I have been coming here for over 8 years. Cleanliness is perfect, before and during Covid. There is never the odor you get so often in salons.The pedicures are exquisite: I tend to take the spa pedicure which is delicious and relaxing.All the staff are excellent, efficient and kind.I have brought friends and they have become loyal customers.I also get facial waxing which is also very good. I heartily recommend.

Nikky (sp?) did a wonderful job with my ‘pink and silver’ acrylic nails! I LOVE that you can book online and that they are open on Sundays with my busy schedule.Highly recommend.

They were very attentive and clean removable jets in the toe tubs to help with sanitization. Only down was I had to wait for a manicurist even though I had an appointment.

This is my total go to Solon for a pedicure. The owner is super nice and always greets you with a smile and enthusiastic, “How can I help you?” The prices for a shellac pedicure are fair and they have a HUGE selection of colors. The chairs are also nice, clean and comfortable. You can walk in and you do t need an appointment.

Theyve added clear particians to protect the customer and technician. Very pleasant experience!

They split my real nail in half, to the point it was bleeding, while removing an old acrylic nail. When I mentioned it was bleeding the tech simply rolled her eyes. I asked if it was okay and sanitary to go on with my rebase and she said its fine Ill jus super glue broken nail. Never once did she apologize, or offer compensation. It was very painful. I will never return here again! And its a shame because I loved coming.

This nail spa has good pricing and are very quick. Its cheaper than a lot of nail salons in fort collins. My nails are not thick at all and there are no flaws

I was in Fort Collins visiting a friend this weekend. I went to his salon since they were opened on a Sunday and had great reviews. Everyone I interacted with was nice and pleasant. Place was clean.I did acrylic full set with gel polish and regular pedicure. The latter went fine. The acrylic, totally unimpressed. I have base polish on my cuticles and so do acrylic base. I had glue behind nails that I had to asked to be removed.There was no pushing or removing excess of cuticles nor I was asked if I wanted to get it done.Since the price was on a steep side (and I’m from NYC), I expected good results.

Paid way to much 250$ for my daughters nails and feet and my nails and feet I have never had to pay this much. When I questioned it they just rambled excuses sorry not worth the price

This nail salon is amazing! The customer service was outstanding, the nails are perfect! And while you are there you get offered Free bottle of water or a free glass of wine and the staff is very tentative and amazing!!

Not a quality salon. The tech was fine, mani and pedi were okay, but the overall experience and cleanliness of the business was in dire need. Management sat in chairs watching The Food Network the entire time. There was clear opportunities for cleaning (sink where you wash hands had hair around it 🤢), dust was visible on equipment, and no one was motivated to move a muscle to tidy up. The owners showed up mid service with a pack of cigs and immediately plopped down in empty chairs doing NOTHING.In retrospect, I should have left when I saw management sitting like a bump on a log and the place was empty. There was no pride taken in keeping the establishment customer centric. There were holes in the wall where the chairs hit it far too often, floor needed a proper cleaning, and much more.To top it off, at the end, I was informed there was a $3 up charge for sanitation fees for what I am still unsure. This place needs some serious TLC. Youre best to stay away.

OMG what a wonderful pleasant experience. Nikki the owner did a full set of pink and white and they just look so natural and beautiful. My pedicure was above and beyond my expectations. My elderly uncle lives with me and he goes to the spa as well for manicures and pedicures and he loves it as well which is saying a lot because hes kind of cranky. I would recommend Nikki and her staff to anyone they are just lovely people to deal with.

I have been coming to this salon for years and was surprised by the worst service ever and by the owner. First off I had to wait which Im OK with. I picked my sample and then he proceeds to tell me it will be 10.00 more for the dipped. I figured let me give it a try.....big mistake. It was the worst job ever. You could see how uneven it was. My daughter commented on how rude he was to both of us. Never said a word the entire time even when I was trying to make light conversation. I guess Ill be looking for a new salon to give my business to.

My husband and I love to get our pedicures here and have for a couple years. They are welcoming, price is right & weve never had any issues.

BUYER BEWARE:My wife went here today to get her nails done. The last two people that did her nails did a great job. They really had an attention to detail.However, when they ran her card they decided to take an extra $4.00 that was not authorized by my wife. So unless Im missing something (a $4.00 card fee?!)...Pretty sure thats theft, not to mention despicable. But still, thats theft. We have the receipt to prove this.So why V Nail Spa, why would you steal?

I had a great experience here from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and we were seen right away. We were offered waters and magazines. The water was a perfect temperature and the massage chairs were very nice and clean. The woman who gave me my pedicure was super accommodating and friendly. She did a wonderful job massaging, painting and even offered to do a design. I had an extremely pleasurable experience.

I got acrylic tips done and the design is cute. But the person who did my nails was really rough and rude. He hurt me and made my fingers bleed. The acrylic is extremely bubbly, there’s bare spots on my nails where there is no acrylic to cover at all, the tips are the wrong size, and a couple of my nails are crooked. There were people waiting to get helped and workers are sitting down watching TV. Unprofessional and rude. Will never come here again

Ive done my nails here twice and both times they came out just perfect. Last time they lasted about a month and a half. Properly done acrylic nails at a decent price. Very modern styles too. I go with Kathy.

I have been here twice now, so I know it isnt a fluke! They have given me the best pedicure I have had, twice in a row! Very, very thorough on the massage and making sure that you get your moneys worth. On that note, I think they are also very well-prices compared to what I have paid in the past. I have also had their waxing services twice, and that has been wonderful. I do lip and eyebrow and it is cheaper than lip alone at other places. Seriously recommend this spot to others, and I rarely take the time to review.

