I love coming here. My nails are always fine in a professional manner and the products used are of great quality! Even when I go to another nail Spain can tell the difference immediately! They always fix other peoples work and ermine me why its important to make sure I always come back (theyre closed Tuesdays, those are my off days) and fit it in my schedule!

Horrible outcome. I went in, waited 40 minutes and once seated the tech rushed and started on someone else while doing mine. During pedicure she messed up my nail and decided to paint over instead of removing it and starting fresh. I mentioned that it looked bumpy and she got upset and redid it. After a day of having this pedicure this is the outcome. Chipped nails

I came here to get my birthday nails done. I got there at four o clock. I requested for a full set and pedicure. I got my pedicure done. My pedicure was finished at 5:30. I waited an hour just for them to tell me them they couldn’t give me a full set because they almost closing and she did a rushed job so she can go home I called to get them fixed the next day and they told me they were booked and hung up on my face . I never had a problem with them until now . I paid 118$ to be left unsatisfied

I called on Friday afternoon to schedule an appointment for Sunday. Jeff was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. We got there on Sunday and it looked clean. Arrived 20 minutes early and waited no more than 10 minutes before we were seated in the spa chair. It was very peaceful, friendly staff and I would say average prices. Great customer service: I saw Jeff give 2 kids some treats while they waited with their mother. Very happy to see they care for their customers. They were super busy this particular morning but very organized.Only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 was because we were seated in one of the spa chairs that was not working (which the person I was with didnt mind) but it was their first time getting a pedicure and was expecting them to receive the full experience. Just my luck!I received both manicure and pedicure. Wendy did an amazing job - I only had to correct a few things because I am picky with my nails (especially toes). Overall services was great and I will be visiting again.

Absolutely ridiculous! I called yesterday Friday to book a 12 pm appt for today Saturday for a pedi & full set as they were busy and didn’t want to just walk in. I arrived on time and waited about 10 min to be seated as they were busy. They took me back and had me sitting in the pedi spa soaking for an hour before someone finally came to do my toes. I was frustrated as I had a set appointment and that didn’t even matter for wait time. Granted, I was being patient and not complaining because they were busy and I get it.Well after we were done with my toes she stated “ next time book an appointment it’s better” WHAT!!!!!!! I said it loud and clear I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SND WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR AND SOME TO BE SERVICED! she walked over to collect payment and I asked her what about my full set? By this time I was already there for over an hour and a half. She told me it would take approx. 40 min and I said ok. Then she said so what time do you want to come back ? COME BACK?!?!?! I asked why do I have to come back if I already have an appointment to do my toes AND get a full set! She said because were busy!!!!I was baffled at this! This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. So because you decided to take back more clients snd sit them down to be serviced I lose out on the services I pre scheduled?!?! She then tried to book me for the next day and I was just furious! I get it it’s busy on the weekends but why even do appointments if youre not going to even accommodate and fulfill them ?! && then turn them away and have them come back BECAUSE A WALK IN COMES IN! I’m so disgusted, angry and just blown away at this nail spa!

I understand things have not been and do not seem as if they will ever be the same pre Covid. With that being said. I was coming here before Covid. I only ask for toe nail color because I become frustrated trying to paint my own toe nails. I pay and provide a tip. I came by a few weeks ago and left because I was not acknowledged. I know we have to wait anywhere these days and I make the time to wait. But I felt so uncomfortable. They made me feel down. Today I was going to give it another try. But the girl at the front had me sign in and as she told me it was a 2 to 3 hour wait she laughed and just made me feel like I was crazy for even trying to walk in. I KNOW I have to wait. I know people are not about customer service these days and my working in the medical field become overwhelmed with patients and get it. However, we need to be a little more human with one another and not mock one another. I will not return. She made me feel stupid for even going in and laughing at me in front of a full house of people. Not cool. I came down the street to TLC nails & spa. They made me feel welcomed and nicely informed me how many people in front of me and offered me a chair to sit on if I was okay waiting. Which I said yes to and was thankful someone was willing to do my nails and get paid to do so. We are just trying to move forward and do our best. BE NICE!

I called 40 minutes before they closed to make sure they’d have time to take me for a full set. When I got to the shop they were very polite and offered a pedicure and I said only if you guys are ok with it since it’s so close to closing and they were like yeah no problem. They were professional and friendly. Attentive and the woman who did my acrylics was a perfectionist even noticing and fixing a flaw without me having to say anything. They never made me feel rushed even when three women walked in 10 minutes before closing saying they needed three manicures and three pedicures. They accommodated them as well. And my nails came out beautiful!!! I’ll be coming back to see Wendy!

Travel from Florida to Cali for a family gathering. I didnt have enough time to get my nails filled back home. I looked up the closes nail salon. My nail tech Wendy was nice.Update. My nails broke in less than 4 days. Unfortunately I was already back home.

Great customer service. Unfortunately they don’t really know how to install nails for a pedicure. The nail fell off within 10 hours. Not really worth the price

Tried this place for a second time. I think she did a great job again, I didnt get the name of my nail technician. My last set lasted over a month. I love the color options they have for dip, I am more into the subtle light colors.

While I waited for my manicure a woman came in irate about how shed gotten an infection from a pedicure one of the techs had done. She also mentioned how at the time she told the manager how rough she had been with her. I wish I took this as a warning and left. I had nice long nails and just wanted a gel manicure to keep them healthy looking and even. Apparently I got the same tech who was just complained about. She rushed my service and did my nails so poorl, and was VERY aggresive. My nails were very rough, cooked and uneven. The color was also not what I had picked out. Within less than 1 week 2 nails have broken terribly causing alot of pain and on the other hand the polish is already chipped. 100% avoid this place. Id also noticed the tech was using a few obviously used nail files immediately after hearing a customer was just given an infection. I regret ever coming her and will not forget this awlful service.

