Conditioned Air went above and beyond to get my air conditioning system back in operation. Jeremy was extremely helpful and took a personal interest in finding an important part that was not scheduled to come in for quite some time. He was able to locate the same part locally and had it installed the same day. Trevor was the technician who installed the part. He was knowledgeable and very professional. Conditioned Air has been servicing my air conditioning system since 2000 and it does a phenomenal job.

We were experiencing issues with our AC Unit. No cool air...only hot air.I was contemplating an expensive fix. The Freon line with a hole in it, a bad Compressor or bad compressor seal.After a few minutes, Lee diagnosed the issue. The drain line was stopped up and the safety regulator (which Conditioned Air installed years ago), automatically shut my unit down so the pan wouldnt overflow.Lee cleaned the line and reset the regulator.No charge to us as it was covered under my regular maintenance program.Lee is efficient, knowledgeable and an individual you can trust.Im glad he came out to service our unit and I will ask for him in the future.Thank You Lee. We have used Conditioned Air for years, and have highly recommended them to others. Their service teams have always been very responsive, courteous and professional. We recently had to have the A/C unit replaced and several new ducts installed. Even at peak season, they were able to move our installation date up 5 days earlier than originally offered. Michael and Winston arrived a little earlier than expected, and got right to work. They were amazing - professional, informative, courteous, organized, hardworking and meticulous about not leaving a mess. Even though they worked a full 8 hours at our house, they were never intrusive and always courteous and patient. A couple days later there was an issue with the fan not cycling off, and Drew was sent right out to address it. He was also early for the appointment, and amazing! Cant say enough good things about their employees!

I contacted Conditioned Air during the holidays when my AC went out during some hot and humid days and houseful of holiday houseguests. They promptly returned my call and sent a tech who was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable explaining the process completely. Today is 7/20/21.I paid top dollar for an new, advanced air conditioner.I has been installed for more than 1 month and has not worked properly yet.Today, another service representative came to replace another defective part. After he got involved with setting up, dismantling things and shutting the system down, he got a call from a previous service rep informing him the part was installed already.Meanwhile, a driver appeared from Conditioned Air with a building / installation permit for me to post. I told him the a/c was installed on 5/12/21.Multiple mis-communications.Countless service reps, all with the “answer” for the problems.Weeks of extremely poor a/c performance.For us, a very unreasonable amount of aggravation, disruption of our schedule, travel plans, family visitation, loss of sleep due to high overnight temps in the house an a multitude of other inconveniences.I was sold what was described one of your top-tier systems. I now am questioning my wisdom of staying with Conditioned Air for so long. Furthermore, and most of all, I am very worried that this a/c may well be a defective lemon and will extremely likely give us a very short, unpleasant and unproductive life.

Our thermostat broke around 9:00 PM. I called the company and an on call technician arrived by 11:00 PM. He installed a new smart thermostat and helped with its set up. He stayed until we felt comfortable managing it. Very impressed.

Jason Flynn, Comfort Specialist, is very knowledgeable and professional. He recommended the Daikin Inverter technology variable speed 5-ton unit which we are very happy with. I previously had a 5-ton Trane and the new Daikin condenser is half the size of the Trane, and much quieter. The air handler inside the house is also so quiet, that it always seems that the unit is off. The Daikin maintains not only the temperature very stable throughout the day, but also the humidity has practically little fluctuation all day long. This is by far the best AC that Ive ever owned. After striking out with three other pretend cooling companies, I have found the expert. My first experience with them was at my rental. Havingcontinual cooling problems, the first company said it was a leak by thecondenser, the second said it was the coil, $3000 later still had cooling problems. Ken the condo specialist, ran the proper tests and with his vast experience finally fixed the problem with a new line set. The installation went perfectly even though the guys had to shovel the trench in 100 degree weather. This experience couldnt be better!My second experience was my personal residence. I didnt hesitate and called the experts. Over the phone they tried to save me a service call and gave me a couple tricks that I could try. I was temporarily successful but with the unit being 11 years old, the blower died. They came out and evaluated my unit and being the experts that they are, provided information that the current system was under developed for the space.We agreed to a new plan and Oscar came out to install the new system.In order to restore comfort, they worked 12 hours straight to complete the installation. Who does that? They do. Air conditioning in Florida is a requirement and Conditioned Air is the solution. The work is perfection, and they leave with the only evidence being a heavenly comfortable space. A+++++++++++++ save time and money, call them .

We have been through what could have been a very difficult situation for Conditioned Air and for us, their customer. Conditioned Air went the extra mile, stood up for us and lived up to their “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” promise. We had Conditioned Air install a new Lennox AC unit and air handled in late June of 2019. Almost to the day one year later the outside coil went bad. Technically when their technician arrived it was “out of labor warranty”by just a few days. The coil itself was still under manufactures warranty. It was determined the coil had gone bad before the labor warranty had expired. We needed to call this to the company’s attention but once we did they acted on it. While initially charging us to reinstall the coil Conditioned Air reviewed the matter and returned every dime we spent on this, far exceeding our expectations. A company doing this just doesn’t seem to happen in today’s business environment, but that is what the company did. We have enjoyed our relationship with Conditioned Air and feel their technicians are second to none. Now, we feel the same way about the entire company and appreciate their actions toward us. We are 100% satisfied! Skip the hassle and just call Conditioned Air!

Joey helped me get the correct wiring on my newly installed Nest thermostat over the phone! He was great. Knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Google needs to really work on their Nest install videos as they were so wrong ... if you have a heat pump, the wiring diagram is very different than the video shows (orange wire to OB not W1). Joey got it straightened out for me in 3 minutes. 👍

Unfortunately, I went with a maintenance contract where you pay around $500/yr for them to come out twice a year and fiddle around. They also say that repairs cost less if you have a contract. When my AC blower went out, they quoted me $1100 to replace it. The part was $350. I decided to cancel my contract and do it myself. It took me 45 minutes after watching a YouTube clip. I later found out that the filters that were supposed to be cleaned and replaced during maintenance were never replaced. I had been running my AC for 4 months with no filters. No wonder the house was super dusty.Save yourself some money. Watch a couple YouTube clips and do your own maintenance. It’s easy.
