Renting through Fort Lauderdale Stays has been a great experience for us. We have stayed at Sunny Daze twice - a beautiful house. We spent most of our time in either the heated salt water pool or the screened front porch. The house had everything we needed - a fully stocked kitchen, new linens, comfortable furniture and smart TVs in each room. Steve and David were extremely responsive the one time we called them. We had 2 totally stress-free vacations at Sunny Daze - and cant wait to return.

We had the pleasure to stay at Serenity house for 12 days, and we felt completely at home. As I live overseas and my sons are in the US, we usually do this trip once a year. I have to say that the house is even better than in pictures, everything is extremely organized, David was very easy to communicate and the whole experience was just wonderful. We will definitely come back to Serenity Place. FULLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you.

This house was amazing! It had it all. It was so quiet, and felt like we were on a private vacation. Had every amenity we could’ve asked for. We enjoyed the ducks in the morning, and watching the fish during the day.

Location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants! Home was well represented in pictures with an open floor plan and modern touches which made the space inviting.David and team was very communicative throughout our stay. Loved the unexpected welcome package with thoughtful goodies for everyone including our children.We look forward to being guests again.

We came for a family reunion and had an amazing time in the Martell! The house is exactly as described with spacious rooms and beautiful pool sunsets. The house is spotless clean with all the facilities any family would need for a rental especially in the kitchen! The location is central & neighbourhood super safe. David was extremely helpful & came by for a quick hello! I highly recommend this house and we look forward to future stays!

Our family could not have enjoyed the Floridian home more, the home was clean, comfortable and very inviting. It is very evident that the owners take pride in making sure their guest have everything they need. Plenty of towels, beach/pool supplies (cooler, chairs, floats, a baby float, fully stocked kitchen supplies, playpen, high chair, blankets, etc..). By the end of Most vacations we are ready to get home and back in our own beds but we will be sad to leave tomorrow. Truly a wonderful stay and wonderful hosts. Highly recommended and looking forward to booking again soon!

Just had a fantastic stay at the Pineapple Paradise rental! I’ve rented houses/villas/apartments in many countries/states and I have never encountered such wonderful hosts as David and Steve. They literally think of everything one would need at a vacation rental and only supply the best natural/organic products. The rental was sanitized, spotless, and in great condition. Any questions or minor issues were addressed immediately. We’re already thinking about our next stay and we literally got home an hour ago!

This house we stayed at was amazing. The hosts thought of everything. Beds were comfy, everything very clean and plenty of essential supplies (even starting water in the fridge, which was much appreciated after a long drive). They really create and maintain beautiful properties.I also want to highlight the communication from the hosts - it was brilliant. You can tell they really care both about their houses being super comfortable and about their guests. They won’t leave you with an issue and will work with you to make your stay super enjoyable. Would 100% stay with them again over anywhere else. David: maybe you can open a few houses in Northeast? :)

This vacation rental was absolutely fantastic! It was very clean and a very peaceful retreat! Everything was just perfect for our visit. The backyard and private pool were beautiful and it was very relaxing! It was a pleasure to meet David during our stay, he made sure that we were happy and enjoying our time in Ft. Lauderdale. We will definitely consider staying here again!

After spending a week at the Avenue One property we are definitely going to be back. The property is gorgeous. This was our second stay at a Ft. Lauderdale Stays, Inc property. There cannot possibly be a better company to rent a vacation home from. They have thought of every detail, every amenity, and every “comfort of home” to make the stay absolutely fantastic.Avenue One has a beautiful backyard with a fantastic pool and spa. We had the best weather all week long (I’m pretty sure Ft. Lauderdale Stays doesn’t control the weather but if they could it would have been the weather we had all week!) We were in the pool for hours every day and the spa every night.

This by far is the best Airbnb we have done. The house is wonderful and the pool is just beautiful. They had everything we could ever want or need. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is very clean.

Havana House provided the perfect respite for our family from both Covid-19 and the Midwestern winter. We enjoyed the house but loved the backyard where we swam in the pool, paddled the canoes, hosted friends socially distanced in the Polynesian hut and visited with the friendly iguanas, ducks and turtles. Both David at Fort Lauderdale Stays and Property Manager Leo couldnt have been more helpful and supportive as our family spent a month e-learning, remote working and simply escaping the pandemic. We would definitely be interested in returning next year.