It was an amazing experience...Took my son there to do a pedicure..Wendy was his pedicurist.. She was very nice and very knowledgeable about an ingrown nail he had. She took care of it. In 20 minutes we were out. Also I noticed all tools were sterilized within a sealed bag that she opened right in front of us, and the place looked very clean.

My nail shop for over a decade. Always make an appointment to make sure i get the service i need. Always clean and i feel safe.

Walk-in for gel pedicure and manicure/ no polish. The salon was very clean, staff was friendly, and I had a small wait time. Leanna did an amazing job on my pedicure, she took her time and paid a lot of attention to detail. Anna also did a very good job on my manicure, she was gently and she also took her time. Both ladies understood I had to leave at a certain time in order to pick up my child from school and they were more than willing to accommodate my schedule. Very satisfied, I will be back!

I wanted to try a new nail shop closer to me so I decided to walk in and try it out. I was greeted right away by a gentleman and it was pretty packed already and I only waited 5/10 minutes. I was seated for my pedicure and helped right away. The woman who performed her job was amazing. Her name was Tina. Such a pleasant person to speak to and she did her job exceptionally. She took her time and made sure I was happy with everything. As I was getting up I actually bumped my big toe by accident and she had to repaint it but was happy to do so without any issues. The staff was super friendly and it was a nice atmosphere to be around. I would highly recommend this Nail shop to anyone. They earned my business.

Very rude staff. My 15 year old went in and they tried to up charge her from a a quoted $28 for a full set to $58 - then after arguing with them they said $38 was fine. The nails are in even and all bumpy.I called back and the lady was so rude to meDO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

I actually love something unusual. Getting man-scaping done to look my best as a professional who interacts with people constantly, your appearance should be well groomed and maintained. Professional Nail & Spa aptly named Professionail earns their keep. David one of the lead artists is a master craftsman who pushes the other artists to go above and beyond a customers expectations. They do an awesome job to say the least. I have been here countless times for Man-scaping services and will continue to do so.

The staff is very nice. Wendy did a great job on my nails and have had numerous staff work on me and have always done a great job. Very clean and always a pleasure to come in.

This is my favorite nail and wax place. Emily is very professional and very careful. my skin is very sensitive. She is awesome and creative with my nail designs.

I had only been to this place once a few years ago and couldn’t remember why I never went back, especially since it’s so close to my house. My visit today mad me remember that the service was awful!I had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time. The place is dirty and messy. My nails came out awful. I asked for an oval shape and the technician insisted on a coffin shape, I assumed it was because she didn’t know how to do an oval shape, but she did a horrible coffin shape as well! I only went here because my normal place was booked all afternoon and it was an emergency.Never again!

The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. I have been coming here for the past 9yrs. My nails are always on point. They never lift, chip or break. You should see David.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Walked in and nobody greeted me and then when they finally gave me my pedicure I told the lady I wanted a specific color and she rolled her eyes and said “WHAT” and then I repeated myself and she rolled her eyes again and said it’s going to be five dollars more it’s over there get it myself. I have never been to a more unprofessional place. I left before they could finish my toes I will not be going back.

The girl that looks like a Barbie is condescending! Day one I brushed it off. Day two, no! I’ll go back to US Nails in Upland before I spend my money in my own neighborhood.

Completely scammed me omg, i only got gel acrylic nails and a pedicure (the regular one) that costed $15 and the total in all was supposedly “$85”,, also my nail shape in each finger was uneven all around... not to mention one lady was pretty rude, but to her it was humorous! everything was just rushed and i felt so uncomfortable. i do not recommend. btw it hasn’t been a week and one of my nails already came off....

I been going here for the past 7 years and I never had a problem until last week they are being rude and my nails broke and crack with in 2 days ..I called to get them fix and they said they will fiix them and they do but charge you again$$ to fix their mistake.. And the whole time it takes to fix they make u feel uncomfortable.

I hated the wait, the service and not to mention that I was getting pedi and full set. But when done with my pedi they wanted me wait another 15 minutes because they took someone else that walked in, when I was there for over 40 minutes. Never going back!!

When I got my nails done here I felt really comfortable they were really outgoing and talkative and they wanted to learn about you very clean and sanitary my nails came out very nice looking even though we struggled a little bit with the jewels but the reason but the reason why I put four stars instead of five is because when they talk in their language in front of customers and makes me and other people feel uncomfortable.

I got my nails done here on Saturday and today is Tuesday three of them are already chipped! Also asked for gel pedicure and because another customer came in to get a pedicure she didnt even bother putting my nails under the UV light. If I could give them negative stars I would!! They literally dont take time to do your nails just want to push you out of there chair. 🙄

Ive been here numerous times and never been completely satisfied with the service. I went for just a fill and pedi today. They started with asking where I got my nails done before and were shocked to find out it was their shop. They painted my hands and toes two different colors that was obvious in the sunlight. They removed the gel and repainted them but after I asked them to make the two nail polishes match

I waited 30 mins. Without any explanation why!!!! I mean, I cant have my feet soak for 30 minutes while they take their sweetest time. They are not the best around but very poor service... they keep telling me 5 more minutes when theres not even a people in line.

It is a bit expensive to be just nail extensions, they do not do a manicure but it is not a bad job, I think they should put the menu on the web to see it but considering that you can not even see it when you enter the salon, it is understood. They are nice but they wont ask you what exactly you want if you dont tell them.
