Last Saturday evening around 6:30 pm, I called them to see if they were busy. They said they weren’t and that I should come. I got to the parking lot around 6:50, but noticed they close at 7 pm rather than the time I found online of 7:30 pm. I decided not to go in, because it was so late. As I was waiting for the traffic to clear, I got a call from the salon. I explained that that I didn’t realize they closed at 7 pm, and I felt like it was too late to go in. They told me I could come get the pedicure I wanted/needed. I was so impressed that they would stay late just to give me a pedicure. It was a great experience and so relaxing. I will definitely be back.

Best freaking nail salon Ive EVER been too!!! Very nice, its clean and the woman who did my nails did such a amazing job! Went in with a pic of the nails and design, she did it. Everywhere else I went wouldnt do it. My nails are beautiful!!! Artist! They are so sweet and treated me very good. Diff. recommend and will deff go back!

I would definitely recommend people to come here for those who are looking for a new place to get their nails done! This location is now under new management and so I decided to give this place a try! & I am super glad I did. The new manager is very friendly and checks up on us often. I love the wide selection of colors that the salon has to offer and their diligence. They get me in super quick even if I walk in (which is often). The techs here are very friendly and family orientated. So be prepared for lots of fun conversations! The interior of the salon is very modern and clean (which is what you don’t get often). Like I said before, they have a wide selection of colors and can do a lot of styles of nails so bring your pictures for reference! No reference? That’s fine, they are able to recommend you the latest styles! Definitely give this place a try!!

The first time I went I had a terrible experience. I had gotten cut on my finger really badly by the file, the nails were uneven and the lady did my nails the way she wanted. Absolutely unexceptionable. I had filled out the survey they texted me when I signed in and within about 10 minutes I got a text from the manager. I sent her pictures and she was horrified. She asked me to come in and I got my nails done by Naomi. She was amazing and did my nails perfectly. My stars reflect both of my experiences but hands down, Naomi deserves a 5 star rating. She had definitely changed my mind about returning. Thank you very much Naomi!

Not only is this place under a new management but their new collection in colors is outstanding! They have a wide variety of colors and are able to do many designs that are in trend. I’ve been to many places and end up never going back because they’re rough or service quality is poor. Recently I decided to come in to get my nails done and Loan took me right in. Her quality was remarkable. She treated me so great that I keep coming back. I love that I can make appointments as well. It’s so nice and you’ll know you’ll be serviced quickly and not have to wait at all. I’ve made appointments at other business to save tome and still had to wait forever. The business is clean which means a lot especially for a nail salon. Sometimes they even has special deals and send you notifications.

I went in just now I asked for almond shape and they are more square then anything they are uneven and overall look gross i wouldnt have paid for them if the girl doing my nails wasnt nice I hate that I paid for this trash

I have only had wonderful service at this nail salon. The new manager is very nice and genuinely cares for her customers. Loan does my nails and she is the kindest lady! She is up to date on her craft and she has some really great ideas for nail art. I visit twice a month and this place is worth my money. They get to know you, look at your skin tone, and will base your nails on where you work . I love that Loan always has an idea in her mind when I go to see her for something new and different! The pendicures are great and relaxing and they take their time with you. The salon is very clean!! I highly recommend Ruby’s !!

I am happy with the new owner, Naomi, at the Ruby Nails and Spa location. She is professional, friendly, exhibits great customer service, eager to please her customers and she has made great improvements at this shop. There are many brand new nail polish colors, new dip colors and gel colors too. I have watched this shop go through two other owners and now Naomi is the third owner. I believe this business will stay successful!! Most of all I am very pleased with my personal nail technician there, Loan!! In addition, I love hearing the Christian music being played during the times I am getting my nails done there!!

I love this place and the only place i will go! Loan is the one i trust with my nails and toes, she does a wonderful job and always takes care of me!! Naomi is my nail tech and she is phenomenal! The Spa is always clean and the other staff members are nice too! Every time Naomi does my nails I receive numerous compliments. Her ideas and designs are trendy and fresh...I will continue to send her new customers!

Since they change the new management just 3 week ago, I see a big change from here, customer service so nice, Naomi is a new management, she always come to ask customers what they need and how they satisfy their service, that is very good considering about customer. I also like their new system when you check in, they will know you are new customers or return customers, every time when you check in you have the points will add up every time to get the rewards, even when you referred customer to Ruby nails spa you will get the point too, I’m very happy with this point. And now they have a lot colors for you to selection matching from powder, gel and polish, nails design very pretty too. I recommend this salon to everyone if you looking for a new nails salon, give them a chance to service you .

Just got my nails done very nice people always made sure i was comfortable. however i asked for a specific nail design that i figured could have been done due to the instagram. i was not very satisfied with the outcome.

Every time I visit this amazing salon, I am always satisfied. The staff there is is great. The location of this salon is awesome hence easily reachable.

I took my son with me today for my first visit, and his first Pedicure. They were so nice and friendly. He didnt want to sit in the kids chair and they worked with him being in one of the big chairs. I will definitely be coming back here.

