Anyone can see from the photos that this place is incredible, but what has blown me away is the EXCEPTIONAL communication from Jeff Walker. From my very first inquiry, he was responsive, respectful, and thorough. He seems as though he genuinely cares about making sure guests have a wonderful experience. I would not hesitate to recommend any one of his properties due to his exceptional communication and genuine desire to give guests a positive experience.

The apartment in the Trump International Resort has a direct unobstructed ocean view. The room is very large, and has a kitchenette and two refrigerators. The room was spotless clean. The management is exceptionaly responsive and attentive. Highly recommend, will absolutely be back.

We stayed a week here. The pictures looked nice. It had the added bonus of pool, jacuzzi and on the water. Unfortunately the house does not live up to its pictures. The home lacks basic upkeep.-The AC was leaking water 2 of the 5 days we were there.-The floors and pool were dirty on arrival.-The pool was not working 2 out of the 5 days we were there.-One of the toilets was not working on arrival.-The living room furniture really needs to be updated.-The coffee table seemed it was ready to fall apart.-The shower head had calcium buildup so no telling how long it has been since it was cleaned properly.-The shower organizer was rusting.-I Had to put the shower door back on the track because it wasn’t opening or closing correctly.-One of the tubs was not draining and would fill with water every time you took a shower.-The thermostat stopped working. By the way, you can not adjust the thermostat. It is set and locked.-Both front and back doors are difficult to close and lock.My wife and I usually enjoy leaving good reviews for our stays... even if everything wasn’t perfect. However, there’s no way we can leave this place a good review.After having to contact the property management company 2 to 3 times we honestly thought they might offer sometime of reimbursement for our troubles. After so many little issues we kept running into, it became a “joke” and honestly we became annoyed because most of the issues seem like they should be a part of regular quality checks. Things as simple as batteries in a remote.After our stay I reached out via phone call, text and email. We received a response in which the owner/property Mang company copied and pasted a section out of your agreement you sign before staying.... that basically says unless you’re injured, hurt or if it’s a safety hazard they’re good with you having to deal with any other issues. The owner seemed to take more pride in being responsive to problems rather than avoiding/preventing them. Which of course works for them because their stay/vacation is not affected and they are already paid.I’d strongly suggest you find another place to stay and stay away from any properties this company manages or owns.

Amazing experience! Walker Vacation rentals was professional, courteous, and met our every need. The house was clean and fully stocked with all of the basic amenities for our vacation. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be booking with them again.

I recently stayed at the W Hotel. The space was spectacular and the view was just amazing. The staff with Walker V Rentals were so helpful and made my first VRBO rental that much more special. The APP they have also made the planning of my trip much easier. I will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

We had the most wonderful stay here for a family vacation. Beautiful pool, perfect location, and fully equipped kitchen. The house made our stay in FLL and we will definitely be back!! Thank you Walker Vacation Rentals!

Company and they said, yes we know about those, but havent had an opportunity to fix them.Overcharged at front desk by $400, due to error by management company. Took a couple of weeks to get the refund back.Check out instructions not sent until a hour before we had to be checked out.
