I’m in LOVE with my nails! I have had such bad experiences at prior salons but this place was amazing! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he let me choose all the colors and kept asking me to look at them and make sure it was exactly what I wanted! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and nails!

I went yesterday for some R&R after i dropped my kiddos off to the first day of school. It was lovely. I got a royal manicure and pedicure (HIGHLY recommend). My tech, Linda, was kind and efficient. All the staff was very welcoming and warm. This is a great salon. You should visit!

Great experience and the most fun of any nail salon I’ve been too. My two daughters and I came in for manicures and pedicures. It was for my daughter’s wedding and they didn’t disappoint. They were very friendly, we had a great time ! I would recommend Nice Nails to everyone, except for the fact one of my daughters and myself are from Michigan. I wish they were in Michigan too! Our nails and toes looked fabulous! Great job all around!

Had a really great experience. The employees were gracious and welcoming, and the technician who did my gel pedicure was gentle and thorough. Felt the fee was reasonable and left quite happy. Would come back and would also recommend to friends!

Helen did such a fantastic job on my acrylic manicure. She listened and asks what I wanted and gave me just that. I’ve been going to nail nails for a few years now but have never been seen by Helen before and I am glad I did because she blew me away! I am always pleased with their services.

They are About QUANTITY OF PEOPLE NOT customer service! All they want is money, they never smile or talk. Took my kid away from me to Do nails in another area when there was an open chair right next to me and then they just left her there and didn’t say anything, and they did a horrible job painting her nails. I will never return here!!! I’m so mad I wasted my money! Good thing I work in a big business and in a moms group! I can warn them to avoid this place!And don’t bring kids for a fun date! You will sit alone and it’s depressing! And PS- they don’t sanitize instruments between!

I have been here before and had a pleasant experienceToday- unfriendly, and by the time I got home my toenail polish was peeling like paint. Unfriendly and all the interaction with the staff was abrupt .I will never return here, the product and experience was subpar

Went for a basic manicure. I said I wanted basic polish and was asked three times (!) why I wouldnt pick shellac instead. No hand/forearm massage, just slapped some lotion on and thats it. Then they kind of forgot about me waiting for my nails to dry so I final got up and left and said thanks on the way out and wasnt even acknowledged. Added a star for affordability but I wouldnt return based on service.

They did pretty good on my nails but the guy doing them was pushy and he literally made my finger bleed. they have decent prices but i recommend going somewhere else. also my nails were kinda uneven

3 of us had appointments, 1 of us didnt get in get in until 1 hour after appointment was scheduled. Nails were miss-shapen. Was not cleaned well. My nail tech was rude and upset when I asked for shorter and asked for a different color and was way to rough and made my skin raw.

Really great job by Kim. This was my first time here and I was impressed with their quality, friendliness and they have the best price! I called so many and other places are just ridiculous, charging for every little thing. Thank you Nice Nails staff!

I did a pedicure and a full set of acrylics and everything from start to finish was done really good. Both individuals that worked with me today paid close attention to every detail and I was really happy with the whole outcome.

My sister and I have an annual birthday tradition, we go to this salon every year (15+ YEARS) and treat each other to full acrylic mani’s. Typically, every year has been great but unfortunately, this year was different.My technician (short bowl cut, large frame) rushed through my mani (and be careful, they charge extra to do a simple cuticle cleanup so I suggest doing that yourself to save the $10) and told me my finger “was crooked” when I noticed a tip was not on straight. The tech didn’t even check the fit of the tips BEFORE placing the glue on my nails! In the time it took for my sister to have her nails done, my tech got through two people...I have never had such a quick mani and not in a good way.The matte top coat used stained horribly within days and two of my nails broke within a week! My sister’s mani held up just fine, her tech did a good job.We went back two weeks later for a rebase for me and a new mani for my sister. We spoke with Angel and she tried to put me with the same tech as the first visit. Politely declined and explained why. She said “No problem” and put me with another tech (male) and he did a fantastic job while taking his time. Huge relief! The broken nails were completely redone and he changed the polish for me and I was only charged for a rebase.Despite my birthday experience this year, I would still go back but only because of the service rendered on the second trip and if I never have the original tech again. That person will never touch my nails for as long as I live.

