I had been calling a bunch of A/C companies because I was in the market for a new A/C. When a friend of mine referred me to Best Quality, it was when they came for an estimate that I knew that I would be choosing them. They are very knowledgeable and confident in what they do. Not to mention that their price is reasonable. They were the only company who offered to bring a mini A/C for my family before they even started the job. The job was to relocate my entire A/C system and install a brand new 4 Ton 16 Seer system into my garage. They removed all of the old duct work because the previous company who installed the old system did it wrong. On the last day of the job, Matthew, Tony, and Makenson stayed late to make sure that my family had air that night. The day after, Matthew called to make sure that everything was working properly. Called a few places everyone had waits between 2-6 weeks. Best Quality had someone at my house in 90 minutes. Tech said my freon was overpressureized. Service tech was prompt, courteous, and professional.*Update* 3 days later my AC started blowing hot again. They were able to dispatch someone the following day. The technician replaced some frayed wires and recommended replacing some old duct work which I am going to do to try and increase efficiency.

These guys are great. This was our first experience with an honest company from the beginning. The technician that initially showed up to assess what needed to be done was very professional and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. He made honest and sensible recommendations which visibly needed to be done, but also let us know we did not have to do. We weren’t sure about going ahead with certain work, but after the best price for what was done compared to other estimates, we would have been foolish not to. The professionalism, honesty, and great price would have sold me, but they went above and beyond when they showed up to do the installation. They worked hard until late in the night to make sure we had air before they left for the night. We could not be happier with this company from start to finish. Serviced my parents AC system and did an awesome job, prior to calling best Quality heating and cooling my parents air handler use to drain a lot of water in the garage causing damages to the home. I called at 2:30 he was here at 3:00 and fixed and gone by 4:00 on one of the hottest days of the year. Im lucky, they are only 5 minutes from my house. According to AccuWeather it was 98 degrees with a feels like of 125 degrees. The technician was very pleasant to work with and I signed a service contract to have them come out every six months to check the unit. The price was what I expected to pay for the service and repair.

Asked them to fix a simple leak and they did do that, HOWEVER the rep was a salesman first and a plumber second. He found polybutene pipes and wanted 7400 dollars to re pipe the entire house. He was unprofessional and very insensetive. I will never call this company again.

I worked for this new startup company less than 1 week and found out they have unethical business practices and can not be trusted. Do not use this company and do not purchase the maintance program. They are unorganized and have no structure. The lack of consistency and cultural differences will prove negative. Three men with different agendas and thought processes do not make for a long-standing business. Look at everything in writting and do not trust any verbal agreements. If you have had a new system installed or replaced, check your local municipality to ensure your permit has been properly handled. No major electrical or component change work can be initiated without approved permits, period.
