I have been going to nail expo for over 15 years (since i was probably 4) and they’ve always done such a great job!! Dung (Young) is my favorite!! I always give her a design challenge and she always always ALWAYS goes above and beyond! Highly recommend coming here to ANYONE looking for great prices and amazing service and nails!! I absolutely loved the place! The massage chairs are great, the people are very nice and professional, and the equipment is top of the line. They did a great job with my nails, definitely coming back.

I received a dipped nail. I love the color and the thickness is not too much. I wanted Little Vee, considering when I use to get my nails done regularly he became my main man but I had an older woman this time. She was social able and had some comedic value to give. I enjoyed my time with my best friend while waiting. Thankfully this salon is gorgeous and clean so I didnt mind just sitting and chatting until it was my time in the chair. I even asked if my bf could pull up next to me so we could continue to chat and my tech said of course. Well be going back!

I made an appointment here after my nails were botched at the last salon. My tech was Victor and he did an amazing job! He took his time and asked exactly what I wanted as he was doing it. I could not have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend nail expo!!

Didnt give me a chance to answer on what I wanted, the. When I figured it out the guy wouldnt pay attention. Mind you this was my first time getting my nails done professionally. I wanted a hollween design and when I got the main color done they acted like it was a crime to get a spider web on it just cause my red color had glitter in it. I will never go back. Never have I ever had anyone treat a customer like that. Other then how they acted the nails did turn out good its just not worth feeling like Ive done something wrong for walking in and not knowing what to do or say.

I absolutely love this place! I have had difficulty with finding a nail salon that I like, and this is my favorite by far! I have tried other places in Evansville, but I have come across rude nail techs, extra charges for no reason, and too thick or brittle nails. I love getting acrylic nails, but had not found a place yet that I liked. Now I have! I would highly recommend Nail Expo for their service, the time they take to do your nails well, the friendly staff, and the amazing nails u come away with! I recently went in for the first time for a manicure, but it won’t be the last. Lina did a great job, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of going!

I went in with my mom for my birthday. We made appointments which we didnt have issues with.sat down for our pedicures the lady that did my moms nails was lovely. As I was waiting a man comes up and says you want me to do your nails. I said you can ? He wasnt friendly at all. I had my baby with me as well. not once acknowledged my baby that was laughing and smiling at him or talked to me. Almost like hes a robot. thats all fine,what really bothered me was the way he would move my feet aggressively. He made me bleed and the foot rub was 2 seconds long on each foot. I honestly think he should find a profession thats not with people. I dont know his name but he colors his hair blonde. I will not go back there.

Generally I enjoy my experience of pedicures. I had a tech on my last visit that was a little too ruff and dug too deep and caused my toe to bleed. That is not the norm so you just have to speak up when you have a tech that you are not familiar with.

They look good from far but close up it’s so bumpy. They didn’t take there time at all. I am not going back. Next day, they look so bad! I am at pink nails and going to get them redone. Just got my toes and here and it’s amazing definitely like pink nails better and going to start coming here.

I HIGHLY recommend this salon. Everyone is friendly. I always request Lauren. She does WONDERFUL pedicures, really taking her time to make sure calluses are removed and nails are pretty. She also does the best designs. All she needs is a picture of what you want and she can replicate it. Its best to make an appointment if you want a certain technician but if you dont have an appointment, Ive never seen anyone wait longer than 20 minutes for a walk in. I used to be a dedicated customer at another salon and happened to get a gift card for Nail Expo. Now, I will never go anywhere else. Since Ive started going here, Ive only had a nail break one time and I went back the next day and they fixed it for me for free. The quality is so good that I can wait up to 6 to 8 weeks between appointments with no breaks or chips in my nails and they dont try to push getting a whole new set at every appointment like my old salon used to, just to be able to charge me more money. Anytime they have suggested a new set, it was because I truly needed it. I cannot praise this salon enough.

I had my nails done here a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time at this salon, and my first impression was “ this place must be good”. When I walked in, the place was packed! It was an hour past my scheduled time before I was seated, but I was ok with it because I understood. Well, I was right! My nails look amazing, and the quality is great! I also had a gel polish done for the first time and I love it. My only downfall is she did make them a little too thick for me, but Ill just be sure to mention at my next visit, that they need to be thinned down a little. To make things even better, I received a 10% off my next purchase for my birthday!

I had my first pedicure ever and had Diana. She was amazing, very gentle, and attentive and was able to answer any questions I had. I will definitely request het next time a wants a pedicure

I had the BEST tech. Lauren did such an amazing job and took her time to make my nails PERFECT. I definitely recommend. She kept a good conversation with me and made me feel so comfortable. Even asked me if she was doing what I wanted as she went. Made it so less nerve wracking!

