It was great!! I had such an amazing experience here, everyone was sweet and the lady who did my nails (Jenny) was awesome! She spent so much time working on the shape of my nails, and they turned out amazing. The prices are very good! Its 19 dollars for an acrylic fill (which is what I got done) and for other services the prices are very reasonable. For the great price, great quality and great service I give this a 5/5. The name of the store really fits what they stand for. Ask for Jenny! She did my nails amazing and Im so happy with how they came out. Im 100% coming back here again.

Amazing pedicures. Ann is the best! I love the COVID steps they are taking- front door is open, everyone is spaced apart with masks and gloves, everything is clean. Low odors and extremely sanitary. The milk and honey pedicure is amazing with a soak, hot stone massage, massage, reflexology, wax treatment, lots of colors. I never want to leave.

Id been trying different nail salons in the area to find the best place to get dip done. Once I went to best nails, my search was over! Ive been 4 times now and had a different technician each time (I always walk in) and every time my nails have come out perfectly! They dont knick my cuticles, they dont grind my natural nail down too thin, I always ask for my dip to be thicker and they do that for me. My nails last forever without cracking or popping off. It is a small place but luckily Ive never had to wait, though I would if I needed to! I have seen some ladies come in and get an attitude that they have to wait when they have 4 people and no reservation but the staff is always polite and professionalno matter what. Prices are fine, average. Not a lot of bells and whistles but Ive left extremely happy every time.

Loved them went yesterday to get my nails done it was amazing and today went to a get a pedicure 10/10

Everybody does a great job, especially Alex and the very short lady, I don’t remember her name right off sorry .... but overall they’re reasonable and will definitely have you coming back ! This is the only nail shop I will go too ! When you’re treated with so much hospitality and they actually do a great job, you’ll want to keep coming back !

I found this place my accident and Ive been coming back ever since! The people here are so amazing! I decided to get the peppermint pedicure and dip powder on my nails and it was great!!!! The first time I went, one of the guys had just come back from vacation and was doing my nails and accidentally messed up but he noticed and IMMEDIATELY fixed it. He always asked if I was satisfied and I WAS!!! The place was clean and had a very calming feel to it. I would definitely recommend this place. The money is absolutely worth the experience!

Scheduled my appointment for 11:30 am. Finally had to leave at 1 p.m. they were too busy to fit me in at my appointed time. I will not be going back to Best Nails. The three previous appointments I had gal burned my cuticle several times with the nail file.

Very nice people. First time to have the dip done on my nails and I loved it!!! They painted my daughters nails with gel but they werent done very well so they redid it for free the following week.

I went here with my Girlfriends and it was the best place. Everyone was so nice and did a great job. We both had a Pedicure, and NextGen/Dip Powder. The pedicure was beyond my expectation. We had the Lavender Pedicure which included: Sugar scrub, Mask, hot towels, wax, and hot stone massage. The dip powder looks very natural and pretty. Even though there were so many people waiting, they still took time and did not rush through the process.

I always have a wonderful experience at Best Nails. The staff are professionals and very knowledgeable about the health of your nails. Stop by and enjoy the cozy, relaxing, environment.

Every time I come here there is an issue and I end up leaving before they do my nails and it’s constantly the same issue!!! I ask how long the wait is because most days I’m on call and need to squeeze getting my nails in quickly. Today I ask how long? Man says 5 minuets, I sat there for almost 30 minuets and when someone was available A.) she sat there and took a break... if you’re going to do that do it in the back, and B.) they were setting up for a lady who came in after me.... with this being the 3rd time I’m writing a review... there a hundred other nail shops you’re just the closest to my house.... I’ll drive elsewhere

My nails look good best I have ever had and the have lasted 4.5 weeks and probably gone another week. I drive all the way from Azle.

Great work HOWEVER I went in for a refill and got charged 42 bucks. I get 2 finger design was 5 bucks EACH however when I got there i chose and inquired I was given a price 10 bucks cheaper. 32 for all. Otherwise 4.8 on work

This place give consistent great service. All the ladies there are very talented and spend as much time as they need to do a good job.Very fairly priced and they tell you beforehand how much it will be.I used to live in the area down the street. Now I live in downtown Fort Worth and I still make the drive to go to this nail salon.

