I was greeted with a smile then escorted to chair and offered me a drink by the man. He did my pedicure which was comfortable, relaxing and it looked good. 5 STARS for him.After a while a lady came to do my manicure. This is where my experience took a turn for the worst. She talked to the other worker constantly and proceeded to do a rush job. I had to ask her to push my cuticles back, because she immediately begin cutting them.NO STARS for her.

Sat me in a massage chair and left me. No offer of a drink nothing about picking a color while I wait or how long it will be. Nothing. Got up and left after 35-40 minute wait. Customer service was horribleWent back today everyone was apologetic gave me something to drink and waited about 15 minutes. The fingers and toes look good tho. I just gave some constructive criticism and advised always ask if you want something to drink and have the customer picking out color. Vindicated. They were extremely busy yesterday

I went in to get a new set and they soaked my nails for over an hour. They don’t do fills by the way. Just a way to get more money out of you. I decided not to go through with it and left without doing my nails. I received a gift card and went in for a pedicure. They had my feet soaking for over an hour again. The water was cold and the polish was not good. They are expensive compared to other places.

I really tried to give this place a chance since it’s so close to my house but they fall short with customer service, cleanliness, nail design and style. I’ve been served drinks that has had someone else’s lipstick. I have been spoken to rudely and ignored multiple times. The nails are a hit or miss, there is no consistency. You have to watch them like a hawk to make sure they do what your nails correctly Definitely not worth the higher prices they charge.

I’ve been here twice and both times were great! Very clean, beautiful interior, and they even have a back room for (I assume) larger parties. I’ve been happy with both visits! I usually get a dip mani and spa pedicure. The dip is always well done, and the pedicure relaxing. 😁

I typically love thos shop. Annie has been my go to person and she does a great job.

This is the Mrs. goto nail salon and she drug me alone. I ended up getting a mani and panic to relax prior to our trip. Super nice atmosphere and great employees. If you need something extra to relax, they have a select bar inside. Ill definitely be back.

Absolute horror, waited for 30 mins then was left at a chair because they couldnt understand my request. Meanwhile was being talked about in another language, completely unprofessional for such a small service.

I chose to come here for a pedicure based on prior reviews about cleanliness. Unfortunately, the first person to greet me in the salon did not have a mask on. How can you have a sign on the door requiring masks and not have one on to greet customers? I saw other workers not wearing masks also. I might not come back and find another salon that actually follows safety guidelines.

I called and asked about a refill for my daughter bc I didn’t want to drive down to her original place bc it was traffic time. So I decided to call this place and ask if I needed a appointment and how much it was for the refill she was getting. I was told that they weren’t busy which it was good. I was also quoted a price for her refills. I get there and drop my daughter off. To come back to pick her up and she had paid double of what they had told me. It’s like she got a new set of nails instead of a refills. Call me crazy but if they quote one price isn’t that the same price you’re supposed to pay when you go in. Her nails don’t don’t look even and I called and told them and they said they told her the price before she sat down which my daughter tells me it was another price that they quoted her which when she text me I was still ok with it. But to double the price is still crazy to me. Never again.

This is a nice little spa. They do nails, brows, lips, pedi, mani and all the usual stuff. Although they’re very good. Best pedicure I ever had, hands down.It was my first time in and I will continue to go here. They did a great job on my brows as well. Thanks for the great service.I almost forgot they serve little cocktails with your service.

My first experience was today and it was probably the best Mani pedi in a while. Has a wonderful massage during both. Well worth the money I spent.

Got a regular gel mani. Nails looked great initially but started to chip three days later. Now five days later, two whole nails have chipped off. Stopped in to get them fixed but they couldn’t find my color on the color palettes to match. Said I remembered the number but they didn’t listen. I left. Won’t go back.

Nice people and very conversational. The space was large, elegant and very clean.

I made an appointment during theirs busy day. When I made it there, they take me right away. There’s no waiting time . I love it.

