FL Green team was excellent! They arrived same day within a few hours after my call when my AC broke. They told me what was wrong and fixed it immediately. They didnt even try to push and sell the new best thing.I needed my AC fixed asap as my wife is pregnant and dealing with the heat is not an option. Christopher was an excellent tech who was friendly and knowledgeable and able to explain to me what was going on. I appreciated his professionalism.My parents use FL Green team and highly recommend them and now I understand why.

Used the Green Team to install a heat pump pool heater. From the initial call I was impressed at their responsiveness, the technician who came to my house was on time, knowledgeable and was able to give me a quote on the spot. I agreed to the price and they were back a day later installing the unit. The installer explained the install process and did a great job with the piping and mounting of components. This is my first experience with this company and it was extremely positive.

I called FL Green Team as this was the place that the manufacturer of my heat pump recommended. They were quick to get me on the schedule to find out why my pool was not being heated by my heat pump. They called and said to put Freon in would be about $700 but my unit was 12 years old so they recommended a new unit at $3,400. I had two other places check it after that and discovered it didnt need any Freon and that the problem was in the proper piping to the pool and not the heat pump at all. They have not returned my email message requesting more information on what they looked at while they were there. I will not call them again.

I called for my pool heater needing service. I had lots of guest in town for the holidays, I call the FL Green Team after I spoke with a few other companies to try and get service. Everyone else told me after New Years before they could get to us. I spoke with Sheryl and she said she would keep my information and try her best to work us in. To my surprise she did! She called later that day, and informed us that she worked us onto the schedule. She was courteous, and responsive. She sounded like she actually cared. The technician did a great job as well, I can’t remember his name. Kudos to the FL green Team! Keep up the good work!

Minus Five Stars. To make a long story short, the Green Team is the worst company I had ever dealt with on all levels. Staff is rude and obnoxious. I wont mention any names. They know who they are because there are not too many working for this company. They are only interested in making a quick profit. They also take advantage of people if they see the opportunity. They did it to me in a big way. You were warned.

Pool heater repair: Office was very helpful in listening to my problem and scheduling my service. Appointment was scheduled the same week and repairman called before arriving. Repairman looked over and tested my pool heater. He stated that the problem looked like a flow switch might be the problem but before replacing it he checked my valves on the plumbing and found a valve that was closed. Repair was done at no charge. I did have the main circuit board replaced because of led lights burned out and couldnt read temperature. That was covered under warranty and they were very reasonable on service call. Very happy and will definitely use them again!

Had family coming in for new years from up North and they were really looking forward to going swimming in the pool when I turn on the heater we had problems.... the unit was not heating.Call the green team to come out and take a look at it but since it was close to New Years I figured I would not get it serviced before they got here and when i called their office they explaining that it was very busy but they would try to get somebody out. We had somebody show up within 3 hours of my call, they service the unit got backup and running.Thank you FL Green team thats what I call service.

Had Mike out within 30 minutes of calling. He was super friendly, diagnosed the actual problem without up selling and left us a portable unit for our room for that night. The next morning, Shane came out and replaced the part, took the portable unit and even tried to clean the little bit of water it left on my bathroom floor. Today, I just received probably the most reasonable bill I’ve ever seen. Love this company and their employees!

So i called FL Green Team and they quoted me $489. Great price...it gets better...Once Thomas, technician arrived and inspected the unit, he said all I needed was a service for $89 bucks. Had issue with my pool heater, called FLGreen Team who advised a tech would be out the next day between 10:00 am and noon. at 10:45 the next day tech was at the unit and left 20 minutes later with everything working. On time and fixed right away, Perfect and thanks.

Green Team installed a new AC System for us in Cape Coral after our old one finally broke down. They were very professional, honest with their quote and the workmen who came did a great job. They assisted with the City Permit required, and came out several times afterwards at no charge to ensure everything was working properly and that we knew how to run the system. I would highly recommend FL Green Team for AC maintenance and any new system you may need installed.

Had an issue with an 15 year old AC unit and FL Green Team came out at 9pm. Decided I didnt want to take a chance so I told them I want a whole new unit and they were back 2 days later and finished by the end of the day and unit is working great. Very happy with them.

Very satisfied. My a/c had quit working, and called their office at about 11am. Their repairman showed up in about 3 hours. He was quickly able to diagnose problem and replace a bad part. We were first introduced to the FL Green Team when we built our home twelve years ago. They installed a solar hot water system to heat our house water. We were very pleased with their services and decided to use them again when it was time to replace our aging air conditioning units.When our house was built, the builder installed two low grade air conditioning units. The units struggled to keep our home comfortable. When it came time to replace the units we contacted FL Green Team for an estimate. Their representative was very thorough in explaining our different options and we decided to install two high efficiency Trane units. Their installers arrived on time and were very professional. We were impressed that they put down drop clothes and wore booties over their shoes when in our home. They also came back a few days later to perform a blower door test to ensure our system was functioning properly. Our comfort level has greatly improved and we are very pleased with the reduction in our monthly electric bill.
