I love this place! They do an amazing job on my nails and hair. I would recommend Sierra for any nail appointment you have. Also there lash technicians do an amazing job and they have the best facials.

For my sons first haircut, in preparation for kindergarten, we went to Europa. His stylist Mitzi has magic in her fingers and turned my wild child into a sophisticated looking young man. If he was hesitant or nervous, especially with the clippers, Mitzi was patient with him. While it was hard to watch his long hair come off, he ended up with a great and easy to manage style. We even took home some cool product which smells great and makes his hair fabulous. Thank you again for such a great experience!

I always enjoy my visits, from the warm welcome to the infused water they offer while I wait for my appointment. The service is top notch and the products they use are some of the best one can get! The staff are very kind and helpful, and the salon/spa is very clean. I would (and do) recommend to my fiends!

Although using their website to set up an appointment did not work at all, the calling process went through to set us up just fine. Despite the clear need for some maintenance on their website, I rated 5 stars for the service and the hairstylist! Alex cut both mine and my partners hair, and we love it! We will be returning. :)

Beautiful salon, there is plenty of parking in the garage behind the building. The prices are completely reasonable considering the location and all of the staff have been courteous and kind. Youre met with water or coffee, your hair cut always starts with essential oils and a shoulder massage, and the stylists are always checking in to make sure youre happy.

Cori is always wonderful! Upscale salon with spa services and a nail salon. On site barber shop as well. It is an Aveda salon and has a store with products in the front. Park in the deck, bring your ticket and get a voucher for the cost of parking. Beautiful space and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Worst cut Ive ever received. I asked for a bob with layers. I said absolutely no stacking I just want layers and the length kept 2 inches below my chin. She cut all of my hair off. I have a pixie cut now. I have choppy layers, stacking in the back, its uneven everywhere, and is very frayed on the ends. The stylist didnt listen to a word I said and just botched my hair. I cant even fix it because its so short! I am beyond frustrated and left crying!

I’ve been getting my color done here for a while! And every time I walk out feeling beautiful. I went and saw Mikie today and my hair feels so silky and soft and my color looks phenomenal. Everyone here is friendly and sweet. From their top stylists to their fresh talent every stylist is talented and knows what they are doing . I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Mikie for everything!

This has been my salon for the last 2 years and Ive never left feeling less than fabulous. I have worked with a number of stylists across price point levels (I tend to schedule with whoever has soonest availability) and all of my stylists have been talented, kind, and professional. I always recommend Europa to my friends and family so I figured Id also write a public review. 😊

I love Europa and I go there often for all of my beauty needs. It is a wonderful full service salon. Beth and Amy have done a wonderful job of making a relaxing oasis in the middle of Old Town Fort Collins where you can get pampered. I adore my hair stylist, Shannon Fi, she is a very talented artist who helps keep my hair healthy and in style. I have also had many salon treatments there and each gal is highly skilled. I highly recommend this salon.

Tia colors my gray hair making me feel and look younger. Always very satisfied with color and cut. Tia introduced me to Jenny who tinted my gray eyebrows. Once you enter the door to Europa you are greeted with smiles and everything is done to make sure you are happy. This was my first visit to Europa and I saw Jenn for a hair color/cut. I have never had a better experience; she did amazing work, pays close attention to detail and made my hair look exactly like I wanted it to (even better than I imagined!). I live 4 hours away but will definitely be making trips back just to get my hair cut/colored in the future. :)

I always enjoy dropping by the store to purchase cosmetics. The staff is NOT pushy; they let me select what I like and offer suggestions if I ask. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and know how to service someone who is in a hurry!

Grateful service from Morgan, as usual. We have all had a bad hair cut when moving or looking for a new salon. I can depend on Aveda Salon in wherever I am traveling. Since I started going to Morgan when my previous stylist left and I tried another salon had a tempting coupon offer. Big MISTAKE!!! M6organ repaired the damage and has been dependable in cutting my hair to work with my thinning, fine hair to provide a wonderfully low maintenance style that gives (with various products) a fullness and classic style that easily works for a full six weeks plus!