Absolutely loved this rental. Great layout, wonderful amenities etc. the pool and outdoor space is perfect. Gorgeous landscaping. Everything is in tip top shape. Comfortable beds, quality furniture, great appliances too. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!

So sadly the week we came it was very cloudy and rainy so we couldn’t really go out and do anything, but the house had so many hidden treasures like board games and the pool and hot tub. It honestly made our rainy week fun. I had a blast!! The bathroom in the Kings room and honestly the entire house exceeds the pictures and is completely gorgeous. This house made me wanna move to Florida. I would honestly stay again.

We had an enjoyable stay at this property, very tropical relaxing feel in the backyard and a nice open but comfortable feel inside. The neighborhood was fairly quiet made for a nice morning or evening walk and within walking distance to the store or ice cream shop, ect.The property manager was very helpful, we ran out of propane for the grill and had another tank within 15 minutes. Id recommend a stay here!

The Havana House was perfect for our family from four households with three small children. Its a beautiful house, open light and spacious! Close to everything, but not too close. Its an easy walk to the beach with the provided wagon and beach toys and chairs in the garage. Beautiful pool and pool floats and toys also provided in the garage. We canoed in the canal out back which borders the state park. Great Tiki Hut! The house had everything we needed and more! Thank you for the great Welcome Basket!

LOVED OUR WEEK LONG STAY AT CASA DEL SOL! The house was extremely beautiful.

We had a wonderful time staying at this stylish and well-equipped home! We appreciated the pool floats and outdoor speakers plus all the TVs in the house. Made for fewer arguments between kids!The home is stylishly decorated and close to groceries and other supplies. It’s just a short drive to Las Olas (fun dining and shopping) and the beach too.David was quick to respond to all of my questions and requests, though there were few. As a mom, I really appreciated that a vacuum, laundry detergent, and a pack and play were available too.We had a great trip and I would absolutely rent from David and Florida Lauderdale Stays Inc again!!

Place was beautiful,impeccable, and with everything you need from kitchen utensils up to soap,shampoo and bug spray.The pool is awesome, the neighborhood is quiet, and in walking distance you have a Publix, a Dunkin Donuts for your coffee and breakfast,as well as an icecream shop and a restaurant.The beach is a 10 min drive. We are always traveling to Fort Lauderdale for vacation and The Bungalow offered a very pleasant and refreshing post Covid and much need it time with family.

We stayed for 2 months as a work/vacation combination while we worked remotely due to covid. The house was recently renovated so everything is new and in great condition. We cooked almost every night and the kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with everything you need. The master bedroom bed is VERY comfortable with high tread count sheets, black out blinds, and quality pillows. (We didn’t use the other bedrooms) There are plenty of towels for the beach and bathrooms and water pressure in the showers is very good. The entire space is open, light, modern and comfortable. The pool is outstanding and well heated for cool days. Any minor questions or issues were responded to immedialty by David the property manager who is both friendly and professional. This is an outstanding property in a quiet, walkable neighborhood and is an easy drive to grocery stores and beach. I was exactly what we needed.

5-STAR in every way. Every detail was considered. This home is well equipped, tastefully decorated and well laid out. The outdoor space is inviting with a wonderfully heated pool and BBQ area. Convenient 2 minute walk to Starbucks, Publix etc.!Hosts are extremely responsive and helpful!Will definitely return to this bright and airy gem!

This is a great vacation rental! We staid at the Sunny Daze house for almost three weeks and loved the house. Everything is as if it had been completely renovated just a few months ago - new furniture, new kitchen & appliances, new bathrooms, etc. Everything was of consistently high quality, very clean, comfortable and well laid out. The outdoors equally had been recently updated with beautiful new landscaping installed, a lovely pool and what appears to be new pool equipment and AC unit. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we never heard any noise. There is a large grocery store just 2 minutes away, and several other stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc.) within 10 minutes. We would stay here again anytime without hesitation.

