I absolutely love this place! I have been in Fort Collins for two years now and have tried many salons in town but didn’t love any of them until I came here. And now there is not another salon in town that I will go to.Best dips in town! Love the dip service here. Lily does the best dips every single time! They all really pay attention to detail and I never feel bad asking for something specific because they are always more than happy to accommodate whatever requests I may have. Beth is great too! They all are.I absolutely recommend giving this place a try. It’s easy to make an appointment. They have a wide variety of options- whatever your looking for nail wise they most likely have and can do! 10/10 recommend!

By far the best nail salon I have ever been to! The staff is social and polite with guests, they stay on task and always do a fantastic job. I have been going here for about 5 months now to see Tiffany and she is such a delight! I have had both pedicures and manicures done, each with nail art. The natural nails are my favorite and they have a massive selection here! One of my favorite things about Tiffany is the obvious pride she has in her work. She is meticulous, focused, and not afraid to try new things. On a different note though, things do take a bit longer here. I can expect to spend about 2 hours, maybe less here. I personally dont mind it because I schedule my nail day for a time that Im not super busy. Just know that you cant easily go during your lunch hour. Anyway, LOVE this place and the people!

This salon is the BEST! I moved to Fort Collins during quarantine and finding a new nail place has been difficult until I went here. Its super easy to make an appointment, the friendliest staff, its also local and family owned! My nails last for quite awhile and in the 6+ times Ive been here for pedicures and full sets, Ive yet to have to come back to fix a broken nail or anything! This place will not disappoint you! They are the best, hands down! (Pun intended) 😁

This was my first time going to U got nails, and I will never go back. I went here because of all the amazing reviews that they had, but was very disappointed with the end results. The acrylics that I got are uneven, bumpy, unfinished looking, and very misshaped. It took them over two hours to finish my nails and they barely even greeted me when I got there. Terribly customer service, terrible results; and very overpriced.

Ive been going here to get my nails done for almost 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. They treat you so well here. Their options for dip polish are wonderful and theyll definitely have a color for everyone. Theyre great at making suggestions for nail colors or designs if you have special events coming up. Not only that but your nails look fantastic and last weeks thanks to them. I would definitely give them a try.

I enjoy coming to U Got Nails for many years. Marco, Lily, and Beth are wonderful. They provide an SNS manicure, which is a dip powder that doesn’t need to be cured under lights. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. I enjoy getting the dip powder in an ombré manicure. The nail art from the stylist Beth is creative and fun including marble, animal print, modern lines and creative fun prints! I recommend them!

Beth did an amazing job on my gel nails. I had dipped nails taken off. Beth was so friendly and we chatted and laughed through the whole process. I would prefer music for background noise instead of TV playing constantly, but overall a very pleasant experience. Ill go back to Beth for future gel manicures.

Really want to give them 5 stars because I know there skills are good but I asked for a manicure specifically before my nails got put on (tips and dip powder ) and the gentleman said yeah yeah here I am though with nice nails but all the dead skin and nail beds that needed to be cleaned are making the nails look crusty suckkkksss !! so I’ll give them another chance next time toes turned out great all clean and nicely painted by the young girl with nose piercing used to go to glossy nails across the street but they butchered my nail beds last time so I’ll never go back there hoping my next visit after I bring up my concerns I can edit this to 5 stars paid $100 for pedi and dip powder tips w ombré glitter i think the total was $70 just left tips for all three people that I went thruAnd they do hop client to client being that they were super busy and you tend to get to sit there watching them go from one to another nobody seemed to mind to much I didn’t just sat in the pedi massage chair

She talked me up on getting their natural nails. Theyre absolutely perfect. Thin, short and square, just the way I like them. I unexpectedly found U Got Nails when my original location turned out to not be what I expected it to be. It took a bit of time, but it was well worth it. The two gals (a mother daughter duo) were very sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. They listened to my request with SNS and getting the end result as thin as possible. My first experience with SNS almost turned me away - turns out it wasn’t SNS.I am so thankful to have found this location and plan to come back to have them redone, even though I’m about a 40 min drive away.

I love this place! Marco and Lily do such a great job, as well as the other staff. It can get pretty busy at times so I would recommend making an appointment. They do not do acrylic so their salon doesnt have that overwhelming chemical smell. I have been getting my nails done here for almost a year now (I always get the dip powder) and I dont stray to any other salons. They dont try to force awkward small talk but will gladly hold a conversation with you if you want. Highly recommend!

