I’m a get my nails done every 2-3 weeks gal and this nail salon has done fantastic work for me ever since I started going to them.JAMES is my go-to guy/nail tech/friend! He can seriously do ANYTHING. If you’re someone who likes designs, detailed work, and natural looking nails that aren’t really natural (if ya know what I mean)… go to JAMES!Great place, great people, great environment! :)

Ive been going to this place for many times and have had a consistently positive experience. My tech does a fantastic job with my manicures. She is efficient, yet very detail-oriented.

I have been here many times and have had very mixed experiences. However, the past time has been great. I came in wanting a design and Annie was very detailed and worked to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She nailed it!!! I love my nails and a week later they still look perfect!

Owner did a wonderful job on my nails and suggested additional sparkle for my wedding day. Unfortunately the lady wanted me to pay cash and suggested their ATM and next few days my card was compromised (when not at all using it since).

Nina gives the best pedis!! She is very friendly and professional ! Im so happy to have found NailBar & Co and cant wait to see what other masterpiece they can create!

I am BEYOND impressed with their amazing acrylic work! John did a great job fixing my lumpy, thick, lifting acrylics I had gotten done somewhere else in town.I didnt get charged an arm and a leg for the extra shaping he had to do to fix my nails. In fact, the pricing was more reasonable than any place in town Ive seen (plus you get a free beverage from their HUGE menu selection)John explained to me exactly what was wrong with my nails and what he was doing to fix them. I also appreciate that he didnt insist on starting from scratch (which would have been easier for him, but worse on my nails!)I left with beautiful, healthy looking nails and I look forward to coming in again soon.

This was my first time,I went in 1 hour before closing I went in with a particular look, She informed me she couldn’t do the design, which I accepted and worked with her as long as I could keep the gems. The nail is a very pretty ombré but it’s missing the rime-stones I asked for, many times. A single pinky stone and one finger cuticle.Not satisfied with how rushed I felt, especially since my tech got up repeatedly to tend to the shop, I won’t be returning, or recommend.

This is my third time and I just LOVE them! Theyre so pretty and shell work on your nails until she thinks theyre perfect! She is super fast and has a great price.

My nails look fantastic. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because he kept hurting me. He was filing my skin a lot and made me bleed too. He apologized, so its okay. Hopefully it doesnt happen next time, hes very talented and fast.

This was the first time Ive been here. And I was really excited to go to get my nails done for my wedding the next day. My pedicure was fine and honestly the only reason Im giving a 3 star. He was nice and conversational. My mom was coming in so we could get our fingernails together. This was her first time. The nail tech that did her nails was more involved in the conversation with my nail guy than her nails. He cut them way to short, would stop doing her service to talk to my nail tech, and rushed. My nail tech started 5 minutes before him, we got the same thing done, and her tech ended a good 10 minutes before mine. He came off very rude. Then when trying to find a color for my nail art, the lady was borderline rude with the color I chose and didnt communicate. The whole experience after my pedicure was not great and horrible for my moms first experience. Im willing to try things twice, but not sure Ill be back.

This place was a lovely find! One of the best pedicures Ive had! The staff were all very kind and attentive. The complimentary drink was also a great addition! I got the jelly pedicure and it was super relaxing and my feet are so soft. Ill definitely be returning! ♡

Go somewhere else.The prices here are quite high considering you are rushed through and staff seems irritated and annoyed that you are there. I tipped the nail tech for a questionable job on my dip manicure after the dip was clearly uneven and rushed and I left with a bleeding cuticle and the tech told me “oh. $10 tip…”.Go to LV instead. They did an amazing job and even though we showed up a half hour before closing, the tech didn’t rush my friend or I and they did an amazing job.

This place is dirty and completely chaotic. $50 for a simple gel manicure that was poorly done? NOT AS ADVERTISED. Go anywhere else.

I visit evet two weeks to get my nails done. They know me by name and my nail artist knows exactly how I like my nails! Never once have i had a poor experience and would 1000% recommend going here!

My last 2 experiences at NailBar were less than impressive. I was rushed through my manicure and pedicures. I was told my feet were too bad and they had other clients, so they wouldnt do my calluses (even though I paid for it). My manicure was super rushed, they didnt even clip my cuticles or lotion my hands. I wont be going there again.