Fabulous home in a spectacular neighborhood! Going forward, if there is a property available through Fort Lauderdale Stays, I will never book through any other method.The Sweet Spot remains true to its name. We hate to leave. Am I the only person who sees all these reviews are not Havana? I stayed with my friends there for just a few days and to me if youre going to say luxury you have to improve that kitchen. I mean seriously it looks like the owner just keeps on putting lipstick on it. The house has charm but needs a really big improvement from the kitchen being first to the bathrooms and last would be the problem with noise from neighbors. The entire time there was a party going on next door and it was clear they were kids and it was a rental. This house was probably nice once upon a time but it needs to be updated. Otherwise location is good and its kept clean but its the small things that matter.

We had a wonderful time at the Serenity Place. Everything was perfect! After many months of shelter in place in NYC stuck in an apartment, we all needed a break, and Serenity Place was truly a blessing. We spent so much time in the amazing pool that our little one even learned how to swim on her own! The house was spotless, with the necessary appliances, and the grill worked perfectly. It felt like home (but with more space and better weather!). We will definitely come back.

We had a terrific stay in the Bungalow. The home is very comfortable and the pool/backyard is divine - very private. There are many added features like beach chairs, umbrellas, gas grill, sun porch, outdoor shower, etc. You will enjoy your stay and the hospitality Steve and David provide!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Southern Exposure, would definitely return. The space itself is great and so is the decor. The hosts attentive and responsive to all our needs. The area is very well located, quiet and safe. It was a great place to stay at, especially when we had to stay in most if not all the time!

We stayed at 3 Palms for 6 days and loved the experience. The house was expertly cleaned, the ammenities were fantastic. We enjoyed our visit thoroughly. So much so, we booked another property for next Spring. We loved it.

Beautiful, peaceful home. Great location - short drive to restaurants, beaches, stores. House is immaculate and has all the modern conveniences as you would in your own home. We felt very safe in the home and neighborhood. Backyard area is perfect to lounge around and read a book, cook a great BBQ dinner or float in the warm pool. The house was extremely clean - all furniture was new and comfortable. Property Managers were easy to reach, and very helpful and efficient. We would highly recommend this home to rent. We will definitely return as soon as we can!

We booked a house from Fort Lauderdale stays for this past May and June, ended up loving it so much that we stayed through the end of September! We stayed at the Floridian, Victoria Secret and Coral Gardens. Each house was in a great location in Fort Lauderdale, beautifully kept, clean, comfortable living and bedding, all kitchen amenities, high end appliances and new TVs, beach and pool gear, everything we could possibly need for our longterm stay. Beautiful pool areas on each house and well maintained with pool service 2x a week and landscaping every 10 days. Whenever we needed anything, David and Steve responded right away and took care of it. If youre traveling to Fort Lauderdale, these houses are the place to be. We will recommend to all of our friends. Top notch!

My husband and I enjoyed our weeklong stay at the Bungalow. It was the perfect place for us to “social distance”, relax and remote work. The home was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Beds and pillows were in good shape. It would have been nice to have a small desk or dining table to work on but we managed okay with the comfortable chairs, barstools and sofa. The private pool was AMAZING and backyard was very lush and private with nice lounge chairs. We enjoyed having coffee on the enclosed, climate-controlled patio in the mornings. The covered carport was nice and kept the car cool on hot summer days. This part of Wilton Manors is a quiet but eclectic community with a trendy vibe. We loved it. Great local restaurants (we recommend Rosie’s within walking distance). We had no reason to contact the property management company because everything was perfect so I can’t rate their responsiveness but, based on the attention to detail we experienced, I’m sure they would have corrected any issues promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Pineapple Paradise is truly a wonderful escape in Paradise. The Pineapple.. The expression of “welcome” surrounds you here. The Charm and welcome begins at the doorway under a beautiful foyer Pineapple .My favorite of all the pineapples here.This is a place made for rest and relaxation in all the best ways. It offers privacy and quietness in the heart of Fort Lauderdale.The accommodation for comfort is offered in all aspects.This was a staycation for us during the covid pandemic. We spent all our time here.It was like being in the islands! The Tropical Landscaping with its eye candy hanging tree orchids and lighting are Exquisite.We fished, watched ospreys, relaxed in the pool and Jacuzzi (which I have to add had the best jets ).Hats off to David and Steve! The house was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely well equipped with everything you could ever need! The furniture was extremely comfortable and the beds and pillows were amazing! My wife and I had the privilege of spending two months at this wonderful house hosted by Ft Lauderdale Stays. The entire place was designed and well thought out to make our stay enjoyable as it was. The Landscaping and Pool/Jacuzzi area was our favorite. It really creates an oasis like none other! Everything was very clean, there were plenty of home supplies (towels, sheets, dishes, cleaning supplies etc). If we had any questions or needed anything at all, David from FT Lauderdale Stays was very responsive. I have stayed a lot of rentals and air bnbs and I have to say that Ft Lauderdale Stays has their act together like no other! Highly recommend them! Thank you David and the team for allowing my wife and I to have an experience we will always remember!