The first time i was here my nails were done perfect, but this second time my nails look like a beginner made them. My cutiles were not removed, they look like ive had them for a week, the dip powder is so far from my cuticle. They are not even, some are longer then others. I told the nail tech about my cuticle and she ignored me as well for the fact that some were longer than the other. Some of them are also lumpy, they are not smooth. Not worth $45.00 + tipNot happy with my nails☹️

I can’t believe this place is even in business. It is just awful all the way around. The only good thing I can say is that the place itself is pretty, but the customer relations and quality of services were horrendous! The tech didn’t ask if I wanted my nails trimmed or not. She just started clipping away, very short before I could even say what I wanted. Typically when you go to have a mani pedi, you expect at least a little pampering and relaxation and when you are paying $45 you would expect at least somewhat of a massage....zip. None. Hardly even scrubbed my feet. Clipped my toenails but didn’t even file them so they have sharp edges. The polish on my nails doesn’t even completely cover my nails down at the sides. Ladies, I am easy going and would normally just pay and never go back and be done with it but I’m taking the time to write this to help save others from wasting their money and time. As other reviews mention, I too sat around wondering where the tech went. She knew I had somewhere to be afterward. As soon as I walked in I asked how long it would take to determine if I would have time. I was assured I would be done within an hour, however, I was there for almost two. Half of that time I was sitting waiting for the tech to reappear. I just really wish I had read all these reviews before I went. I will never go back again. There are so many other nail salons that do a wonderful job and provide a nice relaxing experience!

If I could give them no stars, I would. I told her what I wanted and even showed her a picture and she didn’t listen to a word I said. I wish I could upload the picture so everyone could see how bad they really are. I had to tell her 5 time to fix one nail and I finally gave up. She had taken so much off of it that she couldn’t fix it anymore. I also told her that I wanted a dull... (no clear coat, no shine!!) and when she pulled out the clear coat and when I asked her why, she said it was the last coat and put it on. I told her that was not what I asked for and she just oh and gave me a bum found look. I expressed how unhappy I was and they didn’t even offer a discount on my price but gave me a 5% discount for me to come back. I will not go back there!!’n n

Nail salon is beautiful, hospitable, friendly... make me comfortable and satisfy. I will come back with my family and my friends.

Update: their customer service is spot on, they called me asking if I would let them fix my nails. As nice and stand up as that is, I’d already had my nails fixed by someone else and was afraid to go back.I went in for an ombré French dip with long natural nails. I walked out with short acrylic nails that have no more natural nails underneath. I’m so upset with the shabby work of nail tech. When I told her my nails were trimmed too short after the first nail, she contributed to cut the rest down. When she started the acrylic process after I stopped her and told her NO, I want dip ombré, and her co-workers told her to stop what she was doing and do what I asked, I should have got up and walked out. I now no longer have any natural nail do to her under filing, and they are extremely short and not pink ombré. I can’t believe I paid for this. My friend who was still there getting her nails done explained how unhappy I was and her sweet tech said I should come back to have them fix it. No, under no uncertain circumstances would I let them touch my nails, feet or hands. My friend nails ended up gorgeous, but I will never be back for lumpy, short, ruined nails....I wish I could post a photo of the garbage I have to have fixed tomorrow at another salon. Save your money.....do not go here! Pictured below....left is what I asked for and the right is what I received. When I walked in my nails were this length!

Do not go here. Many other places in the area will do a MUCH a better job at a better price. Very disappointed in my entire experience.

So not happy with the service I can go somewhere else pay the same and get way more for my buck my mom asked for a flower design and no one understood they tried to put chevron she repeated she wanted a flower multiple times she finally said never mind just the paint. I would never come back here again. This place is low class.

I rarely give poor reviews but...Terrible job! They didn’t know what colored acrylic was! The ‘manicure’ part was severely lacking in nature, my feet ar not soft at all! The lady didn’t paint my toes well and my daughter had to fix and finish painting her own toes! A waster of money and when we explained, of course no one cared

Nails came out fine, but despite being 1 of 3 in the place it took way too long. My tech kept leaving me for 10 min at a time to deal with another customer. My feet just kept soaking in room temp water, she barely scrubbed my feet, and didnt even give a hot stone message (which we ask and even paid for!). I was going to get my hands done, but my friend who started at the same time was almost done by the time they got to my hands, so I opted out.Just a poor experience. Not going back.Edit: The salons response was not correct. We told the ladies multiple times we wanted the one with the stones. Seeing as it took me multiple times to explaine I didnt want my cuticles trimmed, and I had to continuously try and communicate to the nail tech what my friend wanted done with her french tips (she wanted blue tips a d they said they cant do that dispute her having them done that way multiple times), AND how they couldnt listen when she asked for no goold on her nail art, but silver, said they understood and STILL used gold, im not suprised they ignored the stone request. I usually dont care that there is a communication gap, but this was ridiculous!!I would also like to note, now that they responded poorly to my review, some things I left out:The massage chair was sticky, old, and had nail dust on it when I sat down. The remote was disgusting as well, i should have told my friend we need to leave. No telling what else they dont clean.They never offered us a beverage, I had to ask...And I want to reiterate that it took them 2 hours to do my toes bc my tech kept leaving me to care for another customer!!! For 5-10min at a time!!! My friend had her toes and filled nails done in that same time. Even though we started together, with 2 nail techs, and only us and one other person in the salon.

I cheated on my nail salon and man do I regret it! My nails are uneven, powder is lumpy, the major of their colors are uneven because their powders are mixed, my cuticles are ruined. On two of my fingers, my cuticles started to bleed and the technician literally applied super glue to it to make my bleeding stop. Save your money and go to some other salon.