I went there last week to cut my hair I chose a master level stylist. I walked out with very bad hair cut and my hair was very greasy. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

Im fairly new to Ft. Collins and had tried a few haircutters before heading to Europa, my daughters favorite. I had to deal with hair just growing in after a very short and awkward cut, and it was pointed out to me that Heather was an especially good stylist.Needless to say I wasnt disappointed, at all. Plus the ambiance and general customer service is better than average; its gracious and spacious and comfortable.I got help with products for my hair needs without any pushiness whatsoever.Europa is doing the hair for my daughters bridal party this coming spring, and I have full confidence it will be a successful and very enjoyable experience.

We came from Las Vegas and my daughter had put $100 deposit down for her appointment. She had tried calling them on Friday before we left to see if she could reschedule. It went to voice mail and then cut off her message. She tried several times to get ahold of this company to let them know what was happening for two days. They previously told her that if she cancelled her appointment that she would loose her deposit. Fair enough. Once we hit Denver we were trapped in traffic and my daughter called again and they told her if she couldnt get there in 1/2 hour that she would not be able to come in I even talked to them. Come to find out her appointment was until 5 pm and it started at 230. All she wanted was a trim and color. So they told me that wasnt enough time to do all of this. I told them that I know how long it takes to get a color and cut but they said that they needed the full time. So we rushed and got o Fort Collins at 230. Drove up and down and could not find the place. The girl called and asked how my daughter was doing and where were we. She told her that depends on how she was doing and that we have been looking for the place and cannot find it. The person laughed and told my daughter that they cancelled her appointment and that she would not get her money back and that they would be able to reschedule her another appointment for but her deposit would be forfeited and she would have to pay another $100 but they could do her haircut today. My daughter was so upset that she asked for her deposit and they refused to give it to her. I then spoke to the manager on Tuesday and he told me that even though they close at 5 they can still work on the hair but my daughter cancelled which she didnt. He was rude and he tells me that they help out their clients if there are problems but not once did they help us. They just kept the money and wanted more. This is theft so I am furthering this with government agencies that handle these situations. So if you decide to go make sure that they explain exactly as to what they mean by the deposit and what it refers to otherwise they will take your money. I have never dealt with this type of customer service especially when there are students involved. So be aware

Europa is on top of their game with service, atmosphere and style! Malia is an excellent stylist who works for achieving the hair cut I want while offering wanted suggestions. I couldnt imagine going anywhere else!!

I liked what I experienced and decided to go with Jen as my hairstylist. Jen has always done my cut and color and is absolutely fantastic. I ALWAYS get compliments only hair - Cudos to Jen and thanks for being a wonderful stylist and person.I appreciate and enjoy that Europa is always offering something extra for your hands or feet such as wax dips for hands, a foot soak and recently the lavender stress relief pack on your back - nice.I love the spa atmosphere and the lack of environmental smells that accompany so many other places. I have had great experiences with manicures, pedicures and massages. Yesterday, I did just the buff and shine for my feet with Melissa which was just perfect and just what I needed. Thanks so much Melissa.Europa/Aveda (either or both) support women in other countries by purchasing paper product which is used for boxing product sold. This makes me feel that my purchase of services and product is helping in this way too.Although I have yet to experience perfection while living on this earth, I believe the owner and staff desire to provide a wonderful experience and will do what they can to help you. I love the Staff, thier flexibility and they wont turn you away if you have a service dog LIKE TRIOS DID TO ME. THEY VIOLATED MY RIGHTS AND WANTED TO ISOLATE ME. Not EUROPA they welcomed me and Bridget ( my Service Dog) they could not have been nicer. I found a wonderful. Stylist, and Nail Tech. It is roomy and they offer more services then Trios. I usually spend 400.00 to 500.00 buy product, As I use to at Trios. The staff was more concerned about accommodations then Trios ever has been. My husband feels the same way. You can appt. For the same week. I met 3 people who have left Trios due to their obviously ignored clients.I will be will EUROPA SALON FOREVER!!

