John was professional, knowledgeable, and and excuted the task with a secondhand nature. Not only did he find the reason the system wasnt working and replaced the part, but also identified the root of the failure. Highly recommend him for an AC Technician. Hard to find someone willing to do the job, even harder to find someone willing to go above and beond, especially on a Sunday!!

I got home at 6:10 yesterday to find out my a/c was not working. Called Extreme and within 1 hour they were at my house diagnosing the problem. The technician had to problem solve based on the age of my unit. He was confident and knowledgeable enough to do so instead of just saying he would have to come back tomorrow with different parts. It allowed us to sleep with a/c last night. Great job especially considering it was an after hours call!