We are a family of 5, who have had 17 nights in this lovely house Serenity place in Fort Lauderdale. It is a totally clean, spacious and well equipped house, which is located close to everything we have needed. It is lovely decorated in a modern, warm and elegant way. It even smells so good here (with the Air-wick plugged in). We have spent a lot of time in the house, and have enjoyed every moment. The pool-area is also fantastic and has been used a lot!Last but not least; Steve and David has been so helpful with everything, so we have been in very good hands both before arrival, and also if we have had questions during the stay.We would love to come back one day, and can truly recommend it to anyone who appreciates high standard and quality at a great location.

My family and I stayed at the Palm Terrace, and could not be happier with the entire experience! The house is very well furnished with a beautiful back yard. The location is close to the beach and shopping. Whenever we had questions, David was quick to respond. I would love to come back again next year!

Wow!!! My family and I just arrived from our 5 day trip to Fort Lauderdale and specifically stayed at Palm Terrace. From the moment I booked the reservation, I received excellent customer service from David. I did have a number of questions and David replied quickly. Once we arrived we followed Davids instructions and we were able to find and enter the home with absolutely no problems! The pictures that are posted are exactly what you find when you walk into the home. The home is spacious and was the perfect size and accommodated our large family nicely. The home is nicely decorated and is stocked with towels, beach towels, and more than enough bed sheets and blankets.The home also comes well equipped with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans, condiments, restroom items, as well as cleaning and detergent for the the washer and dryer. It all came in very handy! We were very happy with the home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was fantastic and the kids had a blast. We had a number of nights that we stayed in and cooked hamburgers and hot dogs on the bbq and enjoyed the beautiful tropical lush green back yard. We definitely recommend the home to a family wishing to stay at a wonderful home with attentive hosts. Believe me, we did our homework and looked at several ( and I mean several) homes but this home had all the amenities we were looking for at an affordable price! We had an amazing experience here. The condo (Harbor Haven) was great! Quiet, sparkling clean, great amenities and an amazing view.The location is also great, with many restaurants at walking distance.We’d love to come back on the future.

Where do I began fabulous house. Pictures don’t do it justice. We met friends here and enjoyed the quite neighborhood. Close to Grocery and anything you need we were able to cook in the well stocked kitchen ( cookware dishes utensils) all high in, very glad to be able to eat in on occasion. Breakfast in the screened porch so great and to be able to plan our day . This house is magical with the lush gardens and wonderful pool that is totally private. Were able to meet the property mangers David and Steve . Were on top of everything we had no problems at all but were reassured if we did . This house in very good hands with them as managers. When we arrived the house was super clean ! And very inviting loved loved loved our stay here we will definitely be back . Wonderful stay if I could give more stars I would .

Ft. Lauderdale Stays was the perfect rental, these folks remembered everything plus the things you didn’t even think of when renting a house. House was well-stocked w/abundance of linens, kitchen loaded with all types of dishes and glassware which was completely labeled and organized, laundry soap, pool toys and even board games.Neighborhood was beautiful, quiet and even walkable to many stores and restaurants on US1. Our family relocated during the quarantine in order to spread out, enjoy beautiful weather and a private pool. Our plan was to head back home after the month was up but it was just too nice so we extended our stay for two additional weeks and we’re sad to finally leave. The large backyard was truly our own private oasis with amazing landscaping, awesome pool, and was well-equipped with pool floats and patio furniture. We were in awe of the beautiful trees, birds and salamanders.My kids complained the WiFi was incredibly slow however I didn’t have any issues connecting everyday during my numerous video calls. We had a problem w/kitchen sink which was immediately rectified.We’re creatures of habit when we find a great opportunity therefore we’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at this great property at the end of August (Palm Terrace). The house is really lovely and equipped with high quality furnishings and equipment. The layout makes it a very sociable house. The outside area was amazing and very private and secure. The neighbourhood felt safe and and was well served by local shops. Our flight was cancelled because of Hurricane Dorian and David & Steve couldnt have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this property and Fort Lauderdale Stays.