It was very fast and my total was 45 for a full set. The color is a little darker then I expect but still pretty

I have been here a few times and they do a great shellac manicure and eye brow wax! This last shellac started peeling up preemptively, I called in and they saw me that day to buff out areas and reapply, free of charge. They were appreciative of me giving them the chance to make it right rather than leave an unsatisfied customer. I will be back! :)

Amazing staff. Friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Immediately upon walking in we were asked to use hand sanitizer near the door. We were walk-ins and got done in about 1 hr. The nail techs were nice and focused! The price was one of the cheapest in this area, that being said they work fast and efficient. They were great at checking in with details of pricing and making sure to get your approval before moving on. I will definately be back and recommend people to give it a try!

Absolutely do NOT go here. I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and was going to come back later in the week to get them put back on after I was paid. When I told the man this, he got rude and offended that I did not want any further services other than my acrylics removed. He proceeded to RIP off my acrylic nails with nail clippers, leaving my nails completely obliterated, torn and thin. He then used the shaving tool to shave them down even thinner, to the point of them splintering off into my skin on the sides. My fingers are STILL bleeding and red after a day of doing this. He proceeded to charge me $10 for terrible service and bleeding nails, and then snapped at me because I wasnt paying with cash. This was by far the worst service I have ever had at a nail salon, and if you want your nails to still be in tact at the end of your service I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

I have been getting my nails done here for years and they always deliver! They listen to what you want and are so nice. I live in south Denver now and literally drove over an hour to get my nails done. (Ignore my cuticles, I pick when I’m anxious...they looked much worse before the manicure!)

Ive been going here, worh my niece, for a few months now and always leave happy and excited about our nails. (We get acrylics with gel color.)The atmosphere is energetic and fun, but still very relaxing and nice.They have plenty of techs and stations, so a wait isnt common, but if it happens, its often very short. The price is average for the area, and all the techs are friendly and not pushy. Ive been offered add-ons, but never pressured.Ive gotten free hand designs, chrome powder, holo powder, and some more plain nails and have always been satisfied.

I do not recommend going here. I showed my nail stylist an inspo picture and I got nothing like it. When he was applying the glue, the acrylics weren’t even sticking to my nail & he did nothing about it. About an hour after i got them done, one acrylic had already broken off and ripped the entire first layer of my natural nail off (it was bleeding like crazy). So I immediately went back and they painted over the acrylics that I didn’t like, with a simple color I chose out. So after that I was happy because they looked a lot better than before (even though they just painted over the acrylics and put a bandaid over my damaged nail). Although, about less than a week later, as I was doing simple things like scratching my leg, ONE CAME OFF!! Then, they all started to come off. I spent $50 on these, when usually acrylics last almost a month and mine didn’t even last a full week.

I am absolutely horrified at how my nails look. I asked for an almond shape and they are all very uneven. I commented on one nail that was completely sideways and she did not fix them. I am so upset that I paid for such awful service. I have never experienced low quality such as this. Truly beyond myself. 0/10 recommended and never ever returning. Seriously. Ive never been so insecure about my nails before now.

Ill be honest, I waited a bit to leave my review because often my nails dont look as good a few days afterwards. A week and a half later, still a 5 star review. I was a walk in and got seated right away. I went for a pedicure and overlay. My pedicure was.. amazing. So relaxing. She did a great job. (I didnt catch her name.)For my nails, I got an overlay on my natural nail. Just French but (Henry, I hope thats right) could have done anything Im sure! He did a great job, from making a good rapport with me as the customer to educating me also. The shape, thickness,, everything is perfect. Almost 2 weeks into this set and I think Ive finally found my nail spot. Ive searched so long for you. 💅

10/10 do NOT recommend! A group of my friends and i came in to get full sets and a rebase and not even by the end of the night did at least one nail on every one of our sets broke off. I showed the man who did my nails a picture of what i wanted as to which he responded he couldnt do and then proceeded to show me what he could do. He showed me a beautiful marble nails that i decided to go with, in the end it was the most ungliest thing i had ever seen and looked nothing like the nail he even showed me. Not to mention i wanted black and white only and he threw on this yellow that he couldnt even keep on my nails and it stained my hands all yellow! The yellow on my hands lasted longer than my nails themselves. My nails chipped, broke, and he didnt do natural nail prep and left my long free edges on my natural nail so when my nail chipped it caused a lot of damage to my naturaul nail underneath, within 2 days were my nails about halfway grown out. I am a cosmetologist and watching their work and sanitation, even during covid, they should not be open!! This place doesnt deserve one star. Extremely unhappy. I literally never fill out reviews but this place should be closed down.