I am new to the area and needed a manicure. I chose this place randomly, and so glad I did! Not only was Lily super kind, she did a phenomenal job on my SNS manicure. The experience was also top notch in terms of following covid guidelines - I washed my hands multiple times while I was there including right when I walked in. They also have plastic barriers at each station. I’m VERY happy and will be back :)

They were very nice and friendly however understaffed and rushed the process leaving many flaws on the finished product. Did a very poor job filing my nails and did not cover all parts of the nails with dip powder leaving many imperfections. The tops of my nails are not smooth nor are they even and the clear coat is very poor and not left all that shiny. Good selection of colors however not a very clean establishment. A bit of a let down over all and feel they could improve immensely if they took their time.

Got my nails done recently at U Got Nails and I was not impressed. I made an appointment at 5:15pm, but when I showed up, all the nail technicians were already occupied. They made me wait 30 minutes while I soaked my nails in a cold bowl of water. When they finally got to me I was pretty annoyed and late to my next errand I had to attend. Marco is the man who tended to my nails and made me laugh and entertained all the ladies who were in there. He was very kind and had a wonderful personality. I would give his attitude 5 stars, but his skills 2 stars. I left the salon with bumpy and bubbly gel nail polish. Also, he was very sloppy and rushed which lead to nail polish being left all over my skin around the nail. I showed all my friends when we got home and they agreed the money was not well spent and I would have been better off doing my own nails. I would post a picture but I took off the polish so quickly that it slipped my mind to post a picture with my review. I am sorry Marco you are an amazing person, but you did a sloppy job on my nails.

Holy cow. I usually dont care too much about nail reviews (everythings generally the same for me)... Ive never gotten a job this perfect. Bravo. Only downside is it took 2 hours but luckily they had movies going!

Got a beautiful full set! So happy with not only my nails but the way I was treated! My nail guy was super sweet and had a great sense of humor. Another gal walked in who needed a repair from another shop. He did it for free! Very friendly and comfortable! Finally found my forever nail shop!

I used to go here for the Natural Nails because they did a pretty good job for a reasonable price. But I won’t be returning because the last couple times I’ve been in, the owners’ daughter was SO incredibly rude. I think it was because I didn’t make an appointment, but their sign says walk-ins welcome...? And I was willing to wait as long as I needed so it’s not like I was rushing them. I tried taking my mom with me once to show her how great the natural nails were, and even she commented on how rude this girl was. My mom is the sweetest thing and never says things like that.

The nail technicians are rude. The nails came out uneven, bubbly, and this is supposed to be coffin shaped! $125 for 2 sets. Very overpriced for a terrible job.

They were so nice and fast! I tried the natural nail instead of acrylic because that’s all they do & it was actually really nice and my nails weren’t damaged afterwords! I got ombré nails and they are beautiful! A lot of other places won’t even put in the effort to do ombré nails so it was a great experience for me! And cheap!!!

This nail salon is now my new nail spot. I used to be a frequent customer at Glossy Nails, but the new ownership lost my business. After looking and doing my research I decided to go with U Got Nails. They are a very reasonably priced salon. My husband sat and enjoyed a 45 min pedicure. She took her time and made him feel relaxed. The owners did my nails. The wfie started and her husband finished. I am extremely happy with the service I received. They both took their time on my nails. They use the dip powder which I love. Its much more of a natural process with almost no smell what so ever. My daughter who is five was treated just like she was a paying customer. They did not get angry when she couldnt sit still. They just smiled and worked around it. I was extremely sad to lose Glossy Nails, but not anymore. Thank you all at U Got Nails!

Awesome experience. Went in on Christmas Eve for a pedicure, the first one I’d had in a very long time. Lan did an awesome job. She was pleasant and we chatted, she did a great job on the massage, and was meticulous on the gel. It was like I left with new feet. The salon was clean and all the staff were really friendly. Will definitely be going back.

I love coming here to get my nails done. The SNS natural nail is my favorite, although I hate having to soak them off every time. I timed it today and I was soaking my nails for 30 minutes. I love the staff at u got nails. They’re a family and work well together. There are a ton of colors to choose from and the staff has a good idea of what looks good so the shape and length of my nails always looks good. I’ve been coming here for probably a year and all my friends come here to get their nails done too. Prices are fair. They are almost always busy so I never come if I’m in a rush. I wouldn’t expect to be in and out in less than an hour. Always leave happy with my nails though!

I am so hard on my nails, and its almost been 2 weeks. If I was to get a set of nails this would never last, but since I started getting my nails dipped they are so strong and last forever!

