You never want to have to call a tow company, but if you do, I cant imagine another company would provide better service than King Towing. I had a problem with a rental car and Mitch showed up on time, and treated the car as if it were his own. He was courteous, kind, professional, and empathetic. He even tried to advocate on my behalf to see if the issue with the car could be resolved faster than I had been told previously. It was actually such a good experience that it ended up helping a very negative experience feel like a positive one. Kudos to Mitch and King Towing.