So basically my first hand with acrylics was done pretty well but they did not match the picture that was shown to them. My second hand however, two of my nails were cricked and my middle nail was not shaped well and clumpy. Would not recommend going here even though it’s cheaper than most places.

Got a full set here last weekend and am still really happy with the way they look. The guy who did them didn’t seem super thrilled while he was doing them and one was filed a little unevenly but I easily fixed that myself. Overall, they have held up well (and I am rough on my nails) and I feel that I got a good value and quality product. I’ll be back when it’s time for my fill, might update to 5 stars then!

Kenny is seriously AMAZING!! Every time I see him my nails come out looking fantastic. I am super picky when it comes to my acrylics and he always takes his time and meticulously shapes each nail to fit your hand. He is also creative as heck with nail designs- I’ve had some gorgeous rhinestone creations. Thank you so much

Ive been to a few other salons in FOCO and Im either u happy or its utterly expensive. Ive always had a great time here. Kenny is my guy, he does amazing nail art. Be sure to book an appointment, theyre steadily busy, this way youre not waiting. I wont go anywhere else!

I arrived in as a walk-in. They took my temperature and my contact information for Covid contact tracing. They were able to see me right away for a pedi and mani. I asked for the pedi option with a massage and callus removal. The massage wasn’t great. The lady focused on the same areas on my legs and my feet got nearly no attention. Also, I still have calluses on my feet. The most mediocre massage I’ve ever gotten at a nail salon. She also kept trying to up-sell me too, but I’m glad I didn’t pay even more for such mediocre service. My mani massage wasn’t much better. No attention on my hands, just my forearms. Also she was using this exfoliating scrub with no water for the first few minutes - ouch! My nails look okay. Not terrible, not amazing.If you’re cool with paying $60+tip for the above, this is your place!I probably won’t be going back, which is a shame because I live right around the corner and it would be super convenient.

Ive been to a handful of nail salons in Forth Collins, and I can say this is the best place to get a manicure. I was impressed with the dip manicure I had done during my last visit. All of the staff can do great nail art as well. They have great prices for kids manicures as well.

I am a big fan of this place. The only place I go to get my nails done in town. However I took my little sister and they didnt seem all that happy to work on someone who had never gotten her nails done. The manager is very friendly and super helpful! I love how clean they are. But my sisters was supposed to be 20 with a free design because she Is under 12 and they over charged us. Nobody is perfect and I still really like this place and recommend them!

They did a great job on my rebase, pedicure and brow wax and followed the new Covid 19 protocol well last Sunday, 5/10/2020.

I absolutely love this place! I am pretty picky so when I get my nails done I like them to look really nice and prestine and that’s exactly what Nice Nails does for me!! And they last a long time and feel very strong which I like since I have a very on the go kind of job and I’m always lifting things. Very friendly staff and I will continue to go there.

Kenny is a Nail Artist. I couldnt ask for better! (FYI: I am very picky, for the record) The establishment also has pedicures which staff does very well and gives friendly service. Ive always felt welcome, treated with respect and kind professionalism.Ive gotten several different Nail styles: French Tips, Two Tones, Crystals, and Glitter Nails.Its the only place Ill go for manicures and pedicures.I make appointments but Walk Ins are welcomed here.

Reliably good. I wasnt sold the first time I went, so I tried more places in town. Im sold now! Went back for my third time last night, and the difference is amazing. Seven other places in town had disappointed me in every aspect, while Nice Nails had the same quality each time.I do agree that they try to up sell aggressively, but I have had no problem saying no and being polite about it. Its in the companys best interest to up sell. I can see it being too much for some though.Ive never had a problem with prices changing or being lied about it there.I cannot say this is the best nail salon in town, but for this type of nail salon it is. Its reliable in its quality given and I will keep going back. If youre looking for something more upscale, this isnt your place. But if you want an economical solution for your nail needs, this is the place to go!Im happy with my nails!

I have been going to this salon for 17 years. Angel, Henry and their entire team are professional and very good at what they do. With tge recent COVID19 situation, I was concerned about how this would be addressed. I made an appointment, drove up and called them. I had my temperature taken, was asked to wash my hands, signed in (for potential tracing, should someone get sick) and was directed to a chair. EVERY SINGLE STATION is separated by plastic curtains, each technician has a plexiglads screen, everyone is masked (as was I), and sanitation and disinfectant are continually used. There was no need to worry! I socially distanced, received my usual top notch mani/pedi, and couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Nice Nails.