Thought I asked for blonde - but we must have had different definitions of this. And the cut was all wrong for the way my hair lays - sudden emphasis on the way it laid at the crown. My friends have said that I should complain, go back and have it fixed - but frankly Im concerned about doing the for two reasons - unsure it would get fixed at this salon and was concerned for the young stylist I had. So many have left this salon and the last person I had left even though I really liked the color and cut he did for me. This stylist is young, very nice and really tried hard to please me - just needs some positive mentoring from a good manager. I wont be back, but wish her luck.

I took my daughter to this salon in her 14th birthday. She has been struggling with low self-esteem and I wanted her to be pampered. We did her nails and she was feeling great and then we went here to get her hair cut. We show the lady a picture of the style my daughter wanted which was short on the sides and long on the top and instead her hair was cut into a boys almost crew cut. She left feeling so ugly. Id you go here and its for a child who isnt great at expressing herself dont. They totally screwed up her hair and distroyed any self-esteem I was able to build earlier in the day. Paid $70 for this. Shouldve went to supercuts

I went to trios (Aveda) off college and the lady messed up my hair cut so bad. I called Europa to give them a shot and Morgan was the only one available. I asked what level she was and they said studio which has less experience then most of the people at Europa but decided I needed my hair fixed ASAP! I saw Morgan and she was fantastic, showed her the exact picture I wanted off pinterest and I got the haircut I wanted. She was friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend her, she knows what she is doing! I have a ton of super frizzy fine hair so it is not all the often you get someone like Morgan who knows what she is doing. Thank you for saving my hair cut!!!!! Best thing is she charges $30.00 for haircuts.

I was disappointed upon returning today to pick up an order I placed last week for a pomade. I called a day before and was told an order was being unpacked and I could pick it up that evening or the next day. I arrived the next day and the woman remembered I ordered this product and said she needed to look for it. There werent any on the shelf. It took her a long time to return and she handed me a jar that was scuffed, scratched and had dust attached along with a peeled off sticker. She indicated it was perhaps a jar the stylists used on the floor! Upon opening it I sensed her delay was due to having just topped it off to satisfy my order. It looked nothing like the pristine products Aveda is known for. When I removed the lid the product was filled so much that the inside lid was completely covered with the pomade. I walked out and thought this was unacceptable and turned around, walked back in and asked the woman for a different product. She charged a $7+ difference and I was so glad to leave. Ive known Beth, the owner many years and I am shocked this happened and that they would handle it so unprofessionally. I have other options for Aveda products. What happened Beth? Every single cut from many different hair stylists at Europa has been fabulous! Up until a couple of months ago, I had long curly hair that would start to fro out after awhile. The Fresh Talent stylists created perfect layers and angles to shape my hair, as well as thinned out areas to make everything fall as it should.When I decided to cut my hair uber short (12 with one cut!), I was really nervous. After the first snip (from four ponytails destined to be donated), my hair stylist Janae worked with me to keep cutting slowly but creatively, so I felt comfortable and got into the fun of a new look. We also used some photos from Pinterest to guide the style, which she matched perfectly.THEN I just went back to cut my hair cut a little shorter on the sides with Jessi, and she did a stunning job. Everyone is welcoming and helpful, and never pushy. Plus the head and neck massage before every hair cut gets you in a totally relaxed state; a complete spa experience.

Front desk people are tragically hip, but stylist Jessie is awesome.