It’s been a fabulous stay. Our hosts have been helpful from Day One when we first enquired and since then have kept in close touch. The accommodation itself has exceeded our very high expectations and if you book you will not be disappointed. Lovely fittings, great decor and various home comforts abound. Super pool - all spotlessly clean and very lovely. Very good neighbourhood where we have been welcomed by all. Our final word - we will be back!

We were very pleased by how nice and well stocked the Flirty Flamingo was for our brief time in Fort Lauderdale. Nice house, private backyard and relaxing pool for our family. Highly recommend.

We stayed in this lovely Bermuda Riviera home for 2 weeks and loved it! Photos are very accurate but dont tell the whole picture. The openness of the floor plan and kitchen with huge windows to patio, pool and canal was a real bonus. The flexibility of sitting out in the sun or under the lanai porch area is also a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and grocery store all within walking distance. Beach is a quick 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Beds and linens are very comfortable, and it was great to have the master bed and bath open onto the patio! Only minor complaint is master shower design is flawed, with almost no way to avoid getting soaked and water sprayed out the door as you turn on the water. Outdoor shower is a convenient option. Washer/dryer are small relative to size of house. David and Steven were very accommodating to requests and very responsive to questions and issues. Looking forward to coming back next season for longer! Would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed at Casa del Sol for a week. The property is exactly as described and immaculately clean! The entire house is updated and beautiful. A well stocked kitchen with new appliances and great washer, dryer. All the towels and bed linens are very nice. The pool and spa are perfect and the patio gets sun pretty much all day. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to everything Wilton manors has to offer.

We had a wonderful time at Serenity Place. On arrival the house was immaculate and felt very welcoming. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.The house is fully equipped with everything you could need for cooking and entertaining. We had friends over for a barbecue on Sunday afternoon and hosting was super easy; that’s not something that can always be said about vacation homes. A lot of thought has gone into equipping this house.There was a very minor issue with the pool but when we called up someone was there to resolve it within an hour, which is really great service.We would definitely stay here again and would also recommend Fort Lauderdale Stays.

It was perfect! Quiet neighborhood you will get a good night sleep! The pool is indeed the highlight of the place, My kids loved it. My favorite place was the sun room I enjoyed the view and all the light.Easy check in, place was clean, everything we needed was available. We will sure come back!!!

The best way to describe Fort Lauderdale Stays, is the most luxurious high-end resorts you have ever visited which you completely have to yourself and your loved one, or your entire family.We have stayed twice with Fort Lauderdale Stays and both experiences were exceptional. The properties are immaculate, completely self-sufficient and designed for the comfort and self pampering of the guests.I would not hesitate at recommending this incredible South Florida experience. David and Steve are both attentive hosts and know their business. I can honestly say this is one of the few times where the photographs (as beautiful as they are) do not do the properties justice. The convenience, incredible amenities, and freedom of having total privacy in a five star like-resort make this the perfect choice for the discerning visitor.

Fantastic stay! The house and the grounds were beautiful! We have two small children and we spent a relaxing four days pool side. Everything we needed was here or close by. After swimming we would walk the neighborhood and meet the friendly neighbors or walk to a nearby delicious Peruvian restaurant. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time at this house! We were 3 grownups and 3 kids and there was plenty of space. The kids (and the adults!) loved the pool and there was plenty of space for everybody to hang out. The hosts are so friendly and attentive and the house has everything you need. Short drive from Ft Lauderdale airport and grocery stores, target etc all a short drive away. Very quiet neighborhood and the house and the pool are so clean and well kept. We’ll definitely come again!

House was so warm and inviting from the moment we stepped in the front door. Large gourmet kitchen, living room and dining room had open layout with plenty of sunshine flowing through the large windows each day. The gourmet kitchen had everything you could want or need. The backyard was to die for -- so peaceful and relaxing. The heated pool was awesome, set among a tropical garden, with a constant breeze - thought I was in the Caribbean. There were lounge chairs around the pool, outdoor patio furniture, everything you need to simply enjoy life.