Went and got a shellac manicure and four days later several of my nails were already peeling, so I went back in to get them fixed. They were very quick to help me, but now its two days after getting them fixed and Ive got two that are chipped and several others that are peeling up again. I will not be going back here.

The man who did my nails was way too rushed and did not do a good job. When he did the polish there was hair and bubbles and it was very sloppy. When he was filing my cuticles he made almost all of them bleed. The nail shapes were sloppy and didn’t cover all of my nail. I don’t think it was worth money

I stopped in for a standard mani/pedi. The woman that did the pedicure did a great job. However, the salon was extremely dirty-- there were flies coming in the front door, trash on the floor, no trash receptacles (used plastic baggies), and worst of all, had me walk barefoot from the pedicure station to the manicure station AND nail drying station. There is no reason any one should be walking around barefoot in a dirty salon. There were open containers of lotion and skin scrub in the salon that flies were landing on, and then they used the products on peoples skin. Also, the towels did not look clean. And finally, the person that did my manicure rushed through it, and I had to ask them to touch up the pain that was all over my fingers. They did, but it was not well performed. I just couldnt wait to get out of there. Worst $60 I have ever spent.

Every time I go in they treat me amazing! The owners are the sweetest! I’ve gone in super late and they stay and they dont treat me different.. very personable. Great experience, Highly recommend them!!

After living in fort Collins 3 years I feel like Ive been to every salon in town and have been either disappointed by the service, quality or both but I have finally found my place!!! I went in this evening and had Kane do my nails and his lovely wife did my toes and they look AMAZING! Everyone was so friendly and professional I will absolutely be back! Not to mention VERY reasonably priced 😊

Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible place. The flowers they do a 2 year old could do better. Got white tips on my acrylic nails and not one of them match each other. Also my cuticle were cut so much they were bleeding.

Nice nails is not very nice. If you dont pay for the services they want you to, you will not get the service you deserve. They are rude and sadly if you go for the basic meni or pedi you get 5 minutes of file and nail polish. I paid $21 with tip, that is hard earned money. Not coming back ever.

Not clean, it smelled like chemicals. The nail lady cut me and she didnt even bother to say something. There is a huge lack of communication and no one really talks to you so whenever she wanted to tell me to move my hand she tapped on my hand. The water was so hot and it burnt me and my girlfriends feet. I am not even happy with the job. I wont go back, she wont either.

I am so upset the way my nails turn out I asked nicely many times to have them shaped and felt ignored ! They rushed trough my nails hurt me several times my fingers are so sore. Very unprofessional they keep talking about customers and complaining. Also the tech phone keep going off!

This is the worst pedicure I have ever had. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for EVERYTHING that’s normally included in a basic pedicure! She shoved the book in my face the second I sat down talking about extra callus remover (I get my feet done regularly so they aren’t horrible) so I turned it down and the sugar scrub. After I did that her mood changed with me. She did my heels for like 30 seconds, but then massages my legs for like 5 mins each. Nice, but I get pedicures mostly to get my feet smooth and not have to do it myself. Also I was constantly badgered about extra services (eyebrow/lip wax) as well as the people around me. Place seems shady I got a weird vibe from the guys who were doing the ladies pedicures next to me. Also the nail color selection is horrible and unorganized. Go elsewhere.

Enjoyed my experience, nail technician didn’t try talking to me, made my nails exactly the way I wanted them. Actually the day after I went in. my middle finger gel polish came off and so I went back and they fixed it without charging me. Oh and their gel polish selection is huge. By far the most I’ve come across in Fort Collins.

Ok I gave up on this place a long time ago after being charged wayyyy to much and the price goes up after literally any extra detail. My aunt really wanted to go here so I gave it another shot. After a 30 min wait I’m finally put in the chair for my pedicure and then I sat in the chair for about 15 minutes without anyone just my feet in the water ?? Lady was literally so unfriendly she said one thing to me what color. so lesson learned again.

