped water on my pants . Did not speak to me except to ask what nails I want. They did not offer drinks or anything. Then proceeded to tell your dry, bye. I didnt really hear her and got up to go to the nail dryer. Stood there for a minute trying to figure out where to go and realized that she literally meant bye!!! Walked to the register and paid while she walked past me and layed on the couch. The other couch was taken up by another employee asleep. I liked my nails and they were done rather quickly but felt they were in a rush and just wanted to get me out of there. Will not be back!

I had the worst experience yesterday!The lady was so rude who did my nails and had an attitude just because I accidentally messed a part up. And the best part was that she would always sign and i just made me so mad and i still paid and gave her a tip !And she said something in her language and im pretty sure it sounded rude. I looked over and the lady that was next to her look at her like why you being so disrespectful. And to top it all off she had a really bad stank face like I didn’t ask you to do my nails.And when she was done she rushed out.Im NEVER coming back here THEY ARE SO RUDE ! Dont ever come here because your just waisting your time.

They were nice, but when I asked for a certain look for my nails and showed a picture I expected that. Especially since they said they could, not only did I not get the design I wanted, but I got cut as well, blood was running down my hand this morning from it. Such a disappointing nail salon! I went there and the lady doing my nails was on her phone the ENTIRE time. Focusing NONE! And to top it off they started arguing in the middle of doing my nails! And also the attire is so trashy! Id like to walk into a salon without having to see stomach and skin. Thanks. WORST NAIL SALON!!!!!!!!!!!

This place was awesome!!!!! I called 2 nail salons around 6:30 PM and i was told that they wouldnt see me because they closed at 7 pm . Then at 6:50 PM I called Nail Pro and Spa and I believe her name was Cindy (Im sorry if I got it wrong) asked me how far I was I told her just around Tj Maxx she said to go ahead and go. I went in and it smelled amazing! It was so clean and pretty! they were all so nice !!! Cindy helped me pick my colors which I love !!! JO did my nails . I had the dip on my natural nails and Im more then content with his job !!! Definitely will be going back !! Thankyou so much for the great service !

Worst place ever, roach infested bad customer service. I was called a lier multiple times b/c I saw a roach. They tried to give me something I didnt want and which was most expensive. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. The manager began to scream at me as I tried to explain.

Had the worst experience today at this place. Came to get pampered with the hubby and they ended up cutting his foot bad and they had nothing to say but talk in there language. Nobody came to check on him while he sat there and bleed. Trying to post picture.

This place is beyond disgusting! I would give ZERO stars!!! They let unlisenced people perform services on you like waxing, a younger girl messed my eyebrows up and asked if she had a lisence for waxing and she didnt answer mee and kept ignoring the question. Another time I came, I got my nails done and they were just too thin and brittle they broke in a couple days. Didnt get her name but she was in the front left table with blondish hair ... the receptionist is just rude and no customer service....this place needs to be checked!
