This is a horrible and unprofessional salon. I was very disappointed with company policy. Upon calling to cancel my appointment ahead of of schedule (24 hour notice required) I was informed by management that they changed their policy and a 48 hour notice was required instead! I was never informed of this policy change and was charged $120. Thats not how any management should behave with returning customers. Please be advised and dont give them your credit card number to hold in their system. As that is how they charge you cancelation fees without your permission. Ladies, you have been warned. Proceed with caution. This company gets zero stars if that was only an option. Thank you for your time.

The prices here are above the price range for me. I was quoted $300 for a bleach and trim for two and a half inches of regrowth. That price is too much although Im sure they give you a quality cut.

What a horrible salon experience!I went in with a picture of what I wanted and discussed it with my stylist. Not only did she ignore what I asked for (apparently because most people go with something different) but the ends were jagged and drastically uneven. When I pointed this out, the stylist did not make corrections or even measure the ends to check they were even! On my way out the door, she even had the gall to ask for a 20% tip. I spoke to the manager and was told I would have to pay extra for a correction to be made evening out the ends.This is an embarrassment to the Aveda name.

I booked a haircut with Jasmine and was so impressed! She is fun to chat with, and very talented. I absolutely love my hair! Jasmine took the time to really understand what I wanted, and made some very helpful suggestions. Trios’ sanitation process is great, and I appreciate everyone wearing masks inside while getting their hair done. I look forward to returning.

Got my hair done about 4 months ago and my hair is completely ruined. I have always gone to Aveda Salons but this one has changed me. My hair is so damaged and my color looks horrible. Haircut wasn’t done right and I paid so much to have hair I hate and can’t do anything with until it grows out. I have never seen my hair so damaged. I’m am terrified to do anything to it. I can’t style it and I have to leave it alone for idk how long. So upset and don’t feel confident at all. I honestly want to cry everyday when I look at myself in the mirror. I will never go here again and idk if I’ll ever to anything to my hair again after this experience.

I visited this salon a year ago. Would not suggest using the lower levels. Though my cut would be straight forward as I explained to the stylist. She seemed to know what I wanted. But resulted in her tell me I didnt asked for the right thing. Was disappointed will not return.I visited April 16th 2019. I wrote review late since I havent gotten a haircut since then. So yes I have visited your salon.

Diana did an awesome job on my hair! I’m a little late writing this review but she was great helping me figure out the best way to achieve the shorter length I wanted and the style. I went from Long to medium. I love how light my hair feels now. She was also able to give my hair volume. She showed me some products to help achieved this look and I love them. As a male it might seem a little weird to be going to a salon but I only get my hair cut here because its just THAT good. The whole experience is pretty great. they give you this scalp massage with oils and it is a very relaxing service they provide. And my hair always looks fresh. Aside from the service, all the girls I met here are knowledgeable, passionate and professional and you can tell that they truly love what they are doing, unlike some other hair salons Ive been to. Ive also had the pleasure of meeting the owners of Trios and they are probably two of the best people I have ever met in my life. This business is their baby and they own this life with pride and love and it definitely shows. Simply the best, Check em out!

Trios is the best! I have been going here for many years and the service is excellent from the front desk to many stylists I have seen. They have great training from Karen and Joe. If you need to book with a different stylist in order to get in sooner, they are very accommodating. In other words, all the employees care about the customer and there is not competition between the stylists. During your appointment, the stylist never rushes through your cut or color, and takes the time to listen. I love the relaxing scalp massage. It is never rushed or done as an after thought. My daughters have seen several other stylists and we havent had a bad haircut yet. I also appreciate the range of prices for stylist levels which makes Trios accessible to most budgets. I always have a great experience at Trios. Amber always provides great service and does a beautiful job. I continually get compliments on my nails from perfect strangers. Amber is friendly, pleasant, skillful, but overall just exceptionally nice. I always enjoy talking with her. I am also very pleased with the front desks customer service. They have always treated me very well...friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the level of customer service Trios offers. I have been to many other salons in Ft. Collins but Trios is not pretentious or snobby. I enjoy the environment.

I love going to Trios! Its like a Moms Day Out for me. First, the look of the salon is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and offers me water while I wait. I get my hair done with Faith and she always does a great job. She tells me what would look best and I feel so beautiful by the time I leave. While your color is processing you get a great hand massage and the scalp massage you get when they wash your hair is absolutely wonderful. Definitely the best salon Ive been to in Fort Collins!

