Best in Town! Jazmynn is always accommodating and willing to squeeze me in for my manicures and pedicures. She takes her time and has great pride in the quality she provides her clients. My nails last 4-5 weeks without chipping or peeling. You wont find a better locally run nail salon in town. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience here. She was so accommodating and sweet. All of her recommendations were on point from the colors and length to the the “hard gel” option. I showed her a picture and she matched it perfectly and also recommended hard gel that feels so light and natural. I will definitely come back when in Fort Collins area! ❤️

This business deserves 0 stars for not being able to take a proper appointment. I was told to come at a certain day and hour, after waiting for 3 days I show up and she doesnt have me on her paper notebook appointment list. Dont waste your time with this salon

Dont waste your time with this salon as they are not able to take appointments properly, Youll end up showing there and they just know nothing of your appointment and they will do their best to say it is not their fault maybe you booked it with the salon across the street

My pregnant GF set an appointment by phone a week ahead of time (I heard her phone conversation). When I drop her off, they say they never booked it. Lame service... How can you set an appointment and then forget?

This place is probably the best youll find in Fort Collins. Finally people who take time to do a good job and dont break your wallet doing it. Ive gone about 5 times now and have had an amazing experience at every single one. Would definitely recommend going here.

I called Jasmine on a Friday morning hoping to get in to see her Saturday for a refill on my pink and whites. She was booked but told me if I could be at her salon by 8am shed fit me in. Now that tells you how dedicated Jasmine is to her customers to open up an hour early. As this was my first time I was already impressed but when I saw the dazzling array of color options I was thrilled. It was difficult making a decision but I finally chose a sparkly cherry color for the white part of the nail. Jasmine did an awesome job. My nails look fantastic and theyve lasted going into week 3. Not only is Jasmine great at what she does shes also incredibly personable and conversing with her was like chatting with an old friend. The cost was very reasonable and not out of line from other salons Ive gone to. It was a fun experience and Im going back next week to get my nails redone for a wedding. I live in Broomfield and I would never consider driving all the way to Fort Collins if it wasnt going to be worth it. Thanks for the awesome experience!

Very friendly, clean and professional. Make you feel like you are their most important client and you are important to them. Didnt get my dry heals like I would have liked but they made up for it by giving me an amazing massage. I will definitely be going back regularly.

My daughter and I recently visited Body & Spa Rituals for shellac manicures. We arrived early for our appointments, which we made the day before. Everyone was friendly. However, I received the worst shellac manicure I have ever had. The nail tech first did not remove all the old color. When I questioned it, she told me not to worry. I asked her more than once to file a more square shaped nail. They ended up oval. There were no clean brushes to scrub with, only dirty ones. Then she started putting the wrong color on, twice. I gave up when she said the color I had just chosen with her didnt exist. I went with what she had, not what I wanted. The application was sloppy. The edges of the gel against the cuticles are rough, bumpy, and uneven. Every nail shows a bit of the red color I had on previously. 2 days later, 2 nails cracked across the top third of the nail. The curing light burned both mine and my daughters finger tips while it was turned on. Worrisome! It was the most expensive and least well done manicure I have ever had. My daughters manicure application turned out fine, but she also did not get the nail shape she asked for. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

We went to Body & Spa Rituals as a wedding party and had a wonderful experience. They provided us with a fruit tray as well as a glass of wine each for doing the party there. There was also no fee to book/reserve the party like other places in town. The salon is smaller but it was actually more enjoyable because everyone could still participate in the conversations. I had a shellac french manicure done and it still looks beautiful over 2 weeks later. I paid $75 total for a pedicure and shellac manicure.My only complaint is that they are hard to get ahold of via phone and one of our girls needed her toes redone (which they did without complaint).Will definitely be going back!

After searching for a good nail salon for 8 years while visiting my sister in Ft Collins. I find the perfect place with the girls here at Body & Spa. The atmosphere is first class, with mani ped was to die for. You get one on one attention to your service needs. I will be visiting from Texas each time I come to Ft. Collins. If I could give them zero stars, I would. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment (that we confirmed via phone multiple times several weeks in advance), we were informed that our massage therapists were out of town, and we would be unable to receive the services we booked. The owner was unapologetic and did not offer to rebook or offer us any other service to compensate. She gave us several excuses (“I didn’t have the therapist’s schedule!”—why are you in charge of scheduling your employees, then...?). She tried to make us feel like we were somehow at fault for not receiving a notification (which we never received). It’s my birthday, and I work in education, so I rarely spend money to splurge on myself, and this was a huge disappointment on my special day. I’ve never had a such an unpleasant and unprofessional encounter at a local business.

We heard about this salon from someone elses request on Facebook for pedicure recommendations. My daughter and I went to get pedis together, and it was a serene, lovely experience. We felt pampered and blissed out in the massage chairs while our toenails were beautified.