Absolutely love this place. Its very clean and the staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. I went with the dip nail polish and I loved it!!! My natural nail looks so nice. They did such a good job that it doesnt even look like my actual nail. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Walk in and be ignored. Get put in a chair and be ignored. Two other customers came in after me and they were ignored. Then a regular customer came in with no appointment and the tech that should have taken me next went and started on her. Two of us walked out. You dont want our business no big deal. Just dont expect good reviews and I will ignore your business from now on. People you dont have to be treated like this. Go anywhere else!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Very rude and pushy if you want acrylic nails, to the point of argumentative. They also do a bait and switch. Tell you one price up front, but charge a different price when you go to pay. Pedicures are hit and miss. Sometimes they look great, other times like a 5 year old did it.

Very nice place. Tyler corrected what another place had messed up. He soaked them off instead of pulling them off and damaging my already thin weak nails and I have a new set and they look great! The salon is very nicely decorated. The only down side for me was the dance club music playing, would have preferred something a more relaxing. I’ll be back.

Do not go for a brow waxing here unless you have a lady in mind. Ive gone several times because it is conveniently located from my home, but never again. The people doing the waxing have no idea what theyre doing. Theyve taken chunks out of my brow and left them looking patchy and less shaped than before. They are rude, remorseless, and couldnt care less on how your brows turn out. Horrible! At least they know how to paint your toes.

I always end up having to wait forever, even when Ive called ahead. If Im there for a pedicure, theyll put me over in a chair to soak my feet until the water is cold. Id much rather be told how long the wait really is. Also have issues with a few of my toe nails following a pedicure. Not sure Ill go back, which is sad because they are so close.

Love this place! Been coming here since they opened. Have great prices, lots of chairs, complimentary drinks (lots of choices), and they always do a nice job! Staff has recently changed and current nail techs are super friendly. They even fixed a pedi the next day for me that I totally messed up after I left and didn’t let dry enough. When I offered to pay they refused, wouldn’t even accept a tip. Another bonus, they have a rewards program that offers nice discounts too!

I took my mom who at that time she was already in a stage of Alzheimer’s to get a manicure and a deluxe pedicure. They were awesome they were delicate and patience with her. I went a least 3 times before she had worsen moved her to my brothers house. Anyway I will continue going here.

This place use to be very good when they newly opened. The Owner Alex is really nice, but you have to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes for him to start on your nails, even though you have an appointment with him. The staff is very unfriendly and if they know that your a client of the Owners they will ignore you on purpose. Most of the time Alex is running late to arrive and when you ask if someone else can do your nails since he is running late, they just ignore you and ask you to just wait for over 30 minutes. This place is very convenient to my residence, but Im thinking of going elsewhere since the staff is very rude and just ignores you especially if your the owners client.

I’ve really tried to like this place. I’ve given it several chances since it’s so close to home. There’s never anyone to really manage the front. The wait time sitting in a chair without anyone at least offering a drink or filling tub with water is too long... I’m talking over 30 minutes. They put my niece, who was getting a pedicure just like her mom and I, in a broken chair because she was little and didn’t want to take up other chairs for other customers. I got a gift card and they claimed it didn’t have any money on it but the person that gave it to me kept the receipt and they weren’t going to make it right until we caused a fuss. I think I’m done here.

Employees were rude and the color on the sample we chose was completely different to the one we got. Lady was rude about it saying she used the number we picked and that they were the same. it was hot pink, we wanted salmon. Manager guy said it was because the sample was two years old. WELL KEEP THEM UP TO DATE! they basically picked out the nail color for us and only gave us a slight, minor discount. will not be returning!!!

Probably the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. It was 2 weeks prior I had to go in for them to fix a shotty nail job. I get the dipping powder and pay 40 dollars plus a 10 dollar tip. The one that did my nails 2 weeks ago and then had to add a layer only 3 days later to prevent my nails from breaking set me up with an inexperienced tech. I work with my hands on a daily basis and my nails need to be a little thicker than usual. They dont want to do it this way. But I have had nails break because they were to thin. I ask for 4 layers I expect 4 good layers. The tech I had on Thursday didnt go all the way to the edges. I had her fix the ones on my left hand then she proceeded to do a really crapey job on my right hand and it took her a little over 2 hours. After I addressed the work she was peed. Then you could tell she was not a happy camper nor was I. And of course you can tell they are talking about you and laughing at you. But Im sorry if Im paying for the work done then do it the way I want it done. I have been going here for almost a year. Now I will be finding a new nail salon. Will not go back there. Also I will not suggest anyone go there. Will take my business elsewhere.