Love Trios as a salon as it is friendly and relaxing. You must try their free tea. Naomi has been my hairdresser for awhile and I just love her. She does great color and cuts as well as good advice on products. I switched to Aveda products and color years ago because of sensitivity issues with color. Its the only place I would consider for color as their products are all natural. My hair has not been this healthy ever in my life!

This should be your go to place for all things hair. Your budget can determine the experience of your stylist but honestly Ive been thrilled with every cut Ive gotten. I will even give a nod to my personal stylist Diana who is truly amazing. Pamper yourself. Eat mac and cheese for a week if you have to save up, but avoid those $15 cuts and get it done right.Great selection of personal care items, fragrances and gifts, as well.

I cant say enough about this awesome salon! Karen and Joe treat their stylists like family, and from there it trickles down to the customers. Warm, friendly, and professional staff. I love this place. I get my nails done by Lauren, she is really contentious about cleanliness and sanitation, and she takes the time to make sure your nails look perfect. She is equally as good if you want a basic manicure or something more artistic! The whole salon is a nice, relaxing place to be, and everyone has a great attitude and customer service.

Excellent salon! I moved from St. Louis to Fort Collins a few years ago, and needed to find a new place to get my hair cut. I really like the Aveda products, so that requirement helped limit my search. I tried Trios on my first attempt, and never looked back at going anywhere else! My several experiences throughout the past 2 years have been very positive at Trios. The staff is very friendly and Faith is a fantastic stylist. Her energy is also contagious. I have a FULL head of hair and its also tricky to color. Also love how she styles my bangs.She certainly works her magic overtime. Highly recommend this salon to everyone in the Ft. Collins area.

The weather was terrible yesterday morning, but I needed to get my hair done(at a different salon). Took me almost an hour to get to town. I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment. The receptionist told me I needed to reschedule. I left upset. My friend told me to call Aveda. I went in and they got me scheduled for later that day. Going back today to try another service they offer. Very impressed with every person that works there. And it was less expensive than where I had been going. ❤️

Trios is great!!!! The ladies at the front are always super friendly, the atmosphere is great, and Danae is awesome!!!! Danae has been cutting my hair, and my wife and daughters hair for that matter, for years now. Im also going to comment and say that the most common negative feedback for Trios I see is their price. Come on, folks!!! Give me a break. If you stop by one of the neighborhood stop and chop shops thats exactly what youre going to get. A crappy haircut that took 10 minutes to do. Spend a little more for a quality cut at Trios, and stop bitching about the price.

I have been coming to Trios since 2008. Ali Sherman is the best stylist! She is friendly, always learning new techniques and never afraid to try something new! She is not the type of stylist to do what she wants and disregard your wishes and ideas. She isnt satisfied unless she makes her client happy and Ive never had a bad experience with her. The staff are friendly and always quick to answer questions and make me feel comfortable. Ive recommended several friends here and theyve all become loyal clients!

Edit: Just received a reply from the owner and I am very appreciative of the accommodation regarding the scents (candles) and expressed that in my review. To be clear I have only had one re-do with lowlights and was very happy with the service. This time however the issue is that the cut was not what I communicated. Mistakes do happen. Its hard to know how things are until you style it at home which I did and after thinking about it overnight decided to call to try to resolve. My request is very reasonable to receive a refund on that portion of the service because you cant fix a haircut that has gotten too layered or short. At this point it needs to just grow out which is not fun 😭 I tried to do my best to resolve but the offer to meet with the stylist is a cop out rather than doing what is fair, honest, and kind.Original review:Very sad to part ways with this salon. I have had a good experience with this salon until yesterday. While I first of all appreciate the ongoing accommodation of the owner and the staff for helping me during each visit due to chemical sensitivity, yesterday missed the mark. My regular stylist Faith, has been doing an amazing job on my cut and color. When I could not get in to see her I was booked with another new stylist Courtney who was extremely sweet and even though i was booked for only a root touch up, she talked me into a trim as well. What we discussed was 1/4 inch trim, what I got was a short bob with short layers and uneven at that! I reluctantly called today to report that the haircut was not what we discussed and that it was uneven on the left side, it had several layers cut in so that it makes styling impossible. I asked for that portion of the visit to be refunded and talked with assistant manager Vanessa who after talking to the owner refused to offer a refund. Instead they offered a consultation and styling tips from the stylist who messed up my hair! What? I declined that. I expressed to Vanessa that they would lose my business and they were fine with that. I have been a faithful customer of Aveda for many, many years, originally from Minnesota the birthplace of Aveda/Horst. I believe that Aveda principles and ethos were not applied in this instance. So beware if you have a bad experience you are stuck with it. Now I sadly have months of grow out and now need to find a new salon.

