My car was having transmission issues so the Tow driver Sean came and picked it up. He was very professional and was great company during the tow. He even dropped me off after the tow, which I really appreciated!

My semi truck had a major breakdown in the middle of a snow storm. In the middle of nowhere,at night. They came out without hesitation, hooked me up. Dropped me at an hotel. They stayed and made sure that my refrigerated trailer filled with perishables was safe and picked up by another truck. They went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!

When all the other towing companies couldnt or wouldnt help me, Shawn at Import Towing was there. On thanksgiving I was able to get my car home safely and in one piece! Thank you guys soooo much for helping me on a day no one else could.Zach

The City accidentally flagged my vehicle for a parking violation. The driver Shawn was very polite and receptive and waited for a parking services representative to come help rectify the issue. Once it was cleared up he released my vehicle on the spot free of charge. Fantastic customer service!

Towed an RV for us... twice. Friendly and very competent.

I ran over a curb and busted my tire earlier. It put me in a stressful situation since I had no one nearby to help me. Im a college student and know nothing about cars and Shawn was kind enough to come out and help me remove the flat tire and put my spare in. He gave me advice for what to do at the tire shop and was super professional, nice, and friendly!! I recommend!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst experience ever!! my son was in an accident on a Friday night in my vehicle. I took my son to the hospital to avoid an ambulance bill. The highway patrol nor the tow truck were on seen until after I had already left. the other vehicle in the accident was towed to her house mine was towed to their lot. Called Saturday morning first thing trying to get my car the lady was very nice however couldnt tell me how much the tow bill was I would have to wait until Monday. Waiting until Monday would save me 5$. So Monday I go in and Im told to come back later when the woman that knows about my car is there. Couldnt give me a time she would be there either. Two girls in the office they couldnt find any paperwork or keys to my car and knew nothing. I still dont know why they were even there if they couldnt get my information or bill for my tow.. when it was all said and done I gave them $300 signed my title over only to find that my car had been ransacked and most of my tools missing. Very disappointing in an already horrible situation. I think its sad that tow companies get to take advantage of people in vulnerable situations. So it costs $307 for a 13 Mile tow just fyi

The first time I was towed by them, it was not with consent and during a traffic incident, which should have generated a negative relationship, but they were so empathetic and friendly that I kept them in mind should anything else come up and I needed a tow again.I ended up getting towed without consent by another company (H & K Towing AKA Karris Towing) who were bullying me, harassing me, deliberately trying to screw me over, behaving abusively towards my brother and me and using unethical tactics to keep my car from me. I immediately called Import Towing to see if perhaps my car could be moved from H & Ks lot to Import Towings impound center and they were enthusiastic in wanting to help out and get my car. H & K tried to tell me that I wasnt allowed to use Import Towing and that I HAD to use Choice Towing, because they are buddies with them. It made me uncomfortable to think that they would pressure me into using Choice. I also lost trust in Choice because of the fact that they have a relationship with the mutants over at H & K.Suddenly after the cops got involved, it was made clear that Import Towing WAS in fact allowed to tow my car for me and take it to their impound lot where I could recover it.Every staff member at Import Towing that I have encountered have been eager to help and as an added bonus: the rate they charged to move my car was affordable both times. The driver was so punctual that he showed up a couple of minutes early and clearly had a good relationship with the police officers who were there as civil standbys. Their entire staff showed the same empathy, excellent customer service and high quality as they had the first time they towed me. I will never question which towing company to use again, for as long as I live in Fort Collins. I also will never recommend anyone other company to my friends and family, and believe me I have quite a few.Bottom line is that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys and gals to anyone - they run a classy business that is actually in it to help people, even when people make mistakes. That is a rarity among towing companies.

The woman I spoke to on the phone and the tow truck driver were both very professional. The driver (I think his name was Shaun) arrived very quickly and was great about the whole thing. The price was very reasonable too.

My step daughter had a accident north of town. Contacted by law enforcement they claim it took more then 3 hours to get the vehicle. Vehicle was on the roadway when I picked her up. Start to finish 3 hours!!! WOW you can keep the car its not worth the tow bill.

Not sure what the person who wrote the negative review was talking about. I called for help at 7am and immediately received assistance. Within only a few minutes help was on the way and anticipated to be 30 minutes. My previous calls to other companies revealed 1 1/2 hours or more! Shawn (the driver) called when he was 15 minutes out just to let us know which was awesome because waiting always seems longer than it is. This call was to tow my Murano being driven by my daughter and stranded on the I-25 north of Wellington. She said he was very nice, clean and professional and transported both her and the vehicle to McCormick Automotive on Horsetooth and College. The whole experience beginning to end was really quick and painless thanks to Import Towing. A HUGE thank you for a job well done! I see why one of the other reviews was 5-star! We consumers should ALWAYS watch out for those one-off people who want to hurt business because of malicious intent.

I got into an accident up Hwy14 and Shawn was up there picking up a car in an unrelated accident and offered to drive me back to Fort Collins. This was a huge help to me as my truck was going to take several more hours to extricate and the tow truck driver I called was unable to drive me home because his cab was full. While I cant speak to Imports service regarding my vehicle, they must highly value their reputation as well as their fellow man to go out on a limb help me out the way Shawn did.

Way overpriced

For the lady posting with user name “nine”this lady has told so many different stories and has lied to many people. Her car was indeed towed from her apartment complex for not having a parking permit and the apartment complex parking lot is permit parking only, she has posted on many websites lying to people by telling them her car was with her at her son school and that we are lying about when we towed the car but if that is so she is admitting to illegally driving the car because the DMV temporary permit is also expired but thats not true becuase for one we take documented pictures of the vehicles when they come into the impound and those pictures have date and time stamps on them and also we have to report them to the police department as a towed car so they have record of it being towed as well. Her window was indeed blown out due to extreme heat built up inside the car because all the windows were rolled up and there was no ventilation, she called us on 5-1-18 which is the day we towed the car and she told us she had no money to get the car back because she is a single mom and had to use what money she had left to pay her rent and she wanted us to open our gates and look away while she took the car and wanted us to pretend like nothing happened, she never contacted us again until after we sent our certified notification letter to who she says is her brother who owns the car not her so then after we had already had the car for 25 days is when she decided to come get the car but not when the bill was much cheaper, she asked her dad to pay the $1080 bill for her and now she is trying to dispute the charges to take the money when the money is not rightfully hers, we took documented pictures of the window, the ground by the window and inside the car after the window blew out due to heat when she came to pick up the car she slammed the door very hard knocking more glass into the car and after doing that she took her own pictures of more glass inside of her car claiming we knocked out her window out of anger, no we did not, there was 2 people out in the impound when the window blew out and the heat rolled out the window after it broke. she can lie all she wants but i am posting this to every website she posted hers to so people know the real truth and that her lies are not ok.

I was involved in a three car, car accident onI-25 it was a very stressful situation and my car was totaled, I called import towing and recovery and they showed up very fast and took care of my car they were all very friendly and very professional throughout the whole situation.

I was looking up Fort Collins Towing and this business came up with multiple fraudulent numbers, addresses and websites. I will be making a complaint to other areas about this. This company is manipulating Google
