This is the place you wanna go if you want to feel relaxed, respected, pampered and have a mimosa, water or soda during it all. We have been on the hunt for a nail salon that focused on keeping their stations clean and clear and man do these guys do a great job of that. Each station is equipped with one of these handy vents where they can scope the dust into it instead of all over the floor. Their pedicure seats are super comfortable and relaxing and did I mention their prices are reasonable too. All the details put into this place really make it pop. Their flowers are amazing and all the areas are lined with live plants helping keep the area refreshed and relaxing.They also do great with kids and boy was my daughter so excited for these highlighter nails and her red sparkling toes. Thank you for showing her a good time for her birthday!!But seriously LV how the heck are your flowers so BIG and beautiful?! I can ever make them live much less grow to this enormity.

Ive been to at least 5 different nail salons in the past 6 months and LV is by far the best for the money! Staff is wonderful, beautiful salon, and clean! And Shannon, the woman that did my nails is absolutely wonderful! She listened to what I was wanting and did exactly that! She is so detailed and continued to ask me how I liked my nails through the process. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star was I had an appointment made but still had to wait 30 minutes before getting in. But the wait was well worth it!

Honestly the best place I’ve ever went to get my acrylics done. Inside the place was beautiful, I was happily greeted, and even though it was a walk in I did not even have to wait despite how many people were there. John did my nails and I would recommend going to him a 100%. He has a very bubbly/great personality. He was able to do exactly what I wanted for my nails (I usually don’t do designs because most nail places don’t do them very well), I took a risk with getting a design and it completely paid off! I will be definitely be going to John when my nails need a refill! Would highly recommend.

My first time here I flew from out of town to visit my sister and was recommended to see Shannon for my nails. These were the best nails I ever had, i didn’t have to tell her what shape I wanted! I showed her an inso pic, and it turned out even better. I will be back when I am in town ! Great customer service

Chose to try this salon out based off of reviews and was pleasantly surprised! Extremely clean and nice. I showed Kenny a picture of how I was wanting my nails and he copied it exactly! I love them! I was a little disappointed with my pedicure. I waited an hour before someone even started and then when she did, she didn’t scrap my heels well at all (they are still rough) or put much effort into my massage. Otherwise, it was an excellent experience and I will be returning to see Kenny!

I came in with high hopes as a walk-in. I had a fellow pet groomer recommend and rave about them. So, I got the second level pedicure for $40. They had a relaxing and clean environment as well as getting my pedicure done in less than an hour. However I was not impressed with the callus treatment, my feet came out peeling and there was still quite a bit of dead skin leftover. I am on my feet all day so I wanted to get them taken care of the most. I also didn’t receive the best massage; the focus was on my legs instead of my feet as well as using a fist and slapping my legs. I wouldn’t pay $40 for this service again unless they did a better job with the massage and the callus scrubbing. Other than that I enjoyed my experience.

The place has beautiful decor and the staff were very nice but I had sticker shock at the end because it $200 for my granddaughter and my shellac manicures and pedicures. I had a design painted on 2 fingers that I didn’t check price in advance. Just be sure you are clear on checking the prices in advance.

The worst nail salon I’ve ever been too.. I went in to get nails done the day before my birthday and they looked beautiful. The next day after getting them done 2 broke… LITERALLY 2.. it’s been about a week in a half and 3 are now broken, 2 of them in very painful places ripping off my real nail to the point of bleeding. I have been getting my nails done for years and I’ve never had acrylic nails break on me this fast and this painful. They were the thinnest nails I’ve ever had. They did so poorly I didn’t even want to go back to get them fixed.

I don’t know his name but he literally filed my thumb nails down to the meat! I kept dozing off since I’m a travel nurse and work a lot of hours! I told him when I noticed not to file my thumb nails anymore and he still continued to try I’ll still with glossy nails this place just “looks” good! Not to mention don’t get any drinks other than water here. If you sit at the pedicure chairs closet to the bathroom you’ll see they DONT CLEAN THE GLASSES THE LADY LITERALLY RINSED THEM OUT WITH WATER AND PUT THEM BACK TO BE REUSED!

