Responded very promptly and very professionally. Solved a problem with my Bosch dishwasher that a previous tech had made significantly worse. Independent technician with years of training and experience with a large appliance repair firm. Seems to have all the knowledge of an experienced tech but you are dealing with the owner of the company who is actually doing the work. That is big from an accountability standpoint. Will absolutely make Tyler my first call in the future.

Tyler was very professional, both on the phone and in person. He is a good listener and answered all questions about the service needed on my Samsung refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and was correct with his assessment of the repair needed before he even came to my home.