I was getting my nails done and overheard the owners yelling at a customer for doing a poor job on her nails. As owners they should have done a better job of making sure that their customer was taken care of and been more professional. I will not be going back to this nail salon.

I have gone here about 9 times for acrylic fill, and they have done my nails exactly how I describe or exactly how the picture I show them looks! There is a man that does mine, amazing. I would recommend this spa to ANYONE.

The people are wonderful. However the product is very cheap. I get my nails redone every two weeks on the dot. Every single time I have at least 4 nails where the gel cracks and breaks less then a week. My nails are constantly breaking. I have had fake nails for years and never had this problem.

My daughters went in to get there nails done and they looked awful. uneven, bubbled, overpriced, and crooked. one came out in tears because of how they looked.

Henry took me in just as they were about to close! He is my saving grace. Definetly will check the hours next time but such a friendly place! You will leave feeling pleased with your expirience!

Definitely would NOT recommend this place, and I am sad to say that. I absolutely LOVE my nails, but they were so poorly done. I got them done on Sunday and was so thrilled with them. On Monday, one was already broken. I went back to get it fixed and they were very clearly annoyed that I came back. Then Tuesday, another one breaks. I went back and got that fixed and they were even more annoyed I came back. Wednesday, another one broke. Friday, another. Today is Saturday and another one is cracked. There is nothing i have done this week that should have broken any of them. I was extremely careful after one breaking the first day. I got them done for my anniversary and now they look terrible. I gave them 2 stars because I am so in love with the color, and I did appreciate them fixing the 2 that broke. But I cant be driving back every single day to get a new one fixed, nor can I afford to go find someone new to do them after spending so much in the first place. I learned my lesson and will not be going back again.

Ive been a customer at V Nail Spa for almost 10 years. Once in a while I will try other places if Im in the area, but none of them provide the excellent service I get from V Nail Spa. They have restored the damage done by one of the other nail spas, taking their time to do the best they can. Great people, great service!

SO sad to have moved from Fort Collins. This was my go-to salon for over two years!! Wonderful, friendly service and my shellac consistently lasted 2-3 weeks. I recommend V Nail to everyone in the area!

Some of the nail techs are quite good. Not all are equal in their abilities. Good customer service. My biggest objection is that they apply fake nails right next to the customers who are just receiving manicures. The manicurist has on a mask to protect themselves while the customers are exposed to the toxic, nauseating fumes. At the very least they should move the gel nails to another part of the salon.

Absolutely terrible. Filed my nails down to nothing, and they still were misshaped. Within an hour of getting my shellac, my thumb has entirely chipped off. While cutting my cuticle she managed to sincerely hurt me and now i have scabs around each of my nail beds. Other staff decided it was appropriate to yell at each other while i was there - not a pleasant environment. When i called to ask for a refund because I work the rest of today, and I am leaving tomorrow for 2 weeks before they open, all she would say was you come in and we fix. I cannot come in!!!! I got my nails done for vacation and they look atrocious. Never returning. Good luck.

Honesty is always the best policy, if there is a wait let the customer know- dont lie and make them wait.My mother did get her nails done and it was a huge mistake- lady rushed and it shows- very uneven and already chipping- very sad.

Wow! I usually have the best experience here and refer everyone to come see Cathy! I am actually still sitting here right now and am furious as I wait for my husband to get done with his pedicure. I am leaving for a winter vacation with the family and got spray-tanned earlier in the day. We came in for our pedis and I explained that I couldn’t get the full leg treatment. I said I still wanted a full cleaning up and nail cut and polish change. It took him 8 minutes total and is so sloppy I am going to have to have re done tomorrow. I also wanted a gel manicure after and was willing to see someone else besides Cathy, but after I saw the results of his “quickie” job there was not a chance that I would let him do my fingers. I then tried to show my toes to the woman doing my husbands pedi but she all the sudden didn’t want to address it and acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying....What a bummer experience. Worst part about it is that now I am going to have to find a new place to go and find time to get it all re-done tomorrow.

Worst experience everWent in today to get A full set with dip powder the entire time getting my nails done I kept telling the nail tech that my nails were too thin and that they were going to break she kept telling me no that they were fine and that it would harden and would not break.Five minutes after walking out of the nail salon one of my nails broke. I went back in and talked with one of the owners who proceeded to tell me no I could not get a refund that there’s no warranty For long nails and she would not give me my money back I went to their other location and talked to the other owner who proceeded to yell at me in front of all of the other customers And as I’m showing him that my nails were too thin another nail broke he said the same thing as the other owner that it is not hisProblem and they would not refund the money. Not only did I not get my money refunded but had to go to another nail salon to fix it

I have tried many of the shops in the city and other cities as well but always return for the superior job and overall experience at the V Nail Spa. So many say try this place or that one but I am done going anywhere else.

Got a pedicure today. Too bad the woman who did my pedicure had no clue what she was doing! She watched the person next to her, then copied what she was doing. Quite sure she has no license to work in this industry. Will not be going back.

The customer service is outstanding at this salon and I have found most of the nail techs to have the same quality of nail expreience . They are very firendly and my nails look fantastic each time, and I have had compliments from others on them.

I was desperate for a pedi so as I was going to stop at WalMart I saw this salon and thought how bad could it be. Well.... let me tell you, I could have done a better job. After my pedi the women in charge came and painted my toe nails and did a terrible job. I will never go back or recommend them.

Best pedicure Ive ever had!

Got a pedicure done here and was very unimpressed. They rushed through the whole thing and barely gave me any massage or scrubbed my feet. The girl who did my toes used her tools then put them back in the package and used the same tools on a different person without cleaning them. She cut my toenails down so low it was painful. I would not go here again.