Seated quickly. Clean salon. Pedicure was very basic but adequate except for a cut on my heel and my toe. Very little massage. Large rush right after I was seated so no big deal. Nail polish was not drying on my toes. Sat and waited almost twice as long as I usually do and tried to put shoes back on, smudged nail. Lady came over to fix and helped me put on pedicure shoes. Polish smudged again. She fixed again. I thought it was just going to take a long time to dry so I drove home with pedicure shoes on. As I drove home, I noticed the polish was melting off of my toes. I was able to wipe off most of the polish with just a paper towel when I got home and could feel the wax left over from my wax treatment keeping the polish from drying. Called the same night to explain the issue and was told the owner would call me back about a refund. Waited 5 days and then called again. Owner was very polite on the phone and said I needed to come back in for refund. I went back in and he very condescendingly informed me it made me look bad to come back in for a refund. He said restaurants and lawyers didn’t do refunds and if I had an issue I should have said something before I left. I tried to explain that I had driven home before I noticed the issue with the wax and wasn’t even going to make an issue of the cuts and he said I should have let them redo. He told me he was just letting me know because that wasn’t how life works. I told him that it absolutely was how services work and that if I had noticed the issue I would have said something. Another nail tech offered to redo them and I said I didn’t have time and just wanted a refund. He continued to be very condescending so I finally just stopped talking and started looking at my phone as he continued to talk to me about how it wasn’t right for me to ask for a refund. He then told me he would have to go to the nail tech and get cash for the tip I left to be refunded because he couldn’t do it on the computer. Very unprofessional.

Ive been to this salon 3 separate times months apart hoping it was just a fluke that I had a bad experience. Ive been getting acrylic nails done for about 3 years on and off and I have been disappointed every time. I asked for number 747 gel today, a lovely dark green, and recieved just two light coats so my nails look bright jade in the light. I had black powder before my appointment and you can see the remnants that were left on my nail through the polish. I thought the polish was going to be way darker so I said nothing. The ONLY reason Im giving 2 stars is the shape of my nails are great.I did not feel pampered or luxurious in this experience. My tech got up and said Youre done! When I realized that he knew I could see the old polish thru the green.I would have allowed more coats but he was clearly done with my nails. I have attached photos where you can zoom and see the black polish thru my new polish as well as underneath my nails were left like garbage.

I have graduation today and decided to try a new place today for a design based on reviews......and was honestly disappointed. The only reason I put two stars is because it is a cute color and the interior of the building is nice. However my problems they put me with a newer guy who couldnt do any designs I wanted even a more simple one. They moved me to a different guy. He didnt start putting polish on my nails after about an hour and a half. At my other salon I can have a full marble nail design in an hour and a half. My nails are uneven on the top and at the ends. They are more square than coffin. He was also a little rough with the file. I felt like I shouldnt even have tipped. I will not be coming back.

I got a Gel Pedicure from John and he is so friendly and made me feel at home! I was kinda nervous to go in, because it was my first time here and he just cheered me up and made me feel at ease. Plus he does a mean scrub on my tootsies! These feet look amazing!!Shannon did my gel manicure and she did such a great job! She was very professional and nice. I really appreciated both of them working at the same time to get me out of there quickly too.

I was very disappointed. I wanted a heel treatment and asked if they did it on the phone. When I arrived, a random person guided me to a position but I stood up there for one or two minutes waiting for her setting up. No one introduced me about how to use the chair or anything. Later another person came and gave me a menu. I chose LV spa and asked about heel treatment again. She could not speak or listen English really well so I just gave up and let her did her things. When she was done with the massage I realized that she did not really do any intensive polishing job on my heels so I asked she to do it. The heel polishing was very loose and I did know what to say because I was already half way of the service. Very disappointed. If you want to do heel treatment, dont choose their service. I have paid less and got great treatment before. You can see there are still old skins on my heels from the photos.

Came in here for the first time yesterday after struggling to find a good dip manicure in town and WOW. I AM IMPRESSED. The techs my friend and I had were so kind and did an amazing job. We showed up an hour before closing and they were busy but they fit us in and didn’t rush even though we ended up finishing after their closing time. I highly recommend them.

I came in as a walk-in for gel manicure and pedicure. They went out of their way to obtain the perfect color and achieved beautiful results! The facility is lovely and I enjoy the massage chairs immensely!!

My young daughter and I both got gel manicures. We were charged $75 and Im not sure why it cost this much after looking at prices on the website. Kids gel manicures are $20 and mine should have been $35. I am also disappointed that 2 days later my nails are dull on the ends like the top coat is coming off. Not a great experience being over charged and my nails only looked good for 2 days. 😕

Very rude girl working front desk. Ask 3 times to have water hotter for my pedicure never got warmed up so had pedicure with cold water.You say to call and get fixed, yet when we spoke you did NOTHING to try to help. I loved the place it allows you to have a very relaxing time.They make sure everything is okay and clean.Very friendly staff, I got my nails done by John such a nice guy.He made sure my nails were like the ones I showed him. I am usually very picky about my nails,but they came out perfect and exactly how I wanted them.The price was perfect and was not over priced. Definitely recommend going.

