1000% happy with my decision to call Dedicated Towing.My RV (a converted ambulance) broke down in a National Forest and I was going to have to get it towed for service. Dedicated was recommended to me by the shop doing the repairs. (A perfect 5 star rating with over 250 ratings didn’t hurt as I was making my decision.)JR answered my call and was super helpful with getting all the details necessary to find and extricate me and my truck. We set a time for the next morning and Kevin showed up even earlier than expected. He was very friendly and professional, but maybe most importantly, competent.Every aspect of my interaction with Dedicated Towing exceeded my expectations.

This will be the ONLY tow company I call going forward! Ive used them twice now, and both times Ive had awesome service and paid less than what other companies wanted. Theyve moved a forklift for me in the past, and today a vintage Porsche 930 Turbo I had just purchased. Things couldnt have gone smoother either time. Our New Hyundai Iconic Hybrid went into some kind of anti theft mode after trying a remote start while shopping at Sams in Longmont. We had to use the Bluelink Service to get help. We not only received a call from Dedicated Towing letting us know they were on the way, but also text updates and a link that we were able to see exactly where the driver was and arrival time. Shortly a big spotless Shiny red flatbed tow truck pulled up next to us and Kevin Wilcoxon, a very friendly and professionally dressed driver, helped us sort everything out, and get us on our way. After a long morning/afternoon of trying to have my vehicle towed from my driveway, they were finally contacted and got to my house quickly and easily. After 3 companies turned us down JR said I like a challenge and came out to pick up our old Tesla S that was dead (12v battery died). He new exactly what todo. Arrived early and got to work, efficiently, cheerfully and quickly. He took great care not to damage the car and I felt I had left it in good hands. Then he was gone, on an hour long trip to our dealer in Boulder. Great guy, spotless truck and a pleasure to do business with. He is on top of my wife and my list of guys to call in Fort Collins whenever we need a tow.

Though I did not get the drivers name, he was extremely helpful, professional and kind. We were literally stranded in the cold, pouring rain and snow with a dead battery and no cables. I am an RN and my family and I took our first vacation since Covid started. On day one of a 10 day trip, our rental car started acting up. The rental car company took until day 5 to get us a replacement vehicle. Mark had to drive to DIA to get the vehicle and then drag it up to Granby to deliver. He communicated with us to make sure the vehicle he was picking up was big enough and he made sure it was in good condition. He called us every step of the way to make sure things went smoothly. James showed up to pick up my tool box to move it to my new shop and he was right on time and extremely friendly and professional. He took a lot of care making sure my box was secure and not scratched from the straps holding it down. With him taking that much care with my toolbox, which is a large investment for a mechanic, I have no doubt he would treat any other job like that. Highly recommend them if you need a tow or something hauled.

Called for a tow for my broken down truck in Wellington and he showed up within the time frame they said he would. Very easy to work with, knowledgeable, and helpful in my situation. We were actually able to get my car running enough for me to drive it to my mechanic in town so I was only charged a small fee. He also made sure that just because we got my car running, that it was going to stay running long enough to get me where I needed to go. Hanging onto his card for future use!

Arrived very quickly and was super helpful recharging my battery. My car was acting up, but JR stayed for like 20 minutes helping to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great work and very friendly!

My son waited over three hours for our insurance company’s roadside assistance to arrive. It was getting towards 11PM with no communication them. So I called this company I found online with great reviews. I spoke with JR to see what his company might be able to do for us. They said yes, called my son to confirm they were on their way to him within 5 minutes, and arrived in 15. They were awesome!

I had to get my car towed to a shop because my starter was dead, but the awesome tow person figured out a way to give me a bypass start instead. He just charged me a base fee and I didnt have to pay for a full tow. What a great service! Would absolutely recommend!

While waiting on the police James happened to drive by and stopped to make sure that I was okay. Not only did he stop, but he parked behind me so that other vehicles did not hit me while I was stranded. He waited with me until the police and my husband could arrive. Highly recommended. They very quickly responded to my call to bring my disabled truck to a reputable shop that they recommended. My personal truck towing a trailer broke down so I needed a solution for both. They offered both at a very reasonable price. The driver was an Army vet who was very attentive and professional. He waited for my friend to arrive to tow my trailer to his house instead of just leaving with my truck to make sure that I was able to get my trailer moved with my friend. I wish all towing companies had half the level of service that this one does. Dont look any further for a company, use this one.

Dedicated Towing is aptly named. From my interaction it was easy to tell that they were dedicated to helping! I had need of an emergency tow from Fort Collins to Broomfield, and even after business hours they were still committed helping me out. Given the state of my vehicle they had to use creative problem solving and two trucks to get my vehicle loaded. The owner himself arrived within 10 minutes after the initial truck driver phoned for assistance. They took payment directly from an auto repair shop (Les Schwab) and made the whole process as easy as I possibly could have hoped.

I couldnt get my car to start (had tried to jump it), and the dispatcher was super helpful in getting me all set for a tow. The tow truck driver, James, showed up in a really reasonable amount of time and ended up being able to charge my battery so I didnt need a tow (apparently newer batteries are harder to jump). He was extremely personable, professional, and helpful. Ive never dealt with replacing a battery before, and James suggested I head over to a parts store where they will install a new battery for free. That saved me the cost and headache of dropping my car off at a shop on a Saturday and having to wait until Monday at least for them to replace it. My whole experience with Dedicated Towing and Recovery was great, and I will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks again, James!

Dedicated came out through AAA Roadside Assistance. Guys name was James. I couldnt get my diesel truck to start, and had been gonna have it towed to a mechanic. James asked why it wouldnt start. He speculated from what I described that it was a fuel delivery issue. He hunted around and tried some stuff, and voilá! It started! Saved me the tow and the mechanics diagnosis. Wintertime and bad fuel. He told me some great tips for winter! Im so grateful

Broke down in Fort Collins headed to Denver. Dedicated Towing responded very quickly to my call. I was told the wait was about 45 minutes but Patrick arrived no more than 25 minutes later. Once Patrick arrived, he loaded up my truck and was ready to go. I expected him to leave once it was loaded up but he stayed with us until our ride got to us. Patrick is the man!