I have been to U Got Nails twice now. The first time was during a busy period (around 2 pm on a Friday) and they worked extremely hard to get me in. The second time was yesterday around 1 pm and it was much quieter. The service is incredibly friendly; Even the tiny pooch that roams around loving on the clients! They have a massive selection of polishes and services, complementary tea, coffee, and water, and keep the space clean. I love that you see the employees disinfecting chairs and work spaces between clients. I have personally seen Beth and enjoy our personable conversations. Plus my toes look great and they hold up well.

Excellent nail shop. The owners and staff are incredible and very personable. I recommend them to all my friends in the area if they want long lasting nails and someone to have a conversation with you while you are getting your nails done.

I have gone to this salon only twice but so far, it has been nothing short of amazing. Today, I thought that my nails were a bit bumpy after they were done and Tiffany (I think that’s her name) had absolutely no problem re-doing it. The color choices they have are phenomenal and the service is nothing short of amazing. They’re friendly, funny, and they care about their work. If you’re into SNS, this is my top recommended place!

I called and the two ladies on staff fit me into the busy schedule. They were so kind and did a wonderful and extensive job. $25 pedi and I’m very impressed. They even used parafin wax on my heels (it wasn’t extra charge). My polish looks great and my feet are really smooth (which isn’t often!) Overall very impressed!

The FRIENDLIEST & CLEANEST place Ive been to. Yes, it took a little too long to do my nails (an hour and a half)... But it was worth it. They did a REALLY good job. Ill definitely be back. 😊

I asked a simple question because Im new to nail dips. I have had surgery on a brain tumor and font always communicate well. I asked if she understood my question because she did not answer my question as I asked it. She and the gentleman yelled at me they understood English just fine. I didnt mean anything like that to them and thought maybe I wasnt asking correctly. As she done my nails she clearly did not use as much product as the gentleman did previously. Also my nails are not smooth and have patches in the pink as i did a french manicure. I loved the first visit and it lasted a very long time but after this trip and their customer service I wont be returning.

I would love to give 5 stars but as a drop in without an appointment you will get a new trainee. They only like the regulars. Ive been here 5 times always give a give a good tip. Still bad nails. Too thick and peal off.

Ive been coming to this family owned business for a few years now. Tiffany does my pedicures, and Marco does my natural nails. My feet tend to get calluses and get really dry and rough, and Tiffany does a great job in giving me sandal-worthy feet. I purchase the extra callus remover service and its so worth it.Since Ive been coming here, my nails always look great. I get the natural nails about every three weeks. Amazingly, most of the time, I dont even have a chip in them by then...its just that my nails have grown out so much I have to have them done.

First time I went, a guy did my nails and he was super awesome and did an amazing job. The second time I went, his wife did my nails and she did an alright job. They weren’t terrible but definitely weren’t worth the $45 I spent. I decided I’d give them another shot and the third time I went, it was terrible. I got there right around opening and the lady did my nails again and it was awful. She was on her phone the entire time and didn’t listen to what I wanted. I work with kids so I didn’t want my nails super long but she kept saying short nails don’t look good so she wasn’t going to cut them. Everytime I asked her to cut them down she would hold her finger up because she was on the phone. Then, I noticed nails on one hand were way longer than the other. I told her this and she said they were fine. I told her about this about 5 more times and she kept saying it was fine it was fine they were the same length. She wouldn’t make my nails even for me because they were getting busy. I left and came back about 10 minutes later because I couldn’t stand it and she was FINALLY off the phone and I told her again and she said I would have to pay the nail cutting fee and when I refused, she said that I should’ve asked when I was there. I told her it was unacceptable and that I would stand there all day until she cut them down. After arguing for a few minutes, she finally made my nails even but did nothing to smooth them out and still refused to cut them any shorter. They do not listen to their customers wants for their nails

The salon itself is so lovely and clean and the staff is really friendly! Unfortunately, my manicure is mediocre at best. I went in for a new set of SNS Natural nails when my normal salon was too busy to fit me in. I noticed that the technician was moving SO quickly I thought he couldnt possibly be doing a good job, but then he bragged that hes been doing nails for 8 years and can do them blindfolded so I thought maybe hes just that good and didnt say anything. Definitely not the case. My nails are super uneven and bumpy! Half of my cuticles have cuts and the other half, Ive been picking product off of all day. Super bummer because again, the salon is SO nice inside I was really hoping to make it my new go-to. Unfortunately, I wont be back.

I was so happy with the service, my nails look and feel amazing. No harsh chemicals are used. The nails are strong, and durable. The technician was very nice and personable. Way better than acrylic monomer based nails.