I am new to town and tried this salon a couple of times because it is an Aveda salon. First, I find the front-desk staff to be unfriendly. The first haircut I had was OK, but all I asked for was a trim. The second time, I wanted a new style with bangs, and I was disappointed with the results. I ended up fixing the unevenness of the bangs myself at home. I also tried a pedicure. During my pedicure, they tried to sell me products several times, which was annoying and not at all relaxing. Additionally, the polish only lasted a week before it started chipping. I can usually stretch a pedicure to four weeks, so I was very disappointed with the results. I have switched to Tuana Hair Design for my haircuts, and I have been very pleased. I am also now going to Body and Spa Rituals for my pedicures, which has wonderful service, a relaxing atmosphere, and high-quality pedicures. For an Aveda salon, Europa does not measure up.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Europa! Ive been coming to this salon for about 2 and a half years. I saw a different stylist for each of my first few haircuts, but when I landed on Sam I knew Id found the one!! :) Im extremely picky about my hair...ask ANYONE whos ever met me. haha. Before seeing Sam I had never colored my hair, but we decided to do a color melt (a variation on the trendy-ombré style of coloring) with my haircut. The way Sam did my color was literally so gorgeous, that I was getting stopped on the street to be complimented on my hair. No joke! Well, Sam moved to Denver, so that was that. As much as I loved her (and if youre in the Denver area, Id highly recommend looking her up), I couldnt personally afford to drive two hours for my hair appointments. Besides, I LOVE Europas atmosphere and friendly staff...and bonus, they have an AWESOME spa with some of the best massage therapists and estheticans Ive ever worked with! (I was snoring during my facial with Jenny...it was THAT relaxing! haha) I cant possibly describe how nervous I was to try someone else for my hair cut and color. BUT Ive now been seeing HEATHER B. for my hair appointments for about a year and she does an AMAZING job! Im beyond happy with the color in my hair, the way it looks, the way its styled, my cut is amazing...all of it! And I still get complimented on my hair (by strangers!) on a regular basis :) I saw Heather yesterday for a color retouch to refresh my color, and while I was there she did a botanical treatment to condition my hair. It was a quick add-on that made me feel extra pampered. Well worth the $20 since I saw results right away - it made my hair super shiny, and its going to help my color last longer! HEATHER B. is a master stylist so shes pretty busy (popular and in high demand), so be sure to schedule your next appointment before you leave! All-in-all, a great place to relax, feel pampered, and leave feeling beautiful. Thanks, Europa...and especially Heather, for making me feel awesome every time Im in!

Europas location is beautiful, right in the heart of bustling Old Town. The building is fantastic, with vaulted ceilings and amazing details inside, connecting to the interior of the gorgeous Operia Galleria. The hair stylists look amazing - like theyve stepped off the cover of magazines for hair and style.BUT. The haircuts are just meh. I have gone many, many times, trying hard to like this salon since it is within biking distance and they use mostly natural products. I have seen many of the stylists, some twice, some only once. I have seen the brand new Fresh Talent stylists as well as the top of the line stylists.Unfortunately, I have NEVER been impressed with my hair after I leave. NEVER. Not in 5 years of frequenting this salon off and on have I ever left being happy with my hair. I dont necessarily HATE it, but I dont love it either. I usually end up having to go back to get it fixed, and even then its just kind of meh.I just recently had bangs added to my hair, something Ive had done at a different salon previously and absolutely loved (sadly, my stylist from that salon left a few years ago or I would not have even bothered with Europa). I took in several pictures of the style I had already had. I explained it to her.She mostly did what I asked. It looked ok when I left, but it didnt feel right. It was too heavy on the sides, very poofy. The bangs felt like they went too far back on my scalp, creating hair that is way too short on each side. Ten days later, I tried putting my hair up for the first time since having it cut. The fringe on the sides of my face that are supposed to be face-framing are completely different lengths. Looking closely at my hair, all the layers are different lengths. It is choppy and not blended well at all. Pull any of it up, and hair of entirely different lengths falls down - from the same place on the my head. The hair above my ears on one side is at least 3 inches longer than the other side. But different on both sides, so not uniform AT ALL.I called right away when I discovered this to ask for it to be fixed. They said, sorry, its been longer than seven days. Youll have to book an appointment and pay. Or, they gave me the option of having my bangs trimmed by the same woman. NO THANK YOU. Their idea of customer service is NOT what I expected.I have tried to like this place so hard! I am finally giving up and trying another studio, one with better customer service!!
