My mom and I got pedicures here when everywhere else was booked. This was a few weeks ago and my toenails are already chipping everywhere and looked dull within days. There was no callus remover and not a lot involved in the pedicure like most places we go (soaking, minor clipping, very minor scrubbing and polish). The guy doing my moms feet made her hold each one up in the air while he looked perplexed about how to scrub it for a long time and then she had to hold them up longer while he did his minor scrubbing. Yes, they were cheap pedicures but not even worth what we paid.

I love pro nails! I hadn’t been since pre-pandemic and it was so good to get back for some self-care!I felt so safe — maybe the safest I’ve felt at a business recently. They have a check in and temperature check area, sand sanitizer, and clear plastic shields between all the pedicure chairs and between the client and the nail tech.I had a great time chatting with my amazing nail tech and she took time with her work. My feet feel and look so much better! I’m a runner, so I need a little extra love on my feet 😂The prices here are beyond reasonable— $25 for a great pedicure!! Highly recommend. Go in for some self-care! It’s a safe way to do it these days and they’ll take great care of you. :)

Great place, clean, quick.

Friendly and quick but definitely not worth it. They soaked my feet, cut my toe nails, and polished them... Something I could have done myself. I am a hairstylist and get pedicures on the regular to relax and have someone rub my legs and feet as I am on them all the time. So if you don’t care to get a true pedicure then it might be for you otherwise I’d look to go somewhere else.

What I wanted was a very basic clean up for my feet and clear polish on my toes, and I didnt want to pay salon prices for it. Happily, that is exactly what I got at Pro Nails. I called ahead for an appointment and had no trouble finding their location. I am very happy with the service I received, it was just what I needed. *thumbs up* Dont look here for the fancy salon pedicure experience here, this is a quiet stop where you can get basic services for a fair price.Recommended to me by my boss, this is a small, mom and pop shop run by a kind married couple. They have strong ties to the CSU community and one will often find employees and/or students of the college there. They are friendly, quick, and clean, and reasonably priced.Highly recommended, especially if you like to support local small business!

Jimmy and Vanessa are both great nail technicians and both have great customer service. This is a no frills nail salon with quality work. Other salons do not have the quality workmanship and quality materials to keep my pedicures looking great for months!

Jimmy and Vanessa are such sweethearts. I feel that they are very accommodating. They do a great job on my nails. Its a very clean and comfortable shop. I only use them😊

I came in at 6:30 and asked if it was too late to get a fill. There was an Asian gentleman sitting there with two Asian ladies and he told me to sit down and wait. One of the Asian ladies he was sitting with just kept staring at me and I thought maybe I was familiar or I knew her from somewhere because she was staring at me for so long and so hard that I almost gotten comfortable Then she walks up to me and says its too late to get a fill youre going to have to come back tomorrow or go somewhere else what the hell did they tell me to wait for it and why did you just sit there and stare at me that whole time?

Ive been going there for years now. Their pedicures are better than any Ive ever had anywhere else. Theyre friendly, they have great prices, and their work is excellent. Nice, nice people.

Not even a manicure or pedicure, they literally just cut my nails and then painted them. Then when I called back to let them know half of my polish had worn off, I was told that that happens sometimes and I should just come back in. Which I understand if it was just a small touch up, but an entire toenails worth of polish is not really minor. I was basicallly charged premium nail care prices for the equivalent of what I could have done myself at home. I would suggest looking elsewhere for much more quality nail care.

I cant believe the service I got here. My at the time Fiance and I went here to get our nails done and I dont think I have EVER had such a terrible job done on my nails. When we showed up for our appointment one of the owners WASNT EVEN THERE! I had to wait while my partners nails were started. Once he arrived it was almost like both of them would rather be anywhere but work. It was rushed and honestly wasnt a pedicure, more like just a nail painting. One of my nails fell off three days after the face tips were applied. At least they made it through the wedding, but you can guarantee I will NEVER be back and this place will NEVER be recommended. Also neither seemed very knoweledgable and second guessed their work multiple times.

Worst service Ive ever had! Only pedicure available was a basic pedicure which didnt include a massage.Cost 20.00 dollars extra for shellac polish and an extra 10.00 to soak off.Horrible service
