I have used Always Honest Air for the past 2 years at my home and business. The techs are clean, polite and efficient. Dealing with the scheduling and billing team is simple and easy. Never had an issue, they are always a pleasure to speak to. They perform semi annual service on both my units and truly live up to the Always Honest name when it comes to diagnosing issues and giving fair quotes. They have replaced a unit along with correcting duct work from a previous installer. My experience was a breeze and refreshing, much like the air in my home.

I had Always Honest Air out to my home to perform a maintenance. They were polite, on time, and informative. Explained how the system worked. I felt comfortable with them and more educated on my system and what to expect out of it. My unit is 8 years old and and was told it was in good shape. I have different experiences with other A/C contractors and this one by far was the best. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Always Honest Air was recommended to me by a coworker who has known Mike, the owner, for years. A good referral is worth more than good research. When a service company suggests a repair that will cost me LESS money instead of more, you have to be impressed! As their name implies, they are always honest, fair, qualified and professional. I would highly recommend Always Honest Air to anyone in need of service, maintenance, or a whole new unit! We knew we needed a new unit when we bought our house and it was very overwhelming, but Always Honest made it as easy as possible. The guys who came out to do the install were respectable, communicated through the process with us, Cleaned up great when they left. Will be a life long customer.

Most thorough estimate I have had to repair our ac/heat system. Several other contractors have worked on and given me estimates on replacing our old system. Not only did the technician do a very thorough inspection, he noticed several other things about my homes construction and system that the other guys didnt. Price for removing and replacing entire system and adding some new duct work and vent was $1100 less than estimate from the contractor for the big box home improvement store WHERE I WORK! For the EXACT SAME unit. Big box store contractor said extra duct and vent would be about $500 or more extra. The guys doing the work were clean, happy and professional employees that loved their job and the company they work for. The AC now works better than ever since I have owned this house for the last 9 years. One month later (April 2019) my electric bill is $50 less and my home is much more comfortable😊

Mike was great. I got a quote for my less than 2 yr old AC that was acting up, from Best home services... It was $5000!!! For it to be cleaned... Not even replaced. Then I called Always Honest Air, it cost me $1100. Start to finish. I was out of town and they came cleaned it and fixed the problem and have had no issues since. That was 18 months ago... Whatever was wrong, isnt anymore.

Always Honest Air is the company to go with when you are need of AC Split Unit for the garage. Chris came out and provided a quote and recommendation on size/type of AC Split Unit. More importantly Always Honest Air provides a Military Discount. Many of the other AC Companies in SWFL, did not offer nor provide a discount. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH. Becki, was instrumental in providing required documentation for the HOA in order to approve the work. Reliable, responsive, and honest. Three things that I always want to find in service industries but some how is very hard to find. Mike, Chris, and their team go above and beyond with the customer service they provide. I felt the entire time like I was in good hands and didnt have to be worried about being overcharged or taken advantage of since I have no knowledge of the a/c industry. They get the job done right, the first time. Ill never use another a/c company again.
