Luis and Jaime were very professional and knowledgeable. Arrived on time and performed the schedule maintenance. Afterwards they explained what they had done and gave simple recommendations regarding bushes around the units. Even took care of trimming them back.I am very pleased and highly recommend Posetek.

Just a quick note of thanks and praise for the fantastic team at Posetek. From the minute Alicia picked up the phone to the scheduling team to Frank our incredible repair man, the experience was wonderful. It isnt often that we take the time to say the good and my gosh we should more often. Let me quickly explain that by the time I reached Alicia that day my nerves were shot. I purchased an expensive fridge ... reputable brand and had a major failure. When I contacted the company I bought it from and subsequently the manufacturer I was told I would not be able to get help for weeks possibly even JULY! Can you imagine? So, here I am expecting a house full of family to arrive the next day for a week with no fridge! Sadly that same day I had a pipe break and had an emergency plumber at my house. I live in Canada, and used Posetek when I visited Florida on several occassions, I found their service and quality is second to none!! The head technician is the master of appliance repair, knows appliances inside out, Mr. Joe P. I called him from Canada when I had problems, that is how much confidence I had in him. Within 30 seconds of speaking to him, he had identified the problem and sent me parts. He instructed me over the phone and by video how to resolve the problem. I was more than happy to pay his service call and the parts. The company was incredible!!!

I have used Posetek for 3 different air conditioning systems and continue to keep a service contract with them. They offer very fair pricing for great quality systems. Two homes systems were installed that had nothing at all. Only window shakers! They did all the planning, duct work and system install perfectly. My experience was very positive. They were very timely in scheduling a service call for my Bosch washer. They keep me posted on their arrival time. When a part was necessary they took all needed steps to assure it was received asap. They then scheduled the final repair and completed the work perfectly. Kevin the tech was great. Today, Posetek fixed my gas dryer. The technician was Kevin, who is a professional. He called prior to the visit to let me know he would be on time. This little courtesy was appreciated.With an 8-year old dryer, I was expecting the worse, but Kevin let me know the make and model of the unit (Whirlpool) is a very good machine. A simple fix of the broken door switch and everything working fine.He took the time to check my dryer vent on my request and immediately pointed out the A/C unit was receiving lint from the dryer vent. He suggested how I could put up a physical divide, which would prevent the lint build-up on the A/C. This instruction was greatly appreciated and will help with the A/C life, once I remedy.I certainly look forward to using Postek again. They treat you right from the initial call to the actual service call. Very professional in appearance and attitude. You should have no worry allowing Posetek into your home. I will use them again.

I broke the water/ice dispenser unit on my refrigerator by trying to super clean it. The entire unit needed to be replaced. I was having problems with my a/c unit freezing up and not working properly. I call PoseTek to come by and take a look at the system. They determined that I had a leak inside the compressor. My only option was to replace the compressor. Since money is tight PoseTek worked with me by keeping my system up and running until I was able to pay for a new one.PoseTek installed a new system they were very thorough and professional. Some unforeseen problems arose from prior system installation. PoseTek kept me informed of the issues and all problems were resolved. Very satisfied with the work and professionalism. A++++ rating in my book.

Posetek came out and replaced our 2 ton air conditioning system it does not work correctly and they refuse to honor their work, system does not get past 77 degrees and they will not remove the system so we can get a proper company in the fix the problem they made. Just get BS stories about why it does not work, we want a system that runs the way it should. Buyer beware do pay until the job is to your satisfaction

Kevin called in advance and arrived exactly as stated. Diagnosed the problem with my gas grill and fixed it within 10 minutes. Also checked over the entire grill to make sure it was working properly and safely. Great Service!!

Service called reported 7-19-17 and took them until 7-29-17 to show up. Was there a total of 5 minutes just looked at Dishwasher and stated needed to order part. Called to find out where part was 8-24-17 and Jr showed up Wednesday 8-30-17 with the wrong part and again had to order part. They finally called on 9-2717 to install part. He was very rude each time he showed up stating it was our fault even though dishwasher only 1 year old and in perfect condition. Will not recommend this company and will cancel my extended warranty as well.

My fridge died at 6pm on a Friday night. I called and Joe came right out. Although he could not get the part needed that late in the day and on a Friday, he went all the way to another part of the county, picked up a spare refrigerator and brought it to my home free of charge! The office staff was so helpful too. They called me and let me know everything that was going on. These are great people!

Called them out AC not turning on. Tech said that AC system was ruined. Something about an electrical shortage and the condenser was shot. Wanted $3999 to replace the entire ac system. Call Another honest AC Company out. They came out and said your circuit breaker outside was off.... Make your own decision from that. $75.00 later the ac system runs perfectly....Their tech barely spoke English, but I understood the scam...Thank goodness there are other honest and reliable people in this world--Postek was not... 7/24 Update: Just received a bill for their service call, which their service tech did nothing but try and rip us off.

Ive used Posetek on 2 occasions so far. First was a compressor on my Refrigerator. Posetek found it was under warranty and got all the parts covered by LG. They fixed it the day the parts came in. The second and most recent was for my dryer. The belt broke. It was fixed in under an hour. Thee visits and all of them were on time.

I called 5 other places and these guys were the only ones that could do a same day check up. They were able to fix the broken part (a jammed thermostat on my dryer) without having to replace it. Instead of lying to me, they told me what they did and only charged me for labor. A lot of other places would have charged me for new parts too. The dryer works great now!

This is my second time working with Posetek and I will continue to use them from now on. This time they fixed a problem with my AC. Initially I got a quote from Bruno Air for $1,100, while Posetek was able to fix my problem under $500. This included a 1 year service agreement. After months of waiting since the first time they came to repair my range hood they came out a second time to repair it and broke my ceramic cooktop before taking my range hood with them, still unrepaired. The next time I used the cooktop and discovered the damaged, I called them and now they are refusing to do the repair of the cooktop. We will soon be in court. P.S. I still do not have a range hood.

The technician said it is going to come in a week and you stick in like three weeks to come under the warranty then I have a featured and I buy from HH Greg and other problems when hes coming today to fix my Frigidaire they have a link and his leave the house and when I called him again to come to fix it hes never come to fix it and he says that hes going to come in Monday so thats me that I need to stay without water in my free here and shut down everything fall on the weekend thats ridiculous very very bad service never dont use this company