I am so in love with my nails, they do such an amazing job, super nice people, they went above & beyond definitely coming back. I had my tech, she was so fast and efficient. They turned out so well.

They always have great service! I got a gel manicure but after several days it started peeling off. I came back and they redid it for free and let me know that if it peels again I should try dip next time. I tend to have oily skin and it turns out that naturally oily nails may not take gel as well.

I had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment I walked into the door the staff was kind and attentive and accommodating. I felt very comfortable and they did an excellent job.

I am so disappointed. I had been coming in every 3 weeks for several months now without any issue but this last time I had someone new. It was the most painful pedicure and manicure I have ever had in my life. The water was so hot and I kept telling him and he ignored me. He burned me several times with the dremil. It was a horrible experience not relaxing at all. 3 days later my dip already chiped and I have an infection all over my fingers that my doctor thinks in fungus. I am so sad as I thought I had found a good nail place. I will not be returning.

My new favorite spot. I started going to this salon during the pandemic and have not looked back. My tech is my tech and she is awesome. Her work is amazing and she is very creative.

So welcoming and kind, I’ve never been to a nail salon where the people working were so down to earth and caring. They made sure I was comfortable throughout my pedicure, consistently ensuring I was warm enough and talked to my friend and I like we were regulars. You get a delicious drink along with your service and the add on services (paraffin, hot stones) are so worth it. The best salon I’ve ever been to!

Came in at 10 for a mani pedi with my friend. Got us both in an out in an hour. They did an AMAZING job. Took their time and did great. I am so happy with my nails! I would totally come back here!

I love the place in general, many people are so nice and gentle but my nail tech was EXTREMLY rough and cut my fingers 3 times drawing blood, I would go again as long as he is not my tech he rubbed my cut with acetone several times which clearly hurt and was very aggresive with my hands he tried pulling my hang nails which was extremly painful and my fingers hurt to the touch but the place is nice just not all the employees, my friends techs were very nice

I got a pedicure done today by a young man named Yi. I felt very comfortable with him. I dont normally like people touching my feet, but he had the perfect touch for someone sensitive like myself. He also clearly took his time and cared about the quality of his work. I will 100% be visiting this business and Yi again soon!

Amazing nail techs! I’m extremely picky with my nails and this is the first time I’ve been 100% satisfied with my set. The staff is incredibly warm and the drinks were just the cherry on top! This is the only place I plan on going to from now on.

Not impressed. No one greeted me walking inside so I sat down for a few minutes then I went to talk to my daughters and the only thing said was oh your the mom... Yes I look young but what happened to respecting people. My daughter got the same nail style as her friend and we were charged $82!!! Her friend paid $60. My younger daughter got plain one colored nails and that was $55. Cost was not the issue but Im trying to see the difference in their minds. The nails looked ok, but Ive seen b etter. Will not be returning. Would not recommend.

My daughter suggested this salon for her birthday. Clean place nice people. A customer was sweet enough to pay for my daughters pedicure. So nice of her. Customers service for my daughter was wonderful. Thank you Sandy. For me not so good. The male technician (tattooed arms) did not engage in conversation and just rushed my Pedicure. He did not say Thank you just left without a word. I tipped for the full price of the service and made sure Sandy received the majority of the tip. I had second thoughts and wanted to give her the full amount of the tip. We will go there again but I know which Techmician not to use.

This place has gone down hill. They didn’t speak to us until they wanted payment, we ordered a drink, had to ask for it twice...we both asked for water. My toes have paid on the skin and hers had mark on two toes. No one would talk to us to get it fixed. Would not visit again.

I tried a few places around town before Nail Bar - none of them are as wonderful! It was clear from the beginning that they have many return clients and care for their customers. Annie and John are especially great. They have an amazing variety of products and services and always do good job

I spent $49 on a pedicure and after five hours of wearing sandals thinking my polish should be dry I put on my closed toe shoes to later find out that they were not all the way dry leaving polish all over my socks. The lady doing my pedicure was very sweet but very distracted by everything else in the salon. They also served me a drink and in the bottom of my straw it looked like it had been burnt there was a circle going right through the middle of both sides. Definitely not satisfied with my service.

