These guys and this company did what they said they would do and were very friendly, cleaned up and finished on time. The folks at Central Aire are top of the line from the ladies who answer the phones, to the men who install AC and do periodic maintenance. I never had a moment of regret. I might especially point out the installation of a wall AC. I have seen many of these both in Europe and in the U.S. The one that Central Aire installed for us is the best and most efficient I’ve seen. In any case we have had two AC units installed and maintained by CA with never a moment’s regret. Thanks much.

I would recommend Central Aire to anyone in need of honest and professional services. I wish I knew about them when I first moved here 10 years ago. Their technician, Santos, has done the maintenance on our system for a few years now, and he is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They also have great customer service and are always polite and helpful.

I’ve used them for years and wouldn’t change. Rick is awesome, very knowledgeable, a great personality, very funny. I always have trust in what he does because he has so many years of experience.

Big thanks to Rick and Central Aire!!! They now have a customer for life. Our outdoor central air unit stopped working and we had one of their competitors look at it first - since wed signed up with them for a free inspection and cleaning as a new homeowner last year. After over an hour of work, and multiple phone calls with someone from their company (with more experience Im assuming), the other company said the compressor was probably burnt out, it may be 2 weeks to get a compressor for our brand, and we should just get an entirely new system at $7K to $10K. I then found Central Aire online who promptly sent Rick over, after 5pm even. Even the gal that answered the phone made me feel like Id already been a customer for years. Rick was obviously at a whole other level of knowledge and experience than the rep from the competitor. Rick didnt even go inside to the thermostat. He used equipment and gauges that the other guy didnt and within minutes he had a solution to fix it on the spot. He said theres no way you should need another unit for at least 4 or 5 years. He then educated me on AC unit brands, ratings, and sizes. He also said hed have an estimate for another fix sent to me but doubts that fix is worth spending the money on, but hell be back if we decide to do it. Were new to Florida from the Midwest and of course Rick is a Midwesterner as well - and you can tell. Very honest, nice, knowledgeable, and experienced - just what you want in any type of home service provider. Were glad to be able to say weve found our HVAC guy. So sorry to be writing this review but after 29 years of loyalty and 7 AC units purchased not to mention the numerous service and repairs I am very disappointed how we were treated. Told we need coils (which was true) and than told we need to get a new AC because we could get a 10 year warranty. We asked why our barely 6 year one wasn’t under warranty and were told we didn’t mail in the paperwork. We were never given paper work from this company when we built and I paid them directly so no it didn’t go to the builder. The tech Rick whom we know well just shrugged and told us to get second opinions. Which we did and found Eco Air of SW FL. We won’t be going back.

Central Aire Conditioning has been my HVAC maintenance provider for about 10 years. Rick has provided consistently great service over the years and I would highly recommend them if you need your system checked or repaired.

I called on behalf of my parents. They had another company come out and they were told that they would need to have their entire system replaced. I decided to call around for 2nd opinions. When I called, the phone was answered promptly by a happy employee. I explained that my parents had an issue with their system and if someone could come check it out. The secretary gave me some times to set an appointment. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained what he was going to check and when he was done explained what needed to be done. In the end, the fix took only about 40 min from beginning to end. I am glad I had Central Aire come out and check it out because my parents might have spent thousands on a new system instead of just fixing the problem. They have made a customer for life!
