Exceptional service!!! I came here after having a horrible car wash a few minutes earlier. I had the whole works done and it was well worth the price. The lady made sure I was satisfied and checked the vehicle at each stage to ensure it was cleaned to her satisfaction. It was a quite a wait but that is to be expected from a hand wash especially one that pays attention to detail such as they do. We tipped the guys extra for such a superb job. So clean we could eat off it. 🥰🥰

This place USE to be great, for the price the work was good. I would travel 20 min to come here. I just went today and it will be my last time. Expect to be here an hour when busy. They are understaffed. My car sat for at least 10 min untouched. After it was washed. They dont open the trunk to wipe the excess water unless you have it open for them. They dont pay attention to detail. Dirt still on the seats and in the compartments. The guy who wipes the windows failed horribly. I would expect this from a automatic carwash. But not the best in town.

I was looking for a place to wash my companywork vans and I drove 30’mins to this place to give it a shot. When I called they said if it doesn’t fit they would wash it outside. When I got there the guy said there’s a line and we can’t wash the car right now. There was ONE CAR BEHIND ME and two cars in front. Didn’t seem busy at all!!! They should’ve mentioned that when I called before driving all the way here to waste my time! Guess they were just lazy!!! Not coming back here ever and def not recommending this place to other companies that drive work vans!

It was very satisfying. The quality of the service was exceptional. The wait was longer than most car wash but was well worth it seeing it was a hand wash car service. The cost was slightly higher but was well worth it.

It was different to say the least. They vacuumed the passenger side of my truck, the rear window wasnt cleaned thoroughly and I was charged $28....

Well, I googled to see an open car was at 8:01am. I came and they told me they couldn’t help me yet because the cashier wasn’t here. She didn’t come till 8:10am and only bcs one of the cleaners had to call her. When I come in she’s telling the lady that “don’t say I’m not responsible!” I told her you are not. I’d you were I would not had to wait. She had the nerve to tell me....you didn’t even wait that long 🥴! This cashier is totally oblivious to a good work ethic and I will not EVER BE COMING BACK. Plainfield has lots of great places with people ready to work. People who value their jobs and know what it takes to keep a job. This place must run on very poor management if this girl feels that she can do this. I say this because if they cannot charge you since the cashier isn’t here, they cannot do anything to your car.

Totally not worth. I wish I could give them zero stars.1. The guy gave me the cheapest service for $25+tax=$27.75. This is the most expensive car wash in the area.2. Taxes charged was $2.75 at the rate of 11% on $25 service. Illegally collecting more money from people. NJ state tax is at 6.625%3. Didnt get the interior cleaned. The guy mentioned I paid only $25 bucks so i get only exterior.4. Terribly slow people, Minimum 1 to 1.5 hr waiting. They dont have many car for the wash, they are just too slow.

Not worth $16 for an exterior wash. There was still soap all over my car and they started drying it. I had to make a complaint about it before they washed the soap off properly. I’ll just do t myself home next time in the freezing cold and save myself the hassle.

Aint worth it. $17 (Suv) for a quick vacuum and wash, they dont even wipe down the inside of the cardust all along dashboard and controls. i wouldnt go back.

Terrible service. Not coming here anymore. This carwash is understaffed and overworked. Before it used to be $12 and now $16? really, I can go to other carwashes for $8 . I was there last week and had to wait over one hour. thats ridiculous. The owner has a rude look and can barely walk with her giant heels. The owner needs to focus in maintain the building. the building is old and needs to be repainted. The waiting area is disgusting, and the seats are ripped. $16 for a wash? at least invest money in the waiting area

They usually do a great job. This time they scratched the hell out of the wood on my Center console, scratched the chrome plates on my trunk and streaked the heck out of the windshield. So disappointed. Brand new x3 damaged...

I paid $ 29 for a car wash.4 men cleaning the car and they didnt clean the window inside. I went back but it was already closed. Horrible service and too expensive. Will not go back and will not recommend to anyone.