The quality of my manicure was great. The technician did a really good job and I like the way they turned out. The only thing I was disappointed with is everywhere else that Ive gone for a manicure, Ive always gotten a hand massage, which was not given to me here. I know it sounds petty, but thats the part I enjoy most about manicures/pedicures. Im not sure if thats just a service you all dont offer with your manicures or what, but it would be a nice addition.

They always do an excellent job, and the cocktails and beverages are great. The mimosa actually comes in a glass flute.

I got a pedicure done by Jack. Ended up getting my toe cuticle knicked which happens but the fact that he was wiping it with cotton balls with no gloves on concerned me. His hands didn’t look the cleanest and then he decided to simply let the blood bubble up and continue painting my nails. I’ve gotten knicked before and it’s a total different experience. That night I asked for a refund and they declined it (through cashapp). The next morning I woke up and now my toe looks infected and it hurts to walk so I will be going to the doctors on Monday.Ps they also never offered me a drink when I got my pedicure nor did they speak to me to try and make conversation at all

I scheduled an appointment for 2pm for a manicure and pedicure. Pedicure started at 230pm, and then my manicure started at 3pm. If you take appointments have nail techs available for your appointment times... The services felt rushed. They did not apply cuticle oil to my fingers, and did not get all the dead skin off around the nails. I will not be back. Not worth the $107.

I came in for gel polish, the lady recommended I try extensions which I was excited to try since my nails were so short. Then she said she could not do the gel polish after she got the extensions on, but had to do a dip powder, which was very thick soot has been a little awkward to have extremelythick nails. The experience was ok, but definitely lacking. She never cleaned up my cuticles and I did not leave with what I had wanted but figured I would try it since maybe it would be better. As they grew out the edges from against my cuticles were very messy and sharp, and the extensions were not firm on my nail so I had discomfort from the extensions and my nail being separated. Several other nail salons said they were not able to remove the dip powder so it was a hassle to find someone to take these off and get the gel polish I had originally asked for.

I love this place!! It is clean, the staff is friendly and they have so many choices no matter what you need. I have been seeing Sandy forever! She is very detail oriented and so nice!! My mom and I make this our monthly girl time. Try the jell pedicure— it’s awesome!!

I called to make an appointment with a specific technician then when I asked the lady if she was Christina she would not respond. I took my daughter for her 5th birthday and they barely even touched her feet or hands. Then when I asked for square nails they rounded mine, they over charged for what I received. I will not be returning. Overall very sad and poor experience especially for my child.

I am pregnant and on my feet all the time, Tim was so sweet!! He let me sleep while he did my pedicure! He woke me up so James could paint my finger nails, they asked if I wanted to wait to get my nails done so I could sleep a little longer. James and Tim are very sweet and did a great job!! The other staff is constantly cleaning and making sure everything this as clean as possible during these difficult times! I will be going back every month as my paycheck allows it. I also witnesses a number of their regulars come in. Nailbar has many repeat customers and the staff remember their names. Every one there greats you with a mask covered smile and makes you feel welcome!

I came in here for a pedicure and the service was great! Very clean and was happy with the COVID protocols. Had an excellent pedicure from Kayla who even helped me pick out another color when the one I chose didn’t turn out to be quite what I wanted. I would definitely return!

The first time I went here, they did a great job on my nails. However, the lady was watching a Facebook live The entire time. I came back a few weeks later to get a fill on my nails, and they charged $50 for this (where they did not even put a top coat on one of my nails). The card reader declined my card, leaving my friend to pay with her card. Then it charged both of our cards, leaving us to go back and try to get it fixed. They told us we needed to wait until they both went through, as they said it would not. A couple days later we went back again and they said we could not get our money back until they knew where it went even though we had proof it went through. They were basically waiting for us to forget it happened. The next time we went back, my mom was with us to make sure we would get out money back. Their attitude completely changed and they wanted to be helpful and gave me a refund immediately. Except they did not. It has been multiple days since then, and there is nothing in my bank. There is not anything pending and now I will have to call it in as fraud. I am extremely disappointed with the service they are giving.That being said I will gladly take down this review if a full refund is given.

