Been going here for years with my bestie for pedicures, around $25 per person... went the other day and IT WAS $50. Let me say the service was not worth $5 per toe - didnt remove calluses, I had to paint spots on my toes that they missed. We were both so shocked and disappointed. They did nothing different than any other time weve gone, but it was double the price. We will never be returning to this place, and suggest you ask how much is that? to everything they offer you. Not impressed.

Read me:if you are like me you break your acrylics nail off constantly, I’m pretty rough on them at work and I’ve never had acrylics that don’t pop right off. This is the only place that has given me acrylics that have stayed on for a week and a half still looking perfect. The owners are extremely kind!Note: I’ve been looking for a new place to get nails done and I found one!

My husband Tom and I went to 1st nails for our first pedicure at this salon. The salon is so well-decorated, clean and fresh-smelling. Then there were all the extras: cellophane-wrapped pedicure bowl, lemon slices in the water which were used during the pedicure to exfoliate. Yummy fragrances of scrub, mask and lotion. Hot towel wrap on calves. Massaging chair. Not to mention an excellent pedicure! Not rushed. This is our new salon!! Thank you Nina and Adam!

Very Clean shop great ventilation and will be comfortable bringing my daughter jere. They do custom and have so many different styles. They are friendly and affordable also. Love 1st nails!

So I went in asking for nails and for one I got moved around like a puppet and for two when the guy came in to do my nails he just hurried up through the nails on didnt check to see if they were all the right length then when I told him that it was they were crooked he told me no that hes been doing it for 17 years he didnt fix them didnt look at them nothing he just finished up hurried up and got me out of there it literally took 15 minutes to get my nails done when I told him I was a cosmetologist he laughed at me which I have my cosmetology license and I told him what he did wrong and he still didnt want to fix it

My daughter & I enjoys going into the shop. Their amazing and caring people. My daughter is alwayz asking them to do amazing designs and they do the best job ever on them. Outstanding and they have the best prices.

Always great service! Amazing nails- I get acrylic done. Never have problems with any lifting on the sides. I would highly recommend coming here. They are the best! I would give 10 stars if that was an option.

Ive been all over and tried nail salons everywhere. My friend Erin took me here for my manicure and I will now get to stop looking. They look amazing! Its very affordable and the technician, who is the owner was so polite and helpful. Looking forward to a pedicure now.

I discovered this place while shopping at Safeway. Ive been going here for about a year and I have always gotten an excellent manicure and pedicure. The owners are friendly and I enjoy getting my nails done here. I live in Wellington and it is worth the drive into Fort Collins.. The prices are reasonable, too.

Yes had a good pedicure so thought I’d try my usual dip Powder nail. They don’t speak good English so it was hard to explain. I should have left then but they talked me into getting the gel nail instead. Worst nails ever. I’ve been trying to fix the cuticle area all day. Lots of goop and uneven lines so they won’t grow out well. Nina was lovely but won’t go back.

I have been going here over the last few months and love it. Much cheaper than alot of the surrounding salons and I have always had great customer service here. Will definitely continue going here!

Walked in, was seated right away. Good massage chairs, and a fantastic foot/leg massage included in the basic very affordable pedicure. Definitely recommended!

There is a pretty wide scope of reviews on First Nails, so naturally I wanted to give them a try. I read a ton of great things about Nina (one of the owners) and was lucky enough to meet her myself.We came in close to closing time on a Saturday evening and Nina was the only tech there helping another guest with a pedi. Without any hesitation, she greeted us and got us settled in without missing a beat on her current service guest. A few takeaways:- Nina is a seriously amazing person who is a talented nail tech. She’s the main reason I’ll be back.- Massage chairs get a minimum 8/10, they were a serious plus and made every minute of wait time enjoyable.- You (and I can’t express this enough) will NOT find a salon with a better priced service list in the FoCo area.- I’m picky, I left (very obviously) satisfied, but I will confirm this place is not for those looking for a spa-esque atmosphere. If you appreciate quality people doing quality work, then this place is for you. If you’re looking for a more experiential salon, move along.I’ll be back!

Love all the great treatment I get there. They do pedicures and acrylic and gel nails. Nina also does a wonderful job of hand painting on my nails its a total work of art. I also get my eyebrows waxed and trimmed couldnt ask for more.

Visiting Ft. Collins for the first time and needed my nails done badly. Got both a manicure and pedicure. I have very sensitive feet and dont always enjoy pedicures. They were so gentle I did not wince once. Great experience!

I had a similar experience as Someone Died Here. I was unhappy with the work the owner did and asked him to please fix it. He refused, telling me that it was my nails that were the problem, then proceeded to throw a tantrum asked me to pay and leave without even finishing the job, then threatened to call the cops on me. Stay far away from this place!!!!!!!

Amazing massage! Nina, the owner, gives the most amazing leg massages EVER. For the standard $25 pedicure you get leg scrub included. Not exactly the swankiest nail joint in town, but the massage and extras make it totally worth it!

I went to this place hearing great reviews I was shocked. I have gone to a lot of different places and this one was by far the most disappointed. the tech working with me was very rough on my nails and didnt take the time to ask if I liked them. in the end the nails looked really sloppy and oversized for my fingers. Im usually not one to post reviews but I would not recommend this place to anyone...

It was just a nasty dirty place. They have a greenhouse of plant growing in there under blue lights. Its not clean or anything its just disgusting and they didnt do what they said they were going to on my nails

Went there for the first time today. Needed a set of acrylics for my sons wedding. I wanted square with rounded edges. He refused. Told me square looks young, rounded doesnt. (They had such sharp edges, i could have opened a box from Amazon with them) THEN, I picked out a color that would look great with my dress. He again refused, said clear and shiney looks the bestI will NEVER go back again

Owner was very rude!! he did my nails refuse to make them shorter as I requested I was very unhappy with how they turned out they were all different shapes! he also refuse to make them shorter as I requested & they turned out all different shapes! I was willing to let them fix my nails till the owner started being rude to me while he was doing another customers nails! I ask him to please refund me my money so I could pay for someone else to take them off after he told me never to come back he let me know that he should have charged me way more for what done. 45$ for horrible customer service coming from the owner and my hands being left with ugly shaped nails that are hurting my fingers I will NOT recommend this place to anyone at all!!

Owner was rude! While doing my nails he told me short nails were ugly mine needs to be long he was very rough with my nails they turned out all different shapes and the acrylic is so thick!! He rufused to refund me after me being unsatisfied told me to take my business somewhere else and never to come back

The owners will not take the nails off for free even though I don’t like them. He told me he’s going to charge 10$ more because I wanted them off. Then said he’ll call the cops because I’m asking for a lowered price.
