These crooks towed my daughters car because the Registration was supposedly expired. We ALL KNOW that in these COVID times people are stealing license plate stickers (which was our case) and that clerk/recorder offices are very behind on the backlog of renewals and new plates.Once i finally learned where the car was towed, I called to inquire and was met with a What? Instead of a Hello, this is Karris towing how may I help you. It took 30minutes to get a call back as the receptionist couldnt help and the office manager must have been too busy. They were very unprofessional in explaining what had happened and basically I had no option but to pay them even-though me and my family are law abiding citizens.At one point, they would not even tell me where the car was located which lead to a heated argument.The location of the business is very poorly marked, and the best explanation of their office is trailer trash hoarders.F This company!

They tried towing my car claiming it had been there for 24 hours in reality had been there maybe 5 hours. I called in and they threatened me over the phone. Tough guy persona doesn’t bode well for soft criminals.

I have been using this place for years. They were there in less than 10 mins. Had me on my way in no time.