I wanted to try a new nail salon so I tried LV Nail Spa, I had made an appointment and was sat almost immediately. My technician was John and he did an amazing job. I showed him a picture of blue French ombré nails and did it perfectly. Nearly the most perfect set of acrylic nails I’ve had in 5years. Usually I always have to file the sharp edges or reshape them when I get home and I didn’t need to do any of that. Very happy with my first time visit!

I got a regular pedicure done and they did it in 20 mins and it was bad (less than usual time for pedicures and for the service they offer which is between 30 and 35 mins). They almost didnt do anything to my feet which is what I paid for and then i saw how they did my toe nails and they also painted skin. And then I saw that another lady was offered drinks (champagne or something similar) and i wasnt offered anything at all! And I read another comment here where they mentioned that they offer even mimosas?? Well I didnt get offered even water and other people did.. Discrimination much???

Everything was really nice and clean. The staff was friendly, but we waited quite some time to get started on our pedicures (almost 30 minutes). That was really the only downside of our visit. Overall great experience here.

My nails look pretty but I got cut pretty bad with the file as you can see from the picture and I still had to pay $60... the girl felt bad and apologized but it’s a pretty bad gash that I will have to watch closely for infection

Went in for a simple manicure and wasn’t pleased. I left the place with nail polish all over my fingers. I also asked for simple flowers and she couldn’t get it right. She redid the flowers 4 times in one nail she would erase it with alcohol. It’s a very nice and clean place though!!

One of the best pedicures I have ever had! Place is super clean and upscale inside. I splurged for the deluxe pedi which included parafin wax, extra massage, and a heated neck pillow. Great value! I moved from LA to CO about a month ago and I’ve been to LV twice already. When moving it’s always hard to find a new barber, new nail spa, etc. Well I’ve found the place I’m going to get my pedicures done at while i live here! As soon as you walk in you are tended to. Their equipment, staff, atmosphere is all great. The massage chairs and relaxing music really do me well. And i didn’t know this before today but they offer mimosas, water, sodas for an even better experience. 5 star place for sure.

Not a very happy customer I will not be going back.

I stopped by LV on a friend’s suggestion and I was not disappointed. I don’t often get my nails done and I can find salons to be intimidating but I felt very comfortable as soon as I walked in. I was more than happy to wait for Shannon and she did not disappoint! I got an acrylic gel set with a matte finish (picture shared) and was in love. I like my nails short (I live a pretty active lifestyle) and I know that can make the shape of the nails challenging but Shannon did a phenomenal job. I will definitely be going back to her :)

LV nails is the best nail spot in Fort Collins. They offer a range of services done professionally by friendly and welcoming staff. Tara, who did my pedicure, was so kind and genuinely cared about making me feel relaxed while doing my pedicure. They have mimosas and the salon is very spacious and decorated nicely. It has a more upscale feel than a traditional nail salon, without the outrageous prices. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good salon experience and great nails!

Today I got my nails done by Shannon. It was the first time using her as a nail tech but I can tell you that she is amazing she does a amazing job. My nails are immaculate. I showed her a picture that I want it and she literally created that on my nails the 3-Dflowers the gold flakes the mat the diamonds. I would recommend her to anyone that has a design that they want she will do it to the tea. Tara and Hunter provided the most amazing and luxurious services for me today! Tara gave me the ultimate deluxe pedicure with hot stones, it was truly the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had. Hunter took care of my Gel spa manicure, also the most relaxing mani ever! The salon is absolutely stunning, very spacious and clean!! Prices for services were the best in town for the quality you receive! I was told to come back for a free touch up if anything chips or scratches! I’ll definitely be returning! Daniel did my sisters pedicure and he is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had Ammy do my pedicure and she did PERFECT! She was gentle and kind to be around! Hunter did my gel full set and he did exactly what I had pictured in my head! I got a short set with rounded square and they look so good! I highly recommend coming to this nail salon! They make you feel warm and welcome and offer complimentary mimosas, soda and water and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and have a nice and relaxing experience! I got my nails filled here and I am so impressed. They have a huge selection of colors. Hunter was very through with reshaping my nails instead of just adding more to them. I picked a very intricate design and he was able to do it flawlessly. This was the best fill I have ever received.