I just relocated to the Fort Worth area, and had been with my last Nail Tech for almost 12 years. I was a little worried that I would not find a place close to home, that I would like. I read the reviews about this place and decided to try it based on the positive reviews. I was not disappointed, very friendly, attentive, and I will admit an awesome pedicure. I will be going back for all my future Manicure/Pedicure needs.

We walked in 30 minutes to closing time and they still waited on my 2 daughters and I. They stayed late and still took their time with us doing an awesome job on our nails! Very nice people. Reasonable prices. I will be back!

The first time I came here a couple weeks ago they were fantastic. I came back a couple days ago and they DESTROYED my nails. Worst set I have ever had in my life. Even after sitting there correcting the nail tech for 2 straight hours. I gave up. Its very frustrating when the nail tech cannot understand what youre saying, then you dont get the service you want. Or you end up with nails done by a 2 year old. Very upset that I paid for such a terrible job done. I had to go to a different salon and they had to completely remove my nails and start over to fix them. I ended up paying almost $100 in the end to have decent nails. I will never be returning to best nails, and I do NOT reccomend them to anyone.

I came in to have a french manicure and they suggested gel nails. They said it would strengthen my nails and last 2 to 3 weeks. Within just a few days the nails started chipping and peeling. I called and went back in. They were so very nice and replaced the gel nails with a stronger 7 coats of gel. I will go back. They are very nice and I appreciate their good service.

Best Nails is an AMAZING salon. I will definatly be recommending them to all my friends and family. My daugter and i walked in 30 min before they were to close tonight and without hesitation they still gladly welcomed us in. I could kick myself for not listening to my intuition. I was told to sit at a station and that the woman who would do my nails would be right with me. My person took her time to get to me. She went to the back, walked around went to the back again, stopped to chat to the other workers.; that is when I told myself get up and leave but I sat there like a dummy. She finally came to work. Told her I wanted the dip which I already had, she proceeded to file it off which looked like it wasnt go well. I should of got up and left but I sat like a dummy. She dipped my nails like 4 or 5 times never experienced that. When I asked her was she going to clean up my cuticles she said it was an extra 5 dollars but was going to do it for free. What? By the end one of my nails had a big dent which she admitted to messing up and want to file off but I was there for an hour and a half and was ready to go. I feel my dollar tip was waaay too much to give her. Will not return ever!!!

Do not recommend. Just left here with half of my toes chipped. Been here 5 times and I always get the same french tip on my toes. Each time they have charged me different amounts for the SAME EXACT THING.

Finding a great nail place can be so frustrating especially when your dishing out the bucks in hopes to have them do an awesome job.Look no more! For over a year i went here every two weeks and never got the same set twice. Its a rarity to be able to bring a pic off Pinterest and have them execute it every time but these girls (& guys) know their stuff! Im going to go through my drive and post what pics i have. I love this place and will be going back when im in the area again.

Customer service was great quality of product is horrible. Worst nail polish coverage I’ve seen in a long time. Nail polish very watered down. I went for a pedicure, they didn’t use “skin scraper”.

I was in town over the weekend for work and was looking to kill time on Sunday to get a mani pedi. I found a local place near my hotel with the best reviews and I wasnt disappointed. Service was great. I got shellac manicure and the milk and honey pedicure. It was amazing. Probabaly the best manicure Ive had in a long time. The nice lady that did my nails was a perfectionist and very good. My pedicure had a great message that included the paraffin wax, salt scrub, and hot rocks and they even had the football game on in the salon. I would definitely go back. They took their time and really gave the VIP treatment even though they were extremely busy. It was wonderful.

One of the worst fill ins Ive ever had. My nails were lumpy and awful. I just told him to stop polishing, I paid and left. The have a very small collection of polish/colors. I wouldnt recommend this place nor will I back.
