Ted was incredibly responsive to help us get the right house - we booked the L9 Beach House. And was incredibly helpful while we there. The pictures and property description were 100% accurate. Location was great - right in the heart of Ft Lauterdale. Spacious house and great pool. We will book with Luxury Vacation Homes again when we come back to the area next.

We had the best vacation experience booking Tuckers Beach House through Luxury Vacation Homes Ft. Lauderdale. The location was fun, in the center of all the best dining and bars, and also close to the beach. All of the pictures matched the property and the property was absolutely beautiful in person. Ted, our property manager, was easy to get in touch with, very responsive to messages and questions, and doubled as someone we could ask advice from on where to eat and things to do. Top Notch vacation rental all the way around!

We needed a few days to recharge our batteries and get out of a cold Chicago winter. Tuckers Ft. Lauderdale house was the perfect landing spot. The house layout was great for a relaxing vacation with our group of 8. The outdoor spaces were great, offering both sun and shade. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and very close to anything else we needed. I would definitely recommend this location as a perfect getaway in Ft. Lauderdale. Our host, Ted was super communicative and very helpful, far exceeding our expectations. Two thumbs up for all those searching for a nice Ft. Lauderdale getaway.

The townhome is in an awesome private quite area right by a park with a lake to over see. The home was really spacious and felt homey and the pool area was definitely a great area to relax entertain and enjoy some sun. Definitely recommend this townhouse for a nice getaway and super close to the beach nightlife and entertainment. Thanks Ted for all your help and recommendations for places to eat and excursions your awesome! Definitely will think of booking with you again next time in South Florida!

We rented in Nov 2018 and had a great experience with Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale. We rented Elysium 737 for a family reunion with 50 guests and this house was perfect! The house was clean and beautiful, just like the pictures. Everyone is still talking about just how perfect this house was. Both pools were clean and gorgeous, everyone had a great time. The rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bar outdoors was perfect for entertainment and there was something for everyone to do from children to adults. The house is on the river, watching the boats pass by was a nice surprise and treat. I was worried that 50 people would be too many for the space but the outdoors space is actually huge and it wasnt crowded at all. It was plenty of space for a group of 50. The process to check in / check out was easy, Ted was there to walk us through, give us instructions, and show us how to work everything out. He also was gracious enough to let us in the house a few weeks before the event so we could plan everything appropriately. I would be renting from Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale again in the future!

We stayed for Passover 2021 and we were extremely happy. The host was very attentive to all our needs. The house was clean and so was the pool. We will definitely come back.

We had an awesome time at Tuckers Beach House we rented through Luxury Vacation Homes Ft. Lauderdale. The house was exactly how the pictures portrayed it to be, right on the intracoastal with dreamy views. It was also a convenient location to grocery stores, popular restaurants, and Lauderdale by the Sea Beach Access and Pier. The home was so much fun and so amenable we actually didn’t leave a lot! Ted was the most hospitable and easiest-to-communicate host we have ever had. He made the trip seamlessly smooth and gave us recommendations to the best places to eat, shop, and get groceries. Overall the trip was amazing and we will cherish the memories we made there.