I stayed at this fantastic rental with my husband and young son while we searched for a house to buy in the area. We couldn’t have loved it more. It was so much more comfortable than staying in corporate housing and the neighborhood was great. As “advertised,” there was a Whole Foods in walking distance, but also a ton more. Trader Joe’s is just down the street, there was a great bar where we could take our dog onto the patio, and lots of good restaurants. The grounds at the house were really well-tended—someone came to do landscaping, and clean the pool weekly. There are limes, coconuts, pineapples, and herbs on the property, not to mention the lush landscaping. And then, there are the property managers who were awesome. So responsive and friendly (we had drinks a couple of times!) Can’t recommend it enough. A quiet little oasis in a lovely neighborhood. Thanks David and Steve!

I have stayed in Airbnb’s around the world and this was one of my favorite properties. We stayed at Bermuda Riviera house with my parents, including my handicapped father. The location was perfect...close to grocery and restaurants. It was only a short drive to the beach. The best part is that we spent much time just enjoying the property. The outdoor space is splendid. There are many areas to lounge or dine out on the patio, both in and out of the sun. We grilled out almost every night and thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen that opened up right onto the patio. Pool water was wonderfully warm and clean. The entire property was immaculate and stocked with everything you might need for a family trip. Skip the hotel and stay here....you’ll feel right at home. I am often ready to come home after a week, but I didn’t want to leave this place!

This house was perfect. Steve and Dave have personalized the entire experience and their attention to detail is extremely impressive. Every part of the house has been designed to be relaxing and comfortable. It is well stocked and we wanted for nothing. They were very responsive and the app they provide keeps everything really organized. Thank you.

The Flirty Flamingo!You want to stay here! From the moment we walked in, we didn’t want to ever leave! Everything from the decor to the open concept layout, this lovely home provides many areas to enjoy. This home was very clean and well organized, with many things appearing to be brand new. The kitchen provided several small appliances (e.g., toaster, blender, coffee maker and Keurig, kettle, food processor) and each bathroom also provided a blow dryer. If you are a family travelling with small children, don’t be deterred by the fact that there is no bathtub. We used a washcloth to cover the drain and we were able to fill the shower with a couple of inches of water no problem for our 10 month old son to enjoy splashing around.The backyard oasis is where you will want to spend your time! The landscaping and pool were beautiful to enjoy. The home also had outdoor lanterns available to use when sitting out there. Both the front and back yards were extremely private. For those who like tech, the home is outfitted with an Amazon Echo in the main room and a smart TV in the family room and each bedroom. You could record a show on the family room TV and finish watching it in one of the bedrooms if you wanted. Additional items provided in the home include a pack and play, a high chair, board games, beach chairs and a cooler.The location of this home is perfect! Wilton Manors neighbourhood is safe and beautiful. Home owners really take pride in their homes and properties. We truly enjoyed going out for walks each day and looking at all the different homes and tropical plants. The community of people here are so friendly, always passing by with a smile or a wave. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and beaches is very convenient, with the airport only being about a half hour drive away (with traffic).David and Steve were incredibly helpful during our stay, just a phone call away to answer any questions we had! It is clear how passionate they are about their rental homes and making sure people feel at ease with everything they may need while staying in a vacation home rental.We loved our stay at the Flirty Flamingo so much, we extended our 4 week stay and rented one more week at another one of their properties, the Pineapple Paradise! Private Tropical Luxurious Oasis!!!When we arrived at Victoria Secret’s Vacation Villa, we were prepared for the property tonot be as perfect as it seemed in the photos, as this has happened to us with other properties. I cannot stress enough how this is NOT the case with this property! Not only was it impeccably maintained, it was immaculate, every detail you could think of; was thought of for you. The crown jewel for us was the pool area. A beautiful private landscape of tropical plants and trees surrounds a pool almost the whole width of the property. It is breath taking during the day and then takes on an exotic and romantic look in the evening, as the well place garden and patio lights turn on. The property is located perfect distance to the downtown restaurant and clubs, and very close to the beach. The neighbourhood is quiet and easy to get around in. I could go on and on about this property, but I will end with this, treat yourself to a stay at this property, everyone deserves a vacation at Victoria Secret!