I got the nail designer Shannon! She was absolutely wonderful. Her attention to detail and love for her work truly shines. I’ve been looking for someone to do a cannabis design because I do work in the industry, and she was on point with what I wanted! She gave me some advice so the colors would show nicely. Definitely will be going back and asking for her by name! Wonderful job!! The staff in general are so friendly, I think I’ve found my set nail place after coming here!P.S. I have LOVED LV until my last two times. I’m sitting here waiting as I type this review. The last time I came in I got SNS powder manicure & developed an infection on a few of my fingers. I came in for a pedicure & to get the nails taken off and had to ask 3 times for someone to take them off. Now I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes with my hands sitting in acetone for someone to help me. I’m leaving and it’s 3 o’clock and I got here at 1.

Love that I can always walk in and they can take me and that they have every color option imaginable available. I do feel like they rush sometimes and are distracted, a bit sloppy with my dip mani. However, overall I do like them and will be back!

My nails look nice, but they should update their website because the prices are different then the prices they have on the website. I got the gel manicure that on the website said had a five minute hand massage & shoulder massage. That was not the case. I got maybe 30 second hand massage on each hand!

The prices were great and quality of the pedicure was better than most I’ve ever done. They had mimosas and it was very spacious compared to other nail salons that feel crowded. The massage chairs were some of the best I’ve ever been in. The only issue was we had an appt for 4:00, and while we showed up at 4:05, we waited until about 4:30 before anyone began the process. They did get us drinks and allowed us to get massages while we waited though. Overall I highly recommend!

It might have been the best pedicure Ive ever had! I usually get the basic pedicure but this time I went with the more expensive pedicure package and it was definitely worth it! I felt so pampered and never rushed, I enjoyed it and I will definitely be back again.

This nail salon is outstanding & my go to for a mani or pedi in foco!!! The salon is beautiful and clean, and all the nail techs are professional, friendly and do great work! My most recent visit Daniel did my awesome manicure and Kenny gave an excellent pedicure and foot massage!

Leila gave me a wonderful spa pedicure and manicure and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve tried 6 other nail salons since my move to FoCo and been unhappy each time but not anymore! The spa menu is extensive, the service is very friendly and skilled and the salon is relaxing, neat and high quality. The water features are wonderful to listen to along with the non-cheesy soft background music. The pedicure chairs are fantastic! I never leave reviews but they deserve more business and this positive review. You will not be disappointed!

Super clean inside and beautiful but my nail technician made me bleed on 4 of my 10 nails it was so painful. He didnt listen when I said it hurt. He then sprayed rubbing alcohol on my fingers (to sterilize) but I shouldn’t have been bleeding in the first place. 2 of my acrylics are crooked. The nails I got looked nothing like my picture. The nail polish chipped after the first day. If you want cool scenery go here but the service was meh.

Honestly, I was really impressed the first couple months I went. My medium length acrylic nails held up pretty well. BUT I got a new set about 3 weeks ago and one of them broke. Okay, no big deal they fixed it for free, I tipped them, I went on my way. I got a fill a week ago and my fourth nail has broken right at the tip and idk when they break it doesn’t hurt. When I went in to get the last two fixed (at the same time) I asked if they could help me redo my set because they were too flat/thin and I work as server I can’t have them breaking at work. ESPECIALLY as a waitress and I can’t feel when they’re falling off?!?! If I wanted pain free pop-off nails I would of spent $10 at Walmart, not $45. They told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. They said my nails were too old that’s why they were breaking. When they fixed my thumb it’s even flatter that when it broke. So I don’t have a pinky nail and am going to find a new nail salon.Just to add: I had one experience a couple months ago that none of my nails were even or the same coffin shape on either hand. I asked her to fix them then and there and she just made it worse, but on the way to a funeral in Arizona I was going to I filed them down the best I could.

I got my nails done by Shannon, and I absolutely love them. She offered to put jewels on, and I never had any nail art done before, and I will be coming back. She took her time and made sure they would look great for my vacation. Im excited to show my nails off in photos

Been here about 4 times and the last 2 experiences were bad. Last time the tech cut me, couldn’t finish without assistance and a 40 minute pedi took over an hour. Today when I went in I sat in the chair while my tech disappeared, then came out to bring other people beverages, disappeared again and 30 minutes in when she does start I’m told they cannot cut my nails short-they barley cut them at all and I would have to cut my nails again within a week and ruin the polish. I left. No quality service anywhere any longer.

