The blower motor failed on our air conditioner and United Mechanical was able to get the replacement motor and install it very quickly. Matt, our service man who installed the new motor, was very nice and professional to work with. We are very satisfied with the response and service we received and would highly recommend them.

Samuel my technician was professional knowledgeable and very efficient. Yearly maintenance was performed in a timely manor and the work area was clean and put back as it was prior to his arrival. John was my electrician he was on time very friendly. He hung 2 celling fans for me and even cleaned up took boxes to the dumpster for me. I have had a lot of bad experiences with other companies like best home services. In every way my experience with United Mechanical has been pleasant. I was contacted when I had not made an appointment for routine servicing of my air conditioning system. I was then sent a reminder the day before my service. On the morning of my service I was contacted by text message and advised the technician was on his way. The technician arrived shortly afterward. He was very professional and conducted a detailed inspection of our system. He was also very pleasant to my wife and me. Once completed, he carefully reviewed what he had done. This all fell within our contract (which is very reasonable), so there were no additional charges. This was definitely a five star experience.

They do not value anyone and everyone is expendable. Terrible quality of work as they put kids in charge of multi million dollar projects. The foreman just sits in his truck and barely participate in any work other than his laptop and cell phone.. They hire temps to man a job and the temps have no idea what they are doing. They can’t hire experienced help Bc they don’t pay for experience. As I said, they have no value for experience and would rather listen to kids than actual journeyman.

We had received an outrageous bid from another company when our ancient unit died and we were trying to get a fast replacement before our next renters arrived. It was late in the night and when a lot of companies wouldnt even offer us a rough estimate- they quoted us for a unit- significantly less, called us the next morning for follow up, sent someone that morning to check the house and had a new unit installed in less than 48 hours. All the staff we dealt with were pleasant and they did great work. Very satisfied with their service and will continue to use them in the future!

I had Synergy Air install 2 new air conditioning systems at my home in 2012. The installation process went perfectly. They were at my home when they said they would be, did what they said they would, cleaned up after them selves and my new units have saved me money on my monthly electrical bill since they were installed. They even took care of the paper work with FPL. Since we have installed the units we are looking to buy a new home and Jim from Synergy Air went to our new home and did a thorough inspection of the a/c units. Jim is very professional, and very knowledgeable when it comes to inspection a/c systems. Once again Synergy was on time and very reliable. That was surprising based on the fact that so many A/C companies were buried with requests because other home owners were experiencing similar issues with their A/C as power was being restored.Within an hour of our visit, they provided a very clear idea of what our next steps were, and each of possible options, too. My mother recently returned to Florida after an absence of two years and discovered the air conditioning system in her condo was no longer fully functional. She needed help, right away. I called Anita and she had a technician there within two hours. Wow, what service!Unfortunately the system could not be repaired economically. A new one was needed. Response to my situation was immediate (? dead thermostat)

We called UM originally after hurricane Irma and received prompt attention for a weak air flow from Albert Montero. So, recently, we noticed unusual noise from our AC and called again. Danielle Shine was the responding technician and did a thorough job, finding a leak in the coil and giving us the options for repair or replace. We asked for quotes on both and she researched three possible new ACs as well as the cost of repair. We chose a Lennox model for replacement. It was installed on 1/02/17 by a team headed by Ismail ?. They seemed efficient and well supervised. When they left, however, we discovered that a pipe had been installed in front of the filter slot, making it impossible to remove the filter. The unit was also very powerful in its airflow and quite noisy. Ismail said that could be reduced by a technician. Several days later, we called UM for help. Danielle was again dispatched and did an absolutely great job of tuning our unit. She changed the offending pipe direction allowing filter exchange, lowered the airflow, checked the outside unit and left us with a quiet, very satisfactory installation. She had spent about two hours checking everything and her demeanor couldnt have been nice. We give her the highest recommendation.

My air conditioning was not working It was not apparent why as the unit was running in my apartment. United Mechanical (David McLaughlin) was in the area and came over. After not finding the problem, he went up to the roof and found the mess causing the problem. In a few minutes he had the air conditioning running well and cooling down our apartment.

I had so much trouble with a different AC company for my business. After three weeks of problems, & TEN trips out, I was told it would be 3-5 business days before the part would be in and my AC would be back on. I called United Mechanical and they were out the same day and had the air back on in a matter of a few hours.

Kyle was our Service Tech and performed a full inspection of our system. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and proficient.

Synergy Air came highly recommended from a friend of ours and we felt comfortable asking them to come out to our house and diagnose a leaking A/C unit. Unfortunately, they charged me $75.00 to tell me that my unit needs replacing badly and that it sits crooked in the closet. Being a smart shopper I called for a second opinion and Performance Air came out and showed me the the safety valve that turns off the unit if the drain pan is too full was not connected and therefore the water would continue to overflow the pan and leak through my roof. This was such an obvious diagnosis that I felt Synergy Airs Techs (there was two of them) should have noticed it and given me an alternative to having to buy an entirely new A/C system. Needless to say I will not be calling them when I do have to replace this unit!!! Honesty and Integrity are not just slogans, it is how business should be conducted. I did call them and explained my dissatisfaction,,,,they said they would look in to it.....