We stayed at the Blue Pearl and it was absolutely incredible! Your own tropical oasis just steps outside your bedroom. Very convenient location as well, there are tons of restaurants nearby, shopping, and beaches. Would highly recommend!

The rental at Martel house was great. Very modern furnishings. Great location! House has great showers and towels. Kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. Pool is very inviting with comfortable lounge chairs. Very peaceful setting on the water. I have used Florida Stays before and continue to highly recommend them!

What an amazing house! Pool and back yard is very private and we took advantage of that every day! Highly recommend this house to all and we will definitely come again. Ft. Lauderdale is a great place with wonderful dining and entertainment. The house is a short drive to beaches, casinos, and restaurants!

Plenty of room and well kept home that was the ideal spot for our group (3 siblings, 1 spouse, and a dog) to stay. Pool was perfectly positioned in the sun with shady & sunny spots on the deck. Would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely love this place! The cleanliness, attention to detail, welcome water and coffee were so wonderful! The accommodations provided (such as beach towels, shampoos, dishwashing and laundry detergents, etc.) made it so much easier upon our arrival. I stayed as a guest at the Floridian, one of the Premier Properties of Fort Lauderdale Stays!! The house was amazing: fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms with their own private bath each, a third bedroom/den with a very comfortable Futon bed and an office area for a nice atmosphere to work a couple hours when I needed. The outdoor shower area is convenient to the private swimming pool, and the outdoor dining/sitting areas are located for optimum relaxation. But nothing beats the care and attention to details provided by David and Steven, the managers of Fort Lauderdale Stays. Not a single detail was missed to provide us with a most enjoyable stay in the Fort Lauderdale area. Ill be back again real soon!

This home and location are perfect! We were 10 minutes from any destination we wanted to explore. The home is decorated well, clean, has ALL the supplies and amenities needed, and in a great neighborhood. The pool was perfect and the seating and lighting out back made for a wonderful experience both day and night. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are just what is needed. David was fabulous to work with and everything (wi-if code, tv, etc) is clearly explained. Things are labeled inside & outside for easy use. We hope to return to this home or another property managed by David.

We had a wonderful time in Ft. Lauderdale. The home we rented was beautiful and well appointed. David and Steve were most accommodating during our stay. The neighborhood was secure and safe, also close to stores and attractions. Hope to visit again soon!

The hosts, David and Steve, have thought of everything to make guests comfortable. The accommodation is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We loved Baby Blue Heron and highly recommend it.

Casa Lola is a beautifully designed house, extremely comfortable and full of thoughtful details. Our family of six spent a week, and we could not find a single complaint. The pool is impeccable, the grill got well used, and all the nooks and crannies provided space for just hanging out. We shared a movie on the comfortable couch. Come to think of it, we could have used more plugs for all the mobile devices, but we managed w/o much trouble. A power strip might be a useful thing to pack. Lots of easy food (and other) shopping close by. And the beach scene is a short drive away. Actually, being back from the beach is an advantage -- much quieter and less frantic. But parking at the beach is a nuisance. We would happily return.

This is our second year in a row to stay here. We love it. Lots of room. Great view! We will be back again next year.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Villa. The place was extremely clean. The jacuzzi and pool was fantastic! The manager was very helpful with whatever we needed. If you are looking to stay in Ft. Lauderdale, this is the perfect place!

Having to travel often for business I decided to have a staycation so I could relax. Not wanting to be in yet another hotel I looked for alternatives.When I came across the Fort Lauderdale Stays site I was immediately impressed with the ease of use and available inventory. Pricing was on point so I booked it! Certainly glad I did as everything from the check in to check out was top notch. The property was stunning, the staff was very accommodating which made for a very happy and relaxed me.Id definitely use this site again and actually looking forward to next time I can.

This house is a perfect gem, walkable to many restaurants and services, totally private backyard, and cosy and beautiful for a couple or single, plus a guest or two. Quiet and safe neighborhood, not too far from the beach (but who needs sand in your trunks when youve got your own pool?). And David and Steve (managers) are very responsive and attentive to their guests needs.

Steve and David are phenomenal hosts. Their house is so tastefully appointed with all top shelf appliances. They are quick to respond to any question and staying in their property will make any stay all that more enjoyable.