I can’t even begin to express how terrible this location is. A few of us went in yesterday to get our nails done for my 18th birthday, and all of the nail technicians worked way too fast. I had 1” long natural nails that (very luckily) have not broken in months.My technician came in late, sat down, and hurried into her work; she was obviously working much too rough, fast, and not even looking at my hand, and consequently BROKE my middle nail halfway off from the base. She smiled at me and said, “Oh it’s okay!” without even looking at it. As I began to notice it was obviously broken in half, I lifted it, and loudly said, “Uh oh...” She then looked, saw the now obvious crack, and super glued. She then put acrylic over the nail, and hurried along again. The polish job itself is absolutely horrendous. As I am writing this review I am highly considering repainting my own nails, as they turned out very wrinkled, chunky, and blatantly see through. (They’re painted with a black polish, mind you. So it’s hard to make that too thin.) They look absolutely terrible. Especially when compared to the work other nail technicians did. On top of all of that, she CHARGED me for putting the acrylic nail on the nail SHE broke!!!? What the heck?! Never come here! Especially if you have long nails that you DON’T want to be destroyed. My technician was done with an entire pedicure by the time my nails were done drying. What a terrible “birthday present” and even worse service in general.

It could be really good....but it isnt. One, I hate when they give a menu...do you want this for extra. A pedicure should be, soak, slough off the extra skin, moisturize, massage, and polish. Name the price.However, my nails are rough, catching on everything. AND, no base coat under the polish. Im 64 yrs old, Ive had the mani pedis for centuries. Someone needs to educate them.

HORRIBLE!!!! MY 13 year old daughter and I were having a girls day on Saturday. We started at Nice Nails.....UGGGGHHHHH,Being we were hesitant about this place already due to my daughter getting cut pretty bad by one of the men technicians the time before when she went with a friend and their parent. I was trying to teach her how to resolve things rather than just go somewhere else or be too scared to go at all.SO, when we asked to be worked on by women, I am more than surprised how the owners wife treated us. In fact, the whole place was talking about us and all the technicians were staring at us. It was very uncomfortable and not quite what I wanted my daughter to learn. I knew then, this was going to be our last visit at this place, I was done before my daughter and the female owner (the wife) was still working on my daughter. Her station is right in front. I asked her if I could run to Albertsons and pay when I got back. She ignored me. I asked again. She again ignored me. I got a little lower more to her eye level and asked again, at that point the door opened and another customer came in she then acknowledged me to tell me to hold on and asked the woman can I help you? UNBELIEVABLE, The nail salon was packed and the whole place saw this.I have never been so disgusted by a business owner and how they handle things. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE

Starting out the place smelled very bad, alot of chemicals. The woman burnt my feet and my boyfriends feet in the water, then they didnt talk with us at all. Plus, cut his hand and its still red a week later!! Also, price isnt good for quality of service at all. Wouldnt recommend it and most definitely come back!!

Absolutely lovely owners, been going here for quite some time, however I don’t think I’ll be back after having the tech physically upset because I didn’t want square nails and then being told I was “too picky” because I asked her to fix a spot on my nail.

They did an amazing job. I took my boyfriend in to get pedicures done and a manicure for him and acrylics for me. Well we got there 30 minutes befor closing and we were there an hour and a half. They were not buisy. Very satisfied it wasnt rushed at all.

I have been going to Nice Nails for over 4 years. I generally make an appt. The few times I did not have an appt. I was seated within 5 minutes of walking in the door. I dont use any other business in Fort Collins. As far as Im concerned its Nice Nails or no one at all.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Found this place on Yelp, read the reviews, and decided to give it a try. Im new to the area and didnt know their reputation. Prices are similar to what I used to spend in Denver but the quality is way lower. The technician did not put the correct size tips on my nails, which lift away from the finger once the acrylic is put on. I tried to have her fix the ones that I saw but she tried to say that it was my nail. She also started with a very nice shape to my nails (which I approved of) but then filed them flat. In order to fix my nails she would have to do them all over and I didnt have to time for a removal and reapplication.

Hands down the worst pedicure Ive ever had, especially for the cost. I have been to $20/24 shops before and received scrub, paraffin, and my feet were beautiful and smooth at the end. What I expect when I pay for a pedicure. I opted for the extra callus remover and my feet feel no different than they did when I went in. It was awful. They dont sanitize the tools or the bowls between clients. Unclean, poor quality and not worth it.

Ive been a customer for a few years and today I went in for my normal manicure and was charged an extra 15.00, for a total of $$$$50.00 and I was shocked. I tried to ask why and she didnt understand what i was saying. Also, this gal literally peeled off my old acrylic. I said that it really hurt and she just kept going. She literally peeled my nails off!!! I was sick to my stomach from the pain. I dont think I will ever go back.