Fabulous place for the fanciest of nails of any kind. You dream it, they can do it. Nice touch, having the drink of your choice option.Rarely ever wait, even when its busy, and theyre so popular, its always busy.Hint: go mon-wed before 3p.I do pink and white there; Ive been a customer since they opened (two years), and never had a set of nails fail.

One of the worst mani/pedi I have have ever received and I top of that it’s was $175! UNREAL. You didn’t get the full experience of a manicure since they were doing on the side of the pedicure chair.

Came to Nail Bar for a friends birthday because they serve alcohol. It was the most unpleasant experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. They aggressively upsell everything, even after youve said no multiple times. Convinced us all to upgrade to the gel pedicure but it was really just a basic pedicure but they put little gel beads in your tub for a minute (so it was really not worth an additional $10). My technician cut my nail too short and ended up cutting into my toe (see pic)- I did NOT have a hang nail going in. It still hurts when it comes into contact with everything, and Im writing this review days later (after deciding Im still pissed about the whole experience). He asked me if I wanted a design and I accepted, like an idiot, thinking it couldnt be that much more expensive. After he spends maybe 2 minutes making flowers on my big toenails, he informs me that its a $7 up charge. Fine, if you can afford to drop $53 on a lackluster experience. He didnt mention an additional charge BEFORE doing the work. Then they left us in our chairs, told us to stay there, and we didnt see any of them until we figured our nails were dry and got up. My technician made me feel very uncomfortable, as he loomed over me when I was tipping. Would never go back.

This was one of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten. I paid well over the going rate for a no-chip manicure, and I had 2 nails chip on the first day, and now, 3 days later, a whole nail fell right off!When the first nail chipped, I went in on my lunch break and they fixed it up free of charge. The staff was always courteous and kind.I have an office job and have not been doing any extensive cleaning/lifting/ anything!I feel like this manicure was not only a huge waste of my money, but also my time. A shellac manicure is marketed as lasting 2-3 weeks, and in the past, at other establishments, that has ALWAYS held true for me.Even the time spent getting the manicure was uncomfortable. I was constantly turning down different upselling, and being told about the ‘next level’ services I could be buying.I am very unhappy with NailBar, and will not only never return, but will also never recommend to anyone.

I have been coming to John and Annie (owners) for 10 years. I never have any lifting and my nails look great. The pedicures are amazing with so many different choices. Wonderful service.

Ive been going there since they opened. Theyre arent the cheapest place in town, but do you really want the cheapest? Theyre quick, their quality is good and the employees have always been nice, helpful, and professional!

Nice people, but very mediocre job. Got the $41 pedicure and $26 mani and paint job was awful. Didnt cover the whole nail. So frustrating!

I live the Nail Bar. The quality is beyond any other. I prefer dip nails and they last many weeks (3-4, or more if I could handle them grown out). The staff is always friendly! They are always cleaning and adding additional methods to keep the environment up to par!

Absolutely fabulous job! James did my nails and Im in love! He was extremely friendly and made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted. I went in with 3 other girls and the people they had werent as nice and caring but there nails still turned out beautiful! Definitely recommend and ask for James!

I had a great experience when getting my dip nails here. This is the 3rd place Ive gone in Fort Collins since moving here and is the first time my nails havent felt sore/irritated afterwards. The gentleman who did my nails, I didnt catch his name, was very polite and got me started very quickly following my walk in. Its a little more expensive than the other 2 places Ive been ($52?) but I factor the free drink into the cost to make myself feel better, which evens it out with other salons. Overall, I would recommend this location as I had no issues and had the best experience here compared to other salons so far.

Came in with a small wedding party. Everyone else was happy, but I will probably end up redoing my nails myself tonight...this pic is immediately following my service.

Decided to stop in for a last minute manicure. Loved the staff and decided to also get waxing and a pedicure. Great experience.. everyone was great!!! My only suggestion would be spending more time on the $66 pedicure and clarify that it doesnt include polish and is actually 91.(All together my total was $161)

I was hesitant to come here after reading the reviews but once I got there I was welcomed by friendly smiles.there was a large variety of dip options and it turned out amazing. When you go you get a free drink, they are delicious. I will definitely be returning.
