Professional and very helpful. They took care of our towing after a motor vehicle accident that totaled our car. The driver was helpful while we were on the scene of the accident. The office staff was very helpful when we came to clean out our car.

So rude to my 17 yr old daughter when she had a wreck. I was out of town and she didnt know what to do. Less than understanding and wouldnt let her come get her school stuff from her car

The driver Chris was a wonderful person who was very caring and sympathetic on a day that could have been ruined by this little upset. He showed up before the quoted time which shows customer urgency is high. He was very courteous and made sure I had all my issues sorted out when my car was delivered to the final location. Absolutely amazing service. The woman who answered the phone was very courteous and professional and got someone to drive out to help my mother with her tire. He was very nice and got her back on the road in no time. Great service and fair price, get to my place in 10 mins!Getting towed always means unwanted things happened, and people can get agitated easily . Yes, this service is doing business and gets money from you, but it is the caller who is in trouble and needs help. These are the people who come to help.Just show respect to these people and don’t act as a jerk just because you paid, or gets angry because you can’t split to the police or to whatever made you unhappy.

After many years of their service I had the worst experience with this company. I have been using them for a very long time and given them loads of business, but when I had a 3 party contractors vehicle towed by a resident at my property I called them and asked if they could drop the fee this ONE time. The lady in charge did drop the fee, but not without saying that they would no longer do business with us. ONE time I asked a favor and this is how after 3+ years of constant business is how we were treated. The $180 dropped fee is worth the thousands of dollars they made every year with us. Just a shame.

These folks are awesome! I have used them three times over the last year; once in town, twice fairly long distances. Exceptional service, reliability and follow through at a very reasonable and competitive price. I highly recommend them.

Dont use this company unless you want things stolen out of your car. The owner, Kelly, made it completely clear that he absolutely hates liberals and people of other ethnic background. They might seem courteous to begin with, but beware if you arent white and conservative. Also they charge higher prices than other places in town.

Absolutely horrible business. Been towed 3 times and I have been nothing but a pleasure to work with. Came in and paid and even cracked a few jokes because I imagine most coming in are in a bad mood. This last time, an older man starts to yell and swear at my friends and i as we are driving away (We are 22 years old). He starts to insult us and continues to argue and aggressively approach us. I tell him to go inside because hes here doing business and that isnt how its done. He continues to insult, swear and argue. What kind of business allows their senior employees to do this? Absolutely insane that their can be such disrespect. Attempting to fight customers will only lead to issues. Next time I have a feeling he will lay hands on me so I hope you fix this so I dont feel dangerous to do business. Fix your act Crossroads Towing.

DONT LET FORT COLLINS PD TOW YOUR CAR HERE AFTER A CAR ACCIDENT. I was in a car accident and fort collins pd towed my car using this company. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. They literally dont even have business hours. I had to call multiple times and I finally reached a woman who worked there. I told her I would be by to get the things out of my vehicle and I was running 30 minutes late but figured Id call to er her know Im on my way. She gets an attitude and says ugh I was just about to leave. I asked her to stay because I was almost there. I get there and I bring her a copy of my insurance and everything and she said she needed to copy it. She had her baby with her and was taking a long time to get the copying done. Then, in the middle of helping me, her phone rings, she picks it up, sits down on the phone for 5 minutes and rudely goes here I have them copied. I was unable to get into the trunk of my car and I had belongings in there. I asked her if she or someone there could help. Then she says oh well the insurance company doesnt want us damaging the car. Um the car is damaged thats why in the tow lot maam. I think she just didnt want to help and she also had a newborn with her & no one else working there.

Driver was very generous. He even made light of my situation which I greatly appreciate. However, the guy that answered the phone seemed like he wasnt sure how to do his job. Never even gave me a quote, which I didnt even think to ask. Will absolutely call them again if I need a tow though.

Crossroads was called on seen after a lady blew a stop sign and hit my car. Both cars needed towed and the police department called the tow trucks. Crossroads showed up on seen very quickly, in a beautiful black and orange tow truck. The driver was very polite and loaded my car and moved it out if the way. The company was very professional and I HIGHLY recommend it to all my friends a family.

Car was totaled due to an accident and the police called them to tow the vehicle, I believe they charge $200 just to put it on the flatbed and then $30 per day. Considering it wasn’t a police repossession or anything like that I feel like the per day price is outrageous other yards in the area only charge $5 per day. The gentleman that gave us a tow was a complete angel though👏🏻👏🏻I would suggest if you got into an accident don’t let the police call “crossroads towing“ call around and find a cheaper place and call quickly.Its damn near as much as the deductible just to get the car out of the lot, so it’s like paying twice. 👍👍Some people just don’t have sympathy for other people who just experienced a loss!! Thanks lady whoever you are!!

Yep these people get it! By that I mean customer service and care. They were the second choice for my tow, which was a non-rush tow, a truck needing to be taken to the repair shop. Fabulous with a smile on the phone, you can tell, for the booking and Chase in the truck was an employee I would be proud to have in my Company. We will use this Company.

Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know I tried calling to talk to you about an incident my daughter had with one of your employees. I was told by the person that answered the phone (your daughter in law), you would not be interested in my call and concerned over how she was treated. I had to ask her several times to take my name and number to have you call me. My daughter had some questions on the tow receipt and your employee scolded her that if she wasnt raised poorly, she would not have had issues with being towed. You all are getting paid for these involuntary tows and you are allowing your employee to treat them poorly and with disrespect as they take their money. My daughter is young and Hispanic and I feel you all treated her this way due to this. You may think otherwise, but if this same comment had been made to your own daughter or daughter in law how would you feel?The entire situation with her apartment parking has been horrrible. There is no where for them to.park and she us stuck in a 1 year lease. She is told they can park in a certain row at the church and then she does and she is towed a second time. She is a student and a $410 tow bill is alot. Its more than half her rent. She has no money for groceries now. I know this is not your problem, but please put yourself in her shoes.I just wanted you to know as the business owner your employee made my daughter feel like a second class citizen. Hope this doesnt make you feel proud.Have a great day...

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! An out of town tow company had damaged a customers trailer and then abandoned the truck and trailer in the middle of the street down from our repair facility. It was late at night and the customer was really upset with the whole situation. We called Kelly and did he ever come to our rescue. Kelly and his team arrived with two vehicles and quickly and expertly maneuvered the vehicles into spots the other driver couldnt. Kelly really came through for us and I just wanted to say a special thank you to Crossroads for being so awesome! Thanks Kelly youre the best!

Driver was quick and very polite and personable. Recieved quick service. Fee was a tad high, but you got do what you have to do in situations like that, especially involving snow and ice.

I used Crossroads towing to tow my car after it was totaled in a hit-and-run. WORST SERVICE EVER! When I showed up at Crossroads towing, I forgot to bring the title so I could sign it over. Immediately, I was called every 4-letter word in the book by one of their employees, Kelly. He called me a piece of s**t. He called me a f**king a**hole. After diffusing the situation by assuring him I had it, just not with me, I ran home and got the title and brought it back. No apology for blowing up at me. This is by far the most terrible service Ive ever had. STAY AWAY! Use a tow yard that doesnt curse their customers out.

Cancelled my tow with a competitor (Choice Towing) because they wanted to charge extra to pick up my Audi outside of Fort Collins. My location was in Timnath and closer than areas in south Fort Collins. Not impressed. Called Ed Carroll for who they use and Crossroads Towing is their preferred hauler for Audi. No extra charge and are on their way

The tow wasfine and the gentleman doing it was amazing. The problem is with the office staff. I call and got a quote giving them specifics and asking lots of questions. When the tow was done I was charged one and a half times more than quoted. When I called to ask why this was. The lady on the phone was rude and would not take any responsibility. She just kept insisting that whomever quoted me, miss quoted or I heard it wrong. I know I did not hear it wrong since I asked the same questions at four other places. This was the only place that charged differently. Thats why I went with them. They were not even my first call. I was still charged for the much higher amount with little in the way of apology. Like I said the driver was fantastic but the office is a rude mess. I do not recommend using them unless you are in a pinch pie getting a standard tow.

Called on a Sunday to try to get a friends car out, (friend called too). When my friend called, the lady who answered asked for his license plate number and when he asked her for just a second so he could get it, she hung up on him. He called her back and proceeded to ask her again and she rudely interrupted him and said they were closed and hed have to call tomorrow. This all happened right in front of me, so I can confirm this. If youre closed, why take a call and even ask for his license plate? So then I proceeded to call them from my cellphone number and ask what their hours are, and she hung up on me as well. When I tried to call back, I got no answer. This business is incredibly unprofessional and not something Id recommend for anyone to use for their towing and recovery needs. Disappointing experience to say the least.

Driver was pulling car out and blocking traffic for an extended period of time (understandable that is the job). Cars were passing on shoulder to get by, when I pulled up to go by from my side (I was only car from my direction) he pulls up. He couldnt wait the 3 seconds it would have taken me to pass. Delayed me even longer, then he yells at me, whats your hurry, are you going to hospital. Guy was a jerk.

These guys are great. Marshall helped me with a tow over 250 miles and was the utmost professional in getting the job done in a timely and safe manner.

Crooked and degrading. I accept responsibility of parking illegally but that gives no grounds for a rude belittle douche tow driver. Then adding on fees at their warehouse thinking I Didnt know my rights. Do yourself a favor and educate yourself on your rights just in case this joke of a company tows your property.

Crossroads is professional and prompt. I work with them often to help enforce towing for my business. What many people dont know is that towing companies are required to abide by VERY strict and OFTEN enforceable laws. They do not willy-nilly tow vehicles. If you got towed, its because YOU did something wrong and while it SUCKS to get caught you need to take responsibility for it!

My wifes vehicle broke down just outside of Truscott Elementary, this Saturday morning. The repair shop I contacted, referred me to CrossroadsTowing. Alex arrived well within the estimated 20 minutes. He very carefully loaded our car onto his flatbed truck, and I accompanied him to the shop. During the ride, he was very personable, and I learned a little about towing. I highly recommend Crossroads Towing!

My car was left on the side of the road for almost 24 hours and I had to call another company after the lady told me shed be there in 30 min. My car was unattended for almost 24 hours and they were no help when I tried calling. I will never use them again.

I have never used this companies services and probably never will based off the way I was treated when I called because one of their drivers almost ran me off the road. The guy who answered the phone immediately started saying that I was driving bad without even asking what happened, he was a complete jerk and wouldnt even listen what I had to say.