I booked a gel manicure because the website said a shoulder massage was included. I felt rushed. Other clients were offered mimosas and I was not. There was no hand massage let alone a shoulder massage. I will not return.

I LOVE this place. The staff is super respectful and nice. The girl who did my nails wasn’t confident in the design i wanted and i appreciate her telling me that instead of doing terrible on my nails. I ended up loving the finished design and i definitely recommend this place.

Though the nail technicians were pleasant enough and the salon itself was clean with a nice ambiance about it, I was a bit disappointed. Had a mani/pedi done. They do these simultaneously. My disappointment with this was that I spent the majority of my time twisted to the one side to accommodate the manicure tech, who stood to the right of my pedicure chair the whole time while completing my mani. I barely soaked my hands and my cuticles were never addressed. Ultimately my fingernails and toenails turned out alright. Just not the experience I had hoped for.

I got supreme stickers on my nails and couldn’t be happier with the result. The vibe was nice inside and the guy that did my nails was very cute.

What a lovely place! Today was my first time here,I was getting my nails done somewhere else,u know b4 the pesky pandemic happened,anywho,its been over a yr since having my nails done&for my first time back 2 doing this as the cooties are slow at the moment,but because of the description and all the reviews of how clean&spaced out it was,I actually felt comfortable going here! Needless 2 say,I wasnt disappointed at all&I felt comfortable the entire time! Brian did my full set&he did them exactly how I wanted them&he was really quick,normally quick would b most likely a bad thing,but u can tell he knows what hes doing. I will absolutely be going back! Ty so much,I couldnt be happier! Ill post a pic soon!

I came here for a Deluxe Pedicure with Lisa. She was wonderful, kind, and did a very good job. I picked a bright orange nail polish and she put on 3 coats without me asking since 3 coats look better than 2. I highly recommend Lisa and will be going back again.

Shannon did her thing. It was such a joyful time. The atmosphere was beautiful and the nails came out awesome

This is by far the best nail salon in FoCo! I’ve been coming here for a few months and am always so impressed with the work they do. If you have the chance ask for Daniel to be your nail tech. He does amazing work and is super thorough/detailed with everything!

They overbook and do not honor reservations. Had to wait an hour and a half after my reservation time.

I was told that they didnt do solar nails, although it showed solar nails as an option in the brochure. Then during my pedicure, which I was hoping would be relaxing, they were also doing my finger nails so I had to twist and turn so they could do both at the same time. They werent that busy so Im not sure why they had to rush through everything. Other customers had drinks but I was never offered a drink. Ill find somewhere else to go next time.

Such awesome service! My daughter and I went in to get our nails done and we were amazed at how beautiful and clean this place was. Our manicure and pedicures came out perfect. Thank you, Tara! And thank you to the woman who worked on my daughters pedi.

This was my first time visiting the LV salon. I was very impressed. The nail salon is gorgeous - it’s definitely the nicest one in town. It’s brand new - it has only been around a couple of months. I walked in looking to get a pedicure and i was greeted immediately by a lady named Alisa. She was so friendly and professional that i thought she was the manager of the salon. Both women who performed services for me were terrific - Amy gave me a pedicure- oatmeal and honey pedicure. Alisa gave me a shoulder massage and then talked me into getting a manicure.Since i was a first time customer Alisa offered to do a design ( complimentary) which i decided to try .. never had one. She created a pretty white flower on my big toe. I thought that was a nice touch. I will definitely be coming back. They earned me as a customer. I used to go somewhere else but i will go back to LV in the future.Also - from what i understand they usually serve beer and wine while you are enjoying a service, but with covid happening they put a hold on that. I think that’s a luxurious touch for sure. For now, they were offering soda, water, etc

I was pleased with the pedicures but Im very disappointed over the acrylic nails. I have cuts on my cuticles, theyre not the correct shape, and they dont look anything like the inspiration picture.

I wasnt to pleased with my experiance there. I received a LV spa pedicure after the displeased faceof my technician when I asked for a basic pedicure, ok Ill upgrade Ill splurge I thought..... I received the scrub on my ankles and feet only for just a few minutes, then the polish, a beautiful job, then a less than 8 minute massage for both legs and feet. Then he left me and went right to the next client WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! . Not worth the $60 plus tip I spent....
