Wonderful place! Beautiful, quiet, pleasant smelling ambiance. Friendly people gave me a pampering mani-pedi. It took less than an hour, and it looks FANTASTIC. I will be back again.

I go here all the time! I live about 5 minutes away and unfortunately I’ll be moving to Weatherford, but that doesn’t mean they’ll lose me as a client! It’ll definitely be worth the drive to get my nails done by Jenny! She’s always does an amazing job!

I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment and they were able to get started immediately. I didnt catch the name of the man doing my nails but he was very kind and patient. My nails look great and it was very reasonably priced. Ill definitely be back!

A ok experience the nail shaping was great but the when he applied my gel polished it went south im going back tomorrow so he can fix them

Manicure: Cuticles were trimmed but- they feel rough, nails are jagged and EXTREMELY short,- when I asked for them to be a little shorter, I did not want them to be to the quick!!! nail polish does not cover entire nail, polish is on cuticles and skin.Pedicure- was cut while filing (didn’t apologize- or put anything on it), nails are sharp and jagged, skin is rough to touch.Massage was ok.They want you to pay before you see your hands and feet finished.So disappointing to spend over $100 and have bad experience and have to repair when you get home.

I went in for a mani/pedi with a friend for her wedding. My nails were long going in so the tech could cut them all evenly. She cut my nails to a good length but they are all uneven on the nail itself. I picked gel nails and they look good except the nail tech didnt polish close to my cuticles so it looks like the manicure is about a week old. Not ideal for a manicure I got for a wedding. My friend (the bride) got dip nails and her tech cut her cuticles multiple times, so bad that she had a hard time signing her receipt and continued bleeding well after we left the salon. No complaints on our pedicures though. I am extremely disappointed for the price we paid and for the location the salon is at. This is the first and last time I will visit.

10/10 would recommend! Perfect experience, very polite and friendly! Good prices and excellent service!! Got a full set with gel and my toes done! Helped me put my shoes on so my toes wouldn’t smudge! Definitely coming back again

I’ve been a loyal customer to Resort Nail for two years. Can’t imagine EVER getting a mani/pedi anywhere else. Amazing! Johnny or JoAnn great me by name at the door kindly each time. How do they remember everyone’s names, with masks on?! I’m ALWAYS seated right away. I never make appts or call ahead really. The massages included with Nani’s & pedi’s are amazing and worth the visit. Never rushed and the tech’s are very experienced and professional.Jamie & Ryan are my favorite for manicure’s. I get regular polish and have a PERFECT manicure today, 5 days after getting my nails done thanks to Jamie. Thank you for your over the top accommodating service! Resort Nail is the BEST!

Normally I get really good service here. Yesterday I went in for a fill-in and had gel polish put on. Not even 24 hours later the polish is peeling off.

I have had the best experience with this salon time and again! I am usually very picky about where I get my nails done. I cant remember ever having a salon I continued to go back to over and over...until this one. Everyone is so kind and thorough and the salon itself is lovely and clean. The one time I didnt like one of my pedicures they insisted I come back in and let them fix it, which they did and they did an amazing job. This is officially the only place I will go for my nails!

Wow, just moved into the Rivervue apartments and the area, decided to go in for a pedicure and green tea massage. Most places charge you for a massage and then rub your legs for like 3 to 5 of the 20 minute massage you pay for. This wasnt the case here, Tony was amazing and I relaxed enough to sleep. He really massaged my feet and legs instead of lightly running his hands across them.Highlt recommend, because my pedi looks great too.

I went in today for a manicure and left WITHOUT nail hardener which I asked for and with 3 bleeding fingers and chewed up cuticles. I was excited to try this nail spa and I’m sure you have quite a few good technicians, Lisa is who I had today. She was extremely rough with the cuticle pusher, making me bleed on two fingers, and she stabbed me under my thumb nail with a VERY sharp nail cleaning tool.... which also made me bleed. I’m pretty sure making people bleed is against state sanitation and health regulations. She didn’t fully remove my week old nail hardener and buffed my nails regardless of my requesting more nail hardener. I wasn’t given swatches to look for colors to choose from for the two nails I color on my right hand and was directed to a sink where I could wash my own hands after a half-hearted arm rub which left me covered in lotion... needless to say I will not likely be back and I am someone who likes to go once a week.

Their customer service is good as well as their salon is super clean and beautiful! However I asked for white tips (French manicure with acrylic nails) today. I even showed the nail tech a picture of exactly what I wanted (shape and the amount of white tip) and they did not turn out well at all. They are uneven and filed terribly. I will being going somewhere else tomorrow to get a whole new set. Thankfully it only cost $40.

Skilled nail artists, I came in with a picture of waht I wanted and it came out better then the picture!

I went in for a full set. My tech was nice however, she flooded my cuticle when applying the acrylic. When using the E-file she tore up my skin while using the carbide bit. A manicure should never cause each finger to bleed.

I was so excited to try this place since Im moving into RiverVue in August. However, I left today in tears after getting a Nexgen manicure. First of all, there are hardly any color options- so I already had to settle (color is awful). Second, every nail is a different shape. I asked for square with a round tip (I get it every time). However, each nail is completely crooked, the flat sides are all uneven. They are way too square (even after asking twice for more rounded edges). And they are all different lengths, even after me asking her to fix a few to make them even. They are so terrible I am contemplating getting them done elsewhere tomorrow. I will never be back, and will never refer anywhere here. Just an overall terrible job.

First of all, I want to say that my nail tech was so sweet BUT THE MANAGEMENT WAS INCONSIDERATE AND RUDE. My friend and I went in today to get Nexgen nail manicures. We wanted a nude nail, so we picked mauve color nudes, SO WE THOUGHT. As we are getting our nails dipped we notice the color was NOT ANYTHING WHAT IT LOOKED LIKE ON THE NAIL BOOK. IT WAS TRANSPARENT. My nail tech called over the manager, and my friend and I told him how the color on our nails was not identical to the color that was used in the example book. He proceeded to say that the colors in the example book arent really what they will look like on your nail. Then he said that they could make them darker but i would have to pay for the TWO services, and they would take 20% off ONLY the 2nd service. My nails came out ok, but I was just annoyed that the Nexgen example book was misleading, and the management showed no hospitality. therefore I will not be back, and will not be recommending this nail salon to any of my TCU friends.

Horrible experience! Was told no to 3 different basic designs because they were too complicated and then what she did manage to do had uneven lines, no symmetry and I have wounds on my fingers where she filed my skin away...DONT GO HERE!

Gel nails - I get them all the time. The lady who did mine last week filed the top of my nails until they were paper thin - I dont know why, because she removed a set of gel nails to do these. Within 6 days, 3 of my nails broke - this doesnt happen normally. They are so thin I cant even use them to wash my hair. When I went back to the salon, the man at the counter agreed how thin they were and I was told they would honor 30% off to FIX them!!! Are you kidding me, you ruined them, he agreed, but wouldnt even take care of them as a reimbursement that will take weeks, or months to grow out to have them back the way they used to be.My recommendation PASS UP THIS NAIL SALON there are plenty of others to use! The only reason they get 1 star is that its the lowest I can rate them.
