Im very upset, my set was just horrible 😞 I showed specifically of what I wanted. I could have gotten an honest response and was told yes, I had high expectations for this set bc the man (never got his name didnt say he couldnt do the set. Now I was aware that they didnt have the exact color but I chose a different color I liked.. the only thing I requested different was for my nail shape to be coffin..bottom line i paid 65$ for the set!! Im embarrassed of how UNPROFESSIONAL this experience was, no communication, nail tech kept pausing to check phone was not focused, very rushed and I just felt like it was just for the money and not to make me feel beautiful. Sorry, but you can do better!👎🏻

A bit pricey but, what can you do. Covid made these poor small businesses suffer. They were pretty fast for the most part. I wish you could take service menu home but, they do let you take a picture of service card. Clean and had a staff of 5 when I was there. They have huge assortment of nail polish colors, And nicely organized. 👌🏻 I will go back for fills next. I did full set acrylic and pedicure with massage. They also do waxing if you need it. Thanks for reading this. They do tack on pricing very sneaky. So watch for that.

Amazing service, got acrylics done here. Pricing was a lot cheaper than i expected but the nails came out great, he even got it done very quickly. Very high quality work!

I went for a gel mani and pedi. When I arrived at my appointment time they were ready for me! How often does that happen? The establishment was nice and clean. I absolutely love the color! I will definitely return!

Helen is the Best! If you have ingrown toe nails and very sensitive about having someone do your pedicure, look no further, come and have Helen help you. I will follow Helen wherever she goes. She was at another nail salon before at baseline and citrus, and now she has moved and I will continue to follow her.... Jason is great with manicures, he is very detailed and will really make sure that you get what you want. I love this couple duo!!! You will not regret it.

I came at 4:30 to try and get my nails done no one greeted me so I walked out the store and called them asking when can I come in. there was one lady getting her nails done and one waiting he told me to come back at 6:30 becausehe was really busy with two people. he would be ready he was also not finished with the person that was waiting next. Than he asked me to come back at 7 so I came back and still no one was ready to do my nails he asked me to sit and wait and pick out my color I wanted and I already knew what I wanted but said he was almost done but has not finished painting the second girls nails as Im writing this he is still one the second person wait from 4:30 today

This is the worst nail shop in Fontana! I highly recommend you do not give them any of your business. They do not care about customers, all they care about is their money. They lie on how long it will be. I sat in a pedicure chair for an hour before anyone started. I went in for a full set and pedicure and it took 4 hours! For some reason he stopped my nails and started another persons nails and I had to wait for him to finish my nails. I had no choice but stay.Not only did it take forever they charge you for everything without telling you. Be aware they charge you by the length of your nails. I chose medium short and I was charged $5 extra. It was not like I had cardi B Nails being put on there was no reason why I should have been overcharged without even being told. I have never been to a nail salon and been so disrespected and felt like all I was was a dollar bill to them!I hate, hate, hate my nails they looked horrible.

I have been here twice as of today. I like them so far! I try not to base my experiences by someone elses opinions. I will be back. Service was good. I prefer more English speaking so that way I know they understand exactly what Im saying without any confusion. But overall. Im okay with the services Ive received.

First time going to this place and I must say they treated me so nice and good ! I got my nails, feet and eyebrows done and they look GREAT ! Definitely recommended 👍🏿
