This place is definitely worth trying out. I called the owner on a Saturday morning inquiring on an 08 Hyundai car which had been sold. He had told me about another car, 14 sonata amd told me to come in. He was flexoblenwith my situation and eager and willing to help me. I have less than perfect credit and I was glad someone would take a chance on me trying to turn things around amd start fresh. The car was being used for a couple days, but because I needed a car no later than Saturday he put me in a loaner car until today and I got my car and Im in love with it. His sister was incredibly helpful, and sweet. I appreciate everyone. Again, a small place that definitely deserves the business. Give them a try, you wont be dissatisfied at all!

Been through a lot with different dealerships. This is the first dealership that actually cared about my financial situation and worked with me. I have so far bought 2 cars from this dealership. Both cars were cars that other dealerships said we cant get you into that. But even better then that my current car had a minor issue and I had moved out of state, ray and Ryan worked it out to get my vehicle serviced in a different state, not to mention they put me a loaner car!! Ray with Total package is a real deal, first of all he help me to get a car with a little down payment @ affordable monthly payments which took me a year to finish because of his help. Car was great! Never had any major issues with it. Working with Ray and Ryan was a bit challenging at times and with us all having strong personalities we definitely bumped heads..lol. I must say tho the experience was great overall. Theyre understanding when it comes to things happening in life and being out of your control but they also have mouths to feed and a business to run( who can be mad at that) I would have definitely given them 5 stars had it not been for the minor hiccups. Overall they are good dudes amd I would most certainly purchase another vehicle in the future from Total Package Auto!

So......I just purchased my 2nd vehicle with this company, a beautiful luxury Cadillac SRX. Ray is a pro at what he does. I was locked into purchasing one vehicle model (Rover) I told him what I was looking for in an suv and he searched until he found (5) to suit my taste, and the funny thing is the Rover and BMW went out the window when I laid my eyes on the SRX.