Got a pedicure done here this week and although the tech was nice, he made me bleed on three separate occasions during my pedicure. I understand maybe it happening once on accident but three times during one pedicure was a lot. When expressing pain the tech never did anything and just kept going. My feet still hurt in some areas 4 days later. I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt the need to after paying $42 for a terrible pedicure. He also got polish on my skin and never removed it. Will not be back.

This is the second time Ive came here and was told they had availability and to come at a certain time. Waited approximately an hour both times before them even starting on my nails. I understand being busy but if you dont have time or itll be an hour let people know.

I came in on a walk-in to get my eyebrows waxed! I was impressed with the quickness of getting back to get serviced and I liked the result!

Walked into a clean environment and was welcomed right off the bat. Took only about 30 second to get dinged in and I was in a chair right after. Not sure her name but she was super friendly and very gently. Very happy with the service and in love with my nails!

Decided to try this salon on a whim since they accept walk ins. Was not disappointed by the service. Staff were friendly and quick, courteous, even offered me a bottled water. The man that shaped my nails was very thorough and carefully trimmed my cuticles (no pain at all). Im impressed with the quality and time he took to make sure the job was done right. Im satisfied with the result and plan to come back in the future.

Usually I recommend this place because that always do a good job on all services but today on my one day off this week I had made an appointment for 1pm to get my nails done for my birthday. When I arrived at 1pm the salon was full and they had asked me to leave because there were others in front of me who did not have an appointment. I thought this was very unprofessional and disrespectful to a loyal client.

Great facility but terrible staff. My manicurist, Vy Xuang Ly, kept looking at his phone and going to take care of other customers that came after me. He told me to soak my nails for seven minutes in water. During that time, he attended to other customers. I felt the nail-soaking was an excuse to please other customers but it certainly didn’t please me. They were low on staff, I get it, but it wasn’t enjoyable and relaxing when my manicurist kept getting up and leaving me to sit and wait. The nails ended up looking OK.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Best Nail Salon in Evansville!!! Victor & his staff are very friendly and want to make sure you are pleased with your service.

First I want to clarify my name is spelled Cydney, not Sydney. Tammy always does a good job, this last appointment I requested her, this was also my first visit to the new location, it’s very nice, modern and all of the technology is almost overwhelming, sign of the times I suppose. I also noticed all prices have gone up since the move to the new location, I know the overhead has to be high and with all the updates this is probably expected. The one thing that does bother me and I’ve heard this from many friends over the years is all staff speaking their native language amongst themselves, I and many of my friends have experienced this for years, at times it seems insulting, leaving us who are not bilingual to wonder what is being said? I often wonder how the staff would feel if the situation were reversed? I will continue to visit Nail Expo and request Tammy for her excellent work, I did come in for a pedicure earlier in the year and I was having a bad day, she asked if I was ok, that meant a lot! Love the new place!

I really would have enjoyed my pedicure if it hadnt hurt so bad. When I expressed pain or tried to say that it hurt, the tech just giggled then nodded and said I know. Ive had about 100 pedicures and this one freaking hurt! She actually *pulled/peeled* the gel off of my toe nails and filed my nails so hard, my toe was bleeding. Good paint job though.

I went to get my gel nails removed (not gel color) and this is how I left the salon. I have never had my nails treated so harshly. As you can see from the photo, parts of the artificial nail are still on my actual nails and my nails are completely rigid. The man was VERY rough with me, he didn’t try to buff it out, paint it it, or anything. I will never return here. He cut them so short that I am still feeling pain in my nail bed a day later.

They do a good job, but I decided to find a new salon when they began forcing me to use their in-store ATM to get cash out (assumably because they don’t want to pay their card processors transaction fee). Definitely bring cash if you plan to make a trip here! 😬

I loved it, My girlfriend treated us both to a Spa Pedicure. Relaxin part is hot wax they set your feet in and the hot towels on your legs, massage chair just tops it!!!Rose said she will for sure return and myself as well.Pamper yourself kinda day, this WOULD BE A PERFECT PLACE..

Always do a great job for a great price. Victor, Helen, V, Tammy and Dung (pronounced “Young”) have all done work on either my nails, toes or brows and I’ve never had a complaint. I’m also very hard on my nails so occasionally they will break or chip and unless it’s really bad they’ll fix it for free!

Everytime Ive went here Ive had a bad experience I go as a last option. But after this last time Im done.the nail tech was rude she shaped my nails wrong. When I asked her to correct it she had a attitude, and I feel as if she purposely was rough pushing my cuticles back she made one of my nails bleed.I wouldnt recommend this place to get your cat or dogs nails done.