Myself and 10 other guys headed down to FL from NJ for a bachelor party in the end of February. Being the best man I had the privilege (or should I say the pressure) of planning the trip and making it an experience like no other. Being familiar with the Fort Lauderdale area, I had an idea of where I wanted to be with regard to location, however trying to find a house that could accommodate our group and had sufficient entertainment/ amenities while still being in the mix of all the fun that Fort Lauderdale had to offer, was something I didnt think would be easy to come by. Until I encountered Elysium 737 & our host Ted B and Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale Inc.First and foremost, the house. The photos of the house speak for itself... It is set on a corner piece of property right on the water with a huge bulkhead, which gives way to a rather large deck, great for spending mornings sipping on coffee and your afternoons soaking up the sun, drink in hand, watching the insane boats pass by. Additionally, the house has an outdoor kitchen, 2 pools, outdoor pool table, and a plethora of beds and couches to accommodate groups even larger than us. All of this sat within a 5 minute trip to the grocery store, a 10 minute Uber ride into downtown Fort Lauderdale for all the restaurants, bars and nightlife you could ask for and a max of maybe 15 minute ride to A1A and the popular beaches -- All in all the house was IMMACULATE.Enough with the house, onto the host Ted B and Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale Inc. From the moment I first contacted the company, Ted was incredible. He was quick to respond to any and all questions I had, was willing to accommodate early check-in and late check-out if available, and was incredibly knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Upon arrival (we were lucky to get into the house a few hours early), Ted was awesome! He provided a ton of info about the area, gave us a bunch of different suggestions with regard to bars to hit, and genuinely wanted us to be able to relax and have a good time and thats exactly what we did.Something I feel is worth mentioning that speaks volumes to Teds personality and professionalism was upon check-out, there was a possibility of our flight getting cancelled due to weather. Ted went out of his way to ensure that if we were in need, he would have found another property to put us up in for the night so we wouldnt be left stranded or have to sleep in the airport. That in and of itself goes to show you the person he is!Ted and Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale Inc. made my job of booking a memorable bachelor party for my brother, as easy as possible. I call this company and IMMEDIATELY get accussed of having a party or event at this location because I wasnt sure of the exact dates. Mr Ted .... you were judgemental and very disrespectful.. After looking at other review I noticed YOU DID THE SAME THING TO ME!!. IT doesnt matter how much you chqrge. wish for your management company to reach out to me so we can talk about your rude atcharge. L9 Beach House was a great rental for our long weekend in Fort Lauderdale! Accommodated a large group of us comfortably. The outside pool area is great to lounge around during the day and inside kitchen and dining space also allowed us to gather around for meals instead of dining out. Thanks for a great stay!!

The outdoor areas are fabulous - we all really enjoyed the pool! The house was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. The location is terrific - close to all amenities and the beach. Largo Beach House was perfect! The pool and outdoor areas were wonderful, home beautifully appointed yet super comfortable, and the location couldnt be beat! We would absolutely stay here again.

Totally amazing to work with. We had a large group down to Florida for my birthday and stayed at Elysium 737 Ft Lauderdale. The place was amazing and met all of all needs. Ted was a true pleasure to work with making sure all basis were covered. He met us at the property early as our flight came in ahead of time and gave us a full walk through of all amenities. He then phoned after leaving to give us things in the area. Totally recommend going with them if your in the market for and awesome vacation. I will definitely be using them for future trips.

I took my family for the superbowl this year. The house was amazing!!! All the amenities you could ask for. Beautiful setting of the canal and across the street from the beach. We will be back for sure!!!

The company was very easy to work with, and did a lot to accommodate our arrival times, needs, and other various questions. This place was amazing. I recently went for a bachelorette weekend with 8 other girls, and we had more than enough space. The pool in the center of the house is beautiful, and the outdoor seating overlooking the water is the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening grilling, or nighttime drinks. Highly recommend!

Rented a home from them for my bachelor party in May. Skeptical at first with low reviews and very unsure. After going, I would HIGHLY recommend them. We rented the Tortuga house off VRBO. All the deposits paid were quickly returned. We will be returning again someday!

We rented the L9 beach house through Luxury Vacation Homes Fort Lauderdale for my sisters bachelorette and had the most incredible stay! We were in a major pinch after our Airbnb host canceled on us the day of and ended up with a way better property in L9. The home was huge (slept 14 girls easily), modern, well kept, and in a great location. We could walk across the street to the beach! A lot of times places dont look as good as the pictures, but in this case the house was even better in person. The icing on the cake was that the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend!

Working with Ted and LVHFL was a pleasure. Great communication, quick responses, incredible recommendations, quick and easy payment/transfer....Ted even brought us to the closest store so we could get some home essentials before the crew got in. We will be reaching out to LVHFL again soon for our next trip to Florida!