Ive been going to Sammy for a while now for cuts and color. She does an amazing job and listens to what I want before even starting. I feel comfortable letting her know if I like my hair thinned out more or if it needs to be shorter. She does a great job! Thanks Sammy!

I have been to so many salons and seen so many different stylists, and I have never had good luck but I absolutely love this salon and all of their products. They smell wonderful and the daily repair cream has been great with my hair too! I never thought I would find a stylist that I could trust to work with my hair. I have naturally VERY curly hair and finding someone who can color let alone cut it, is nearly impossible. I have seen Sammy here about 5 times now, and she has been nothing short of amazing. I refuse to go to anyone else. So thank you Trios and a special thank you to Sammy! Thank you for dealing with my very complicated color choices as well as always cutting my hair just the way I like it! I will never go anywhere else.

I have been going to Trios for a long time and really like my nail person. I had an appt. today for a 30 pedicure and my daughter asked to come along. She wanted to see what it was like. I had errands to run right after so brought her along. We checked in and waited and then someone came out to inform us that there was a no child policy. At the time my daughter was sitting next to me with headphones on watching a cartoon on my phone. The person explained that there was no place for her to sit in back and in the same breath offered that she could stay if she were receiving a service. They obviously had an empty chair in back if she were a paying 4 year old customer. We left and my daughter, confused, started to cry. It was hard to explain that they had a rule excluding kids. There are so many great places in town to get spa services. I am disappointed in the lack of customer service at Trios.

Posted as public as long as you dont Have a child or a Service Dog, the Nail Tech is great but the rest of the staff and Ownership is lacking. I had to contact the ADA due to their obviously mistake of making no accommodations for my Service Dog. When my husband went in to discuss the Issue, the Owner Lied and said I stormed out. After I handed her an ADA card she did some serious back pedaling along with lies. I have met several people who left Trios to go to EUROPA a much nicer establishment Trios gets 5 thumbs down! From me and others.

I wanted to give this salon a try since its close to my home. I called around 13:30 on a Saturday to make an appointment but no answer. Tried calling again about 5 minutes later and still no answer. I cant speak to their salon services, but if you cant even get someone on the phone how great could it be. Called Europa salon 15min after trying Trios and they picked up after the second ring, so they will get my business and money.

I loved the first hair color i got there but that didnt last long. The second time I wanted to get a hair cut and color, they just didnt seem to give importance. Brittanie Bae has been my hairstylist for about a year now. Ive tried many different styles (colors) and each time she has not only put in countless hours making sure we get the color I want or very close too, but also makes sure she does her best to keep my hair healthy. I definitely trust her with my hair to not only look the way I want it too but whats best for the condition of my hair. Every friend I have recommended her too also has nothing but good things to say about her services.

I have had my haircut in this store for 3years.The service was good before I made an appointment and a rude lady hanged up my call today. My English is not good, even though that rude person could not hang up my call after I just said two words.Shame on you!

The first few experiences I had were great but I went for a pedicure and got the worst staff infection in BOTH feet. It was painful and I had to get antibiotics from a Dr. The owner was rude and shady about it, denying it couldve come from them, though the doctor I saw said it was in fact because Lauren clipped the cuticle too close and the basin or tools were not properly cleaned. I asked for a refund to help pay for the incurred Dr visit and prescription and I was very disappointed in how the owner Joe handled the situation, telling me I had to sign a legal document saying it was not their fault and I had to pay to have that notarized before they would refund me. I was afterward treated badly and with disrespect by the stylists there when I went with my mom to get her hair done. They were awful to me in this situation where I was a victim of getting an infection from their poor practices. I strongly urge everyone to not take the health risk of going there. This franchise is untrustworthy and doesnt deserve the Aveda name. Go to Ten Salon or another trustworthy high quality salon, do not waste your money or risk your health and dignity here.

They really make you feel like a part of their family, the service is outstanding(Brittanie Bae is fabulous and has helped my hair tremendously!), and the hair color lasts longer than anything Ive ever used before.
