I have been going to this salon for over a year and always saw the same person -Tiffany- At the beginning her services were good even tough she always was in a rush to finish.Then, started changing the way was removing the gel or powder from my hands….forcing to remove it with tools and was painful. I asked her not to do it that way.However, during my last appointment (since I will never come back to this place), she was very upset with the lady who seems to be the manager -Nancy- and who is also rude,Tiffany started and verbal, loud argument with her while doing my nails with gel that lasted over 15 minutes….even her facial mask will drop from her nose and mouth. She continued to argue and holding my hands and applying products.There were a few customers and we looked at each other since they were speaking Vietnamese.I got very….very nervous and worried and should have got up and leave, but I was so surprised that I didn’t. I am a senior citizen.Next day, I had pains going thru my body that I thought I had appendicitis and I had a trip for vacation in a couple of days. I am sure, it was caused by the great stress I had in that saloon while you are supposed to go to relaxed.Nobody from the other staff intervine or had authority over Tiffany or Nancy that at the end was trying to calm her unsuccessfully.When a few weeks later I went to another saloon to remove the gel, it took the person a long time and had to used several gel removers and could not understand what had been applied to my nails to the point that she recommended not to use color for some time. My nails are like destroyed, thing, broken, chipped.I took pictures, but don’t know how to upload them.I do not recommend going to this place and would like to know why the owner does not monitor these unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.

The person doing my nails was very unprofessional! He did not even acknowledge me during the time that he was doing pedicure. At the end I paid with two 20.00 bills and they gave me change for 30.00 and argued that it was only 30.00. I will never go back there again!

They took me on short notice for a dip, pedi and eyebrows. At first glance it looks very run down and messy. When I walked into the brow room there was wax and lashes all over the walls and floors. Not a spa experience, run down Pedi chairs thats dont feel good and they tried to use the old plastic nail technique to take off my old powder and filed my nails down so far that they started to burned with the machine. Felt like everything was rushed and messy.

Some of the staff were loud, rude and handled my hands very roughly. While others were nice, personable and gentle. Unfortunately since it’s not clear what manner of service you will receive it can make for a tense experience.

Tiffany was fantastic! Best manicure Ive ever had. I was visiting and chipped a nail. She saw me immediately. Highly reccomended.

Im a local here in Dania and have lost my nail girl, so I thought Id give First Nails a try. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Ken. Absolutely, amazing and felt like a million bucks afterwards. I did upgrade to the Deluxe Pedicure which was $37.00. Great idea!

Going every 3 weeks for pedicure and must say its just a treat. The place is big and specious. Very clean and they took the Covid guidelines to perfection. The seats have so many settings including massage for max relaxation. The Techs are great and professional and know what theyre doing. You can ask for extra massage time or to choose the deluxe which is the max package. You should try this place you wont regret.

I have been a regular customer for the past 4 years and received terrible treatment today. I was scammed into paying double for my pedicure when Ive always gotten the same one over the years. I wouldnt come here, most of the staff is very rude and unprofessional. The nail painting work is terrible quality too. Looks like this pedicure is 3 weeks old - but it is only 2 hours old!

I went here for years. But recently they are using cheap products to cut costs. My acyrilic nails start lifting within days of getting a full set. Happened three times — I complained but they just keep making me pay full price for another full set. This time was the last. Started going to new place and no problems.

My card was stolen and used at this location for $180. I was in another state and couldn’t be there at that moment. I immediately called my bank, then this salon to ask why they would allow someone to use a card that wasn’t theirs. After being hung up on multiple times because of what I can only assume be embarrassment or fear, they had the decency to call me back and tell me the person that stole my card was still there in the salon. I requested and the shop owner agreed to call the police while they were in the shop. After 20 minutes they call me back and let me know they “felt bad” for the girl because she was young and they let her go. I followed up with Broward County Sheriff of Dania Beach and they had no record of them ever calling. So they let the thief walk right out of their shop WITH my card and never called the police. Unprofessional shop that enables a thief and accepts fraudulent payments as long as they get their money. They did issue a refund but I’m confident had I not been so persistent on them they would’ve brushed the situation under the rug. I’m not done pursuing this and I have personally filed a police report involving both the thief and the shop that allows a stolen card to be used.

Come here because its close to work. They have plastic sheilds in front of each chair for separation. Good service.

My mother and I came here for a fill on acrylic and nextgen and I really wish I never walked in. I wanted a simple square shape and was told no after I continued to ask multiple times and was just told no square is not good the best he could do was coffin as he proceeded to do the coffin shape I was cut by the file over and over 5 fingers bleeding for the sake of achieving a shape I didnt even ask for. And burned me with the drill countless times. He kept apologizing for the cuts but then continued to file hard in the same spot of the cuts I had to tell him please stop the shape is fine. The nextgen was only coated 2 times instead of 3 like I have received at every nail salon ever so the nails are thin and weak. On top of that I paid for diamonds that I did not put if my nails. I was told I had to pay $55 because of the long coffin which I did not want and continued to ask for short square. My mom was charged for a replace nail that she did not need and got 2 blood blisters and I noticed the other women having problems as well. Its all a big organization to get the most money out of you. 1st time there last time ever.

First time I have gone since salons reopened. I have been going here for 5 years, but I will no longer go due to the lack of following cdc guidelines to keep everyone safe. They dont wipe down the massage chairs and remotes between clients. One of the techs was wearing his mask like a chinstrap and allowed the old woman he was servicing to wear her mask as a chinstrap as well while she talked on her cellphone. Im very disappointed.