Went there a few different times. They are okay. The last time I went, I got a facial. It was my first time and I loved it. The woman that did it was very professional. I felt so relaxed and calm by the time she was done.They do offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the customers.I have gotten manicures and pedicures here in the past, but its been a while since I last had it done. The technicians are okay at pedicures. You have to make sure you get the right person. I think the tech named Jennifer is one of the better ones. I only remember her name because a family member has the same name. Lol. There was one that cut the cuticle on several toes one time and then dumped something on it that stung like crazy.. She was an older woman. I cant remember her name. She was very sweet and apologetic, but wow. It wasnt just one toe, it was several of them and it hurt.I would never suggest getting a manicure here. I have tried 3 different times and every single time, they messed it up horribly. All three times, the 3 different techs cut the cuticles on my fingers then would dump a solution on it that would just send me through the roof cause it hurt so much. They are pushy, bordering on rude, about getting gels or dipped nails. If you tell them you just want acrilic nails, they tend to turn their nose up at you and act snotty. They will do it, but will still push you to switch to gels or dipped. I get it, its a business and they want to upsell, but if a customer says no, do like Elsa, Let it go!I have had one of them put my nails on crooked. This wasnt just a little crooked, it was BAD! It was obvious that the tech didnt know what they were doing. That experience was so bad that I left in tears. I will never allow then to do a manicure on me or my daughter ever again.Really, the only reason to go there is the facials and free drinks. I dont now anything about the massages or waxing. Never had them done here.

Holly’s Amazing she does a wonderful job and is really friendly. I’m extremely picky about my nails and the colors that Shops have and I must say that they have really nice colors and I like the techs there they are always friendly to me.

I wont go anywhere else. People are very friendly. I enjoy it here very relaxing.

First time in this beautiful salon that’s extremely close to my house so very convenient, but my experience was terrible. I rarely complain or leave bad reviews, but I would like to help prevent other people having the same experience I had. When I arrived, I signed in and filled out three sheets (myself and two daughters) stating that we needed a fill with polish for one daughter, pedicure for other daughter and pedicure for myself. My daughter sat at the nail station and we sat down in our pedicure chairs. Another man told us we were in the wrong chairs and as we were getting up the front gentleman said no sit down that’s for the other customers who came in after us. 3 other customers came in after us and there pedicures started before ours which was frustrating due to the fact that we were just sitting there with no water in the pedicure bath. After about 15 mins a lady came over to start working on my daughters pedicure and then about 20 mins a lady came to work on mine mind you this was after three other workers had came over and were sent to work on the ladies that arrived after us. As we sit there I notice my daughter getting her nails done walk over to wash her hands before having polish applied and a nail popped off as she was washing her hands-the gentleman looked at her and said are you wanting me to fix that? Seriously is that a question? Yes! So he goes to fix her nail and acting more rude than before. All while I’m sitting in the pedicure chair by my other daughter and the two workers just having a conversation and while not paying attention the lady had the cuticle cutters and cut the side of my big toe causing me to bleed. Of course saying nothing to me but to the worker right next to her cause she looked over at my toe. The rest of the pedicure on that foot was so unpleasant due to everything (fruits, lotions, hot towels, hot wax, hot stone, etc) burning my cut. I just expected that if someone cut someone causing them to bleed they would at least apologize - cause I understand things happen but if she would of been paying attention this could of been prevented. Paying 100.00 for our three services walking out completely unsatisfied.

They do a great job, and they are always friendly. I would not go anywhere else.

This is my favorite nail spa!!! Its new and clean (and very elegant inside)! They even have a nice bar from which they offer complimentary cocktails or beverages while you wait or have your service. My boyfriend enjoyed a wine while I got my dip nails redone. Holly is my girl and I love how she does my nails! Im a repeat customer for several months now. Ive even brought my mother for a mani, royal deluxe pedi, and facial and she was in heaven!!! I highly recommend if you are looking for any nail spa service. Theres so many something for everyone here to enjoy... you must visit Elegant Nail Spa you wont regret it!!

Had powered name polish I didnt like it went back in one week to take it off...the powder had too many layers .....too many layers for my natural nails...they polish my nails but it snugged twice which sitting there....