Not a very good experience at all, don’t let the price fool you. I went in, expecting a manicure. They didn’t soak my nails or trim my cuticles, but instead used a little electric file. She rushed doing my nails, and they look sloppy and like my 10 year old daughter did them for me. I was excited to get the powder natural nails for the first time, but I’m less than impressed. It was only $35 for this service, but if I pay for a manicure I would like to get a full manicure. Will not be returning.

After having a bad experience at a different nail place, I came here to get them fixed. It was a very efficient, friendly, and fun environment. Regulars were coming and and out at a steady rate. They fixed up and redid my botched nails. I absolutely love them! I will certainly be going back!

I called to see if they were busy for walk ins, and was told to schedule an appointment for two dip manicures. We arrived ten minutes early for our appointment, and were not serviced for another hour and a half after the appointment was scheduled. When we finally sat down with a technician, not only was there no apology for the incredibly long wait, the technicians rushed through our manicures to the point that caused physical pain because of how fast they were using the drill, didn’t touch either of our cuticles, missed patches with the powder, and were clearly frustrated when asked to go back and fix mistakes. When you tell me to make an appointment, I expect to be seen at that time, and especially when they raised their prices to $40 for a manicure, I don’t expect to have to ask for mistakes to be fixed. I would expect an apology and kindness and not be met with frustration. I came back because I had previously gotten a great manicure from them and I am extremely disappointed and quite angry. It was a waste of my time. Do not go if you have things to do after your appointment because you will be stuck waiting, regardless of an appointment, with everyone else who is just as angry.

I’ve been going here for 4 months and I just can’t seem to get a consistent result. Sometimes it’s great, but more and more often the results are kind of a mess.They’re all super nice people and will replace nails at no charge within a week or so and I love that about them. However, they seem to be crazy busy all the time and a set of natural nails takes about 2 hours, with an hour and a half being the fastest I’ve had it done here. Most of this time is waiting while they hop from client to client, I’ve waited over an hour in a chair just to start the removal process more than once.They have more colors for SNS nails than anywhere else I’ve been, which is why I keep going but they’re just so busy that they can’t take the time to do a good job every time. My cuticles get ripped more often than I would expect and since I have insanely thin nails naturally, I get burned a lot with the electric files.I do really like the people that are helping me but I’m getting increasingly annoyed with the inconsistent work. It doesn’t seem to matter if you have an appointment or if you’re a walk in. If they are busy you are most likely walking out with lumpy nails and a cuticle rip or two.Honestly, I will keep going here for now but as soon as I find another salon in the area with a decent variety of SNS colors I’ll be switching.

I was a regular customer for over a year. The last two times I had them apply the dip or SNS powder it all popped off within a couple days. I called them the second time bc it should last 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately with their schedule and mine they couldnt get me back in for a few days (until that Saturday). I paid a lot for these to last and they were like walmart glue ons. Anyways, I was about 5 minutes late to my appt on that Saturday bc I had forgotten my key fob to my 4Runner. Mind you I had waited in the past many times up to an hour for my appt but on this day when I was 5 mins late they said that Tiffany had left to go home and couldnt fix my nails. Real nice for what you pay. And really horrible service! I wont be back. They clearly dont care about having returning customers so I will take my business elsewhere.

Male nail tech is very unfriendly. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time but he was rude the second time, as well. I quietly complained to the female who checked me out and she argued back saying my complaint was unwarranted. I will not be back.

My initial experience here was amazing! My SNS nails lasted almost a month! My next visit, however, was a completely different story. The man doing my nails was so distracted by the football game they had on that he did a terrible job of my manicure! My nails were lumpy, shaped unevenly, and the edges of my old color werent removed. He assured me that the residue would Come off when I washed my hands. A day later, they still looked awful, so I went in and expressed my disappointment. The same man redid my manicure, just as poorly as the first time, but with a $15 upcharge for an unheard of shellac topcoat that should have been chrome, but rather came out as a lumpy, uneven, peeling topcoat. During this redo, he told me that my requested almond-shaped nails were mean white girl nails, and seemed annoyed to have me back in the salon. I do not recommend this salon, their quality is too inconsistent and their customer service is disappointing!

I have been unappy with my nail tech of a few years and decided it was time to switch it up. I found U Got Nails on google and decided to book an appt for a full set of pink and white. When I walked in, the shop was clean and everyone was friendly. Lily did my nails and suggested I try the natural nail system. OMG! My nails have never looked or felt so great. I got EXACTLY what I have been wanting all this time. I am hooked on this cool new dipping nail system. It is so much better than acryllic. You must try it!

The guy who did my nails was extremely rude. He made comments about how rainbow people make him sick to his stomach and how rainbow people shouldnt be allowed on TV. He also snatched my payment out of my hand. I will never step foot in this place again.