Efficient but pricey and smelly, even with a N99 mask. Fingernail products are not something I crave the fumes of.

First Nails is the most accommodating salon around. Tammy is super talented and sweet. The owner will always meet your needs with a professional attitude. I must say the whole staff goes above and beyond.

Twice theyve painted my toes an nails 2 different colors...will not be returning back....also if youre nails are more than 1 inch they want to charge you extra saying they are long!!!!

Huge lack of effort from male nail tech. No hot towel. No hand massage. He messed up three times on my hands. I have nail polish on my skin. Will not return.

Keep looking elsewhere. I know its hard to find a good place. After coming here for 2 months I realized they purposely dont build your fit set strong enough to last. My last straw was when after spending 50 on a basic gel fill, a nail would just come off each day or break/crack. I went to go in the next day to get it fixed. The owner had such a bad attitude and fixed my nail sloppily like I didnt matter or I havent spent over 200 w them over the last few months. Mid you, they charge you whatever they feel like that day. Even though the prices posted are so much cheaper. If youre gonna go, stick with a pedicure. Its hard to mess up that... they wont get another dollar for messing up my natural nails and treating clients like atms

I had my nails done they came out perfaction! I had them dip not to expensive my pedicure was also very good she really took her time I enjoyed the massage. All in all a positive experience will be back!

One of the best experiences in a nail salon for a long time now. I came in delaying time before my flight back home to MS with intentions of relaxing and cleaning my nails up. The aesthetician did a perfect job on my nails. She took her time and handled my hands with care. Only regret is that I can only visit when I come back to Ft. Lauderdale. Simply amazing!

I went to get my nails done because I just moved to Dania my first experience was really nice the lady that did it did a damn great job. I went back for a fill in a Sunday and the guy in the front did it I think hes the manager Im not sure if he is.....by the wednesday my damn color looked faded, my nails started to crack and it just looked horrible, I called back and I notify them of the problem he said hell do it over I went there he did another SLOPPY ASS job and has the audacity to tell me that I have to pay because nothing wasnt wrong with my nails...Im like okay but this is the last time I will be going to this establishment....very sad!!!!!

I hate writing these negative reviews but i honestly Im tired of giving this place a second chance. The first time I went to first nails they did the dip (which was dirty) and the day after I had a nail infection and had to draine my finger. I then gave it another try and this was the last time I will ever step foot in this place. First of all, they rush with your nails and sometimes disappear for a few minutes. Their towels stink and it has an awful odor smell. They charged me $3 for cutting one nail (even though they didnt tell me it would be extra for trimming) the gel was already peeling off the next day (since they dont apply it properly) They all have attitude and instead of relaxing I was tense to leave the entire time. I asked the man who was doing my nails to please do my feet first literally 4 times and he said okay yet still grabbed my hands first. I didnt want to make a show so I let him. He then started rubbing my thumb inappropriately. Overall this was an awful experience and dont waste your time nor your money.

Pedicure with Kim was good. Sister got a manipedi but the guy tore up he cuticles on her hand. He insisted it was not bleeding that bad🤣

My first and last time. I kept telling the guy to fix the sides because he filed the nail polish off and he kept filing the nail polish off!

My first experience with dipping powder, and I have to say that I would not go back to this place, the lady that made my nails didnt take the time to make them nicely, you can see on every edge of my nails that she didnt even look if it was ok, everything was super quick. Very disappointed

I was a little nervous since the reviews were mostly negative but they opened the earliest on Sunday and were the closest to my Airbnb so I decided to try it anyway. They sat me right away and were finished within an hour. The prices weren’t bad ($50 for a gel mani & pedi). They were nice, it smelled a little musky, but the chairs and tools were clean. My nails look great too! I would go again.

The prices are very reasonable. The staff very pleasant.

The lady that did my nails not only did a terrible job, my total was $30 and was going to give her tip with the dollar left. She took my dollar then When I ask for it, she said she gave it to me. Why do I need to lie for a dollar. Terrible and very dissapointed.

Never going back! First time they suggested deep power or whatever is called, and they told me some prices. One girl did it and was horrible. My nails look like I’ve done it a week before. Way too much distance from the cutícula. 2 nd time someone else did it and she did them ok but changed me $10 extra because she said that’s the price. 3rd time was the worst. A guy is trying to help me, with a very broken English and is telling me that for this doesn’t exist refill ( they did it 2 weeks ago ) other prices different than the ones I already heard in first 2 visits, but I said ok and I’ll take advantage and change the color... then he tells me they don’t accept Amex I said ok, I’ll go to my car to bring another card and he said no to wait till the end. He start removing the acrylic and he is trying to do my nails and “ be the manager “too so every 5 min was stopping and coordinating the stuff . He puts the acrylic but not on the sides of my nails also... I complain to the manager that came in the meantime and she is trying to fix it. She cuts me in 6 places and my 8 years old nephew could do a better job. Now to pay and she tells me that they don’t take Amex. I said I know and I will go in my car to bring my wallet with another card. She grabs my hand and she tells me” I am coming with you “ but with a tone like I was trying to run and not pay... of course I didn’t leave any tips... first time in 10 years when I don’t give tips for a service, but that was a horrible experience.

I went for mothers day sunday my nails are awful its Friday my nails started falling off Wednesday

Henry did my nails the other day and they wont stop popping off. I went back to get the first one redone they told me it happens often and I was working to hard. After that day the nails have been coming clean off. Now I have to get the rest soaked off and my nails redone at another place.
