McCarthy Air does it again! I called for help around 2:30pm on a Friday afternoon. The tech arrived within 30 minutes, discovered the problem, had the replacement part in his truck, and fixed it. I was enjoying cool air before 4pm. I love these folks! Kudos for bringing the tops in outstanding service, knowledge, and very reasonable prices to the industry. Honesty and integrity have been evident in every visit, including weekend emergency calls.

My AC stopped working correctly. I called McCarthy because they are a local family owned business Andrew can out within 1/2 an hour and had my unit fixed quickly great pricing. Wasn’t pushed to buy anything else. Very very well labored nice guy.Thank youJill Interrante

We had been out of town and upon our return both of ACs were not working. Set up an appointment and the office staff was great to work with. Matthew came out and analyzed situation and recommended 2 new ACs. He was great to work with and very accommodating. McCarthy Air even provided 2 portable ACs until we could get installation done which happened within the week - so quick to get the new ACs which was appreciated in 90 degree weather. Nick and Jake were installers and they were polite, respectful and knew what they were doing. Also, Brad came out and corrected our circuit to accommodate new ACs. Both my husband and I were very pleased and would recommend McCarthy Air!

Absolutely amazing! I am a property manager and good vendors are so difficult to find. When I found McCarthy AC I was having so many difficulties with my previous AC vendor not answering me, not scheduling clients in a timely manner, and so much more. McCarthy Air Conditioning has taken care of my AC needs for a few years now. Anytime my AC unit needed to be serviced, Jenny sent someone out right away. I recently needed a whole new unit. Brad ordered the crane, and they were here 2 days later to install the new AC. Ali, Eddy and Ryan arrived promptly, and got to work. The whole process was seamless, and the guys worked diligently to complete the installation. The guys were super courteous and considerate. They even brought in some extra fans so that I wouldn’t be uncomfortable while they worked. I also got a UV light sanitation system. I loved waking up this morning without my allergies acting up! I couldn’t be happier with my new purchase and that I chose McCarthy Air Conditioning to take care of me. They really take care of their costumers! Ryan was very professional and thorough. He explained what he was doing and gave me pointers to keep my unit well maintained. At one point, I noticed him taking pictures. He explained that they use the pictures in a meeting at the end of the day to review each call and verify the job points were all completed! I’ve never had that done by any other company and I appreciate that extra step of thoroughness. I’m writing to thank McCarthy Air Conditioning, however a simple thank you seems inadequate.We have spent the better part of four months with air conditioning problems, (just this year). Our regular guy was too busy to fit us in and referred us to another company. That company came out twice (total of $900) and although it was better for a minute, we found ourselves sweltering (inside the house) in the Florida summer again. After a search for recommendations on social media, I was led to call McCarthy Air Conditioning. Their service manager, Ryan Mitchell came out that day and told us “the state of the nation”. It wasn’t good, but they took care of us. The fact that we have beautiful cool air in our house pales in comparison to the kindness, compassion and understanding that this entire company showed us. They truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND. From Jenny who got this all going, to Ryan who made us a priority, the two young men who delivered a portable air conditioner for us so we could survive the process, and Ryan and Zach who spent a Saturday installing a new system for us. These two men even helped us retrieve our sneaky, but very fast French Bulldog when he got loose. This company treated us like neighbors, even family – not just customers.McCarthy Air Conditioning has a customer for life. Truly good people! 6/28/20 - Our A/C died early in the morning on this Sunday. We checked Nextdoor to get references on good A/C repair companies. McCarthy had a number of them and were willing to come on a weekend. Jenny arranged for Ryan to come out same day. Ryan Mitchell was able to come out and help us - replaced a few parts and worked his magic. We were back up and running in no time and we were thrilled. He was very informative and thorough! He answered every question I had and explained everything he was doing as he did it. Will use them again!

What an honest HVAC company. They were on time, honest and professional. No sales tactics. Ive not had an A/C company as honest as McCarthy air.If there was a 10 star rating, they would deserve it. Im a customer for life.

McCarthy Air Conditioning is awesome!I told them that my air conditioner was dying late on a Tuesday night. Jen McCarthy messaged me back saying that they would be there the next day to take a look to see what was wrong with the system. It turns out that the air conditioner had rusted coils from the previous owner not keeping up with the maintenance (I just bought a few months earlier), so I had to replace the a/c at some point soon. They gave me an option that I could either get a valve replaced (for cheaper) or get a whole new a/c system. I chose to get a brand new system because I knew that the temporary solution would eventually have issues again and I really wanted to solve the actual underlying problem. They gave me a very affordable quote that night and so I scheduled to have it installed just 2 days after they came out! What great service! For installing the new system, they arrived right on time and the whole installation process only lasted a few hours... they were super quick! I coulnt believe that they took out the old a/c system, removed the old thermostat, carried it all out and installed the new a/c and thermostat in just a few hours! I was shocked. Not only that, but they were very clean and brought material to put down on my tile floor so they wouldnt scratch it up or get the floor dirty. Both Jen and Brad are super nice and they are great people.They were extremely professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to get their air conditioner replaced or looked at!

Zach came by around 7pm, polite and efficient, and in half an hour the unit was cooling again. Once more, McCarthy Air came to the rescue!Good Job!

There comes a time in every home owners life where theyre going to have problems with their AC. Mine was close to 14 years old and just wasnt keeping up anymore. I wanted to look local first and Im glad I did. I called McCarthy air on a Tuesday they had a tech out the next morning. Being 14 years old I was pretty sure it wasnt cost-effective to repair and the tech confirmed my suspicions so I called back and talked replacement. They gave me a great price in the range I expected they didnt try to up sell me. The next morning they were back out with the new unit. By Thursday afternoon the new unit was in the old unit was gone and they cleaned up after themselves I couldnt be happier. Everyone I dealt with was supper friendly and accommodating. Im glad I chose McCarthy Air and will be calling them with any future air conditioning needs. A big Thank You to everyone at McCarthy Air for helping me stay cool this summer.

Another great experience with McCarthy Air. Short notice, came right over and made the repair quickly. Better yet, informed us there would be no charge as it was their error. It’s not often that you have contractors taking responsibility for their work in SWFL. McCarthy Air is one who does it the old fashioned way—-they earn your respect.
