This is a wonderful house with plenty of room for large groups located in a lovely neighborhood just two blocks from the beach. There are lots of things to wow you as soon as you step on the property, from the huge and beautiful pool and the sleek outdoor grill located behind a covered pool bar to the ample entertaining space inside and out. But it was the seemingly little things that made this house feel comfortable and relaxing. The house had pretty much everything you could possibly need to cook, have fun, and just unwind. Travelling with kids (especially two little ones) can be challenging, but this house had everything we needed for our children: a foldable crib, lots of spare Pack and Plays, multiple strollers, tons of toys, plenty of board games, and even an entire playroom with a pretend kitchen! The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious, with some big enough for extra visitors if they wanted to sleep on one of the couches, and each came equipped with cable TV. Four bathrooms, including a large one attached to the gigantic master bedroom on the second floor, made it easy for everyone to wash up after a day at the beach or in the pool (if you didn’t want to use the outdoor shower). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals and was stocked with so many sets of dishes, glasses, and silverware that we never worried about running out of anything. The living room/dining room area was a massive space where our kids could run around and play during the day and where we could sink back into one of the comfy couches in the evening. But our favorite spot in the house was the breakfast nook with built-in booth seating. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a view of the palm trees and other plants that surround the house and soak up the great natural lighting that fills virtually every room. The owners responded to all of our needs immediately and requested suggestions for anything that would have made our stay better (there wasnt much we could give to them by way of improvements). They clearly care and it showed. Between the space, amenities, location and owners, it was hard to say goodbye to this temporary home away from home.

Super comfortable home with plenty of rooms and space to enjoy the Sunshine State with family and friends. Huge indoor and outdoor spaces. Super friendly for families with small children.The pool and BBQ area are amazing, you cant get out of there.Steps away from beautiful beach and restful Birch State Park.House management super friendly - always available.A hidden treasure for summer vacation!We will come back for sure!

Very disappointed with the owners. I booked this back in September 2020 and made my final payment in February 2021 for a March 9th 2021 stay.On 2/26 the owners canceled my reservation stating they would be using the home. Put me in a really tough spot as we had plane tickets, time off of work, etc..Please beware of this happening to you. Extremely difficult trying to find another property to fit our group.

This is a great place to get away from it all. You could spend all day at the spacious pool & hot tub, walled off from neighbors by both a privacy fence and lush palms. Or you could walk to the nearby state park or the beach, and come back to shower off outside before starting dinner in the outdoor kitchen. With five modern bedrooms, theres plenty of room for friends. Highly recommended for a girls trip!

Highly recommend. My stay was excellent. The multi-level home is to die for with the pool becoming the center of all family activity. Even having the children being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus. We had some special requests and the speed of service was frankly, amazing. Theyre very responsive. If we vacation again in FTL this will be our primary property.

The place was very spacious and well accommodated. We had a lovely family reunion and it was a tremendous success.The outdoor area was delightful. With quick access to a really nice beach beach we had a splendid time. We will be going back for sure.

One of the worst experience in traveling. We had numerous issues with the pool, jacuzzi, over didnt work, doors missing from cabinet, frig has broken drawers and every time we call the management company they say everything was fixed. Hard the management company (Turnkey) out to the house and their representative said the house was in horrible condition, it shouldnt be rented. Dont rent this property unless you want a week of issues.
