Do not go here never had to wait hour and 20 min to get my nails done. Everyone else that was coming in after me was being called back. I seen 15 ppl go before me.When I asked the lady in the front she told me they didnt have enough technicians to do nails. she told me I could of leave if I wanted to after I waited an hourShe should had the generosity to tell me when I checked in about the wait time they dont even apologize for the wait time.

My nail tech was great. Im so sad i didnt get her name. Ugh... but she was so attentive.

I had a wedding to attend and to make sure I managed my time properly I went online to see what time they open on Sunday. It said 10. I arrive at 945 prepared to wait the 15 mins in my car. Well, to my surprise, the door was open and the nail shop was packed. Only front desk lady there and she already has a list of people waiting and I couldnt be seen for over an hr. I guess only their regulars know you can come before opening and put your name on a list. Needless to say I went somewhere else.

I can agree with the receptionist having that rude vibe and it always being full, however I scheduled an appointment and was taken in on time and the lady did a great job on my pedicure and manicure, plan ahead people make an appointment

I live 7 minutes away from this salon. I won’t lie, I’m not a loyal customer here for two reasons. I feel like every time I go they switch their prices up. The other reason is a specific nail tech. When you walk into the salon, she sits on the right side and her table is the very last one. She’s pretty tall and her hair is above her shoulders. She has a very funky attitude. Always seem upset when she’s doing services for me. I was just here Sunday, and she did me a gel manicure. She was rough with me when polishing my nails. When she was almost done polishing with the Cinnamon Whip I asked her if we can add gold and I showed her a pic and let her know just the polish and no need for the diamonds and all that. She gave me a heavy sigh, looked at the pic and was very confused. I tried to explain to her how I wanted the gold painted over the Cinnamon Whip and she legit looked at me and gave me a stupid look, sat all perky and said “okay how? Tell me how You want it?” With ATTITUDE. I tried explaining it to her very thoroughly. And she went and started speaking in her language going on and on. Today is Friday and one of my nails chipped. So I went in and asked if they can fix this. A different nail tech assisted me. She asked if I came in on Sunday and had this done I told her yes. I also have told her the colors I used. She spoke in her language to the gal who did my nails Sunday and they were going back and forth. Oh man you should’ve herd the tall lady with short hair who did my nails Sunday. She sounded so fed, I smiled at her but she just had a str8 face no greeting at allllll. So I was there Sunday for my gel manicure, and today is Friday and my nail chipped. I don’t recall ever being charged to go back to fix my nails esp since it hasn’t even been ONE WEEK. I paid $39 on Sunday for my gel manicure only for it to be chipped in less than a week and to be charged again to fix it!!! That’s crazy. Below is a pic of how I wanted them done and the other pic is what I got. Today “fixed” my nail, looks pretty sloppy and didn’t allow it to dry long enough it’s bumpy 👹👺😡

I really like this place! Granted sometimes theres a wait but its WORTH IT. Im super picky with my nails and I can honestly say Ive never been disappointed with this place. Prices arent too bad either. I took my daughter recently to get a simple nail paint and they treated her so nice. She loves her nails as well.

Please don’t get acrylics done here ! They use MMA monomer and that isn’t good for your finger nails go somewhere else !

Awful place, seems like they dont like new customers, my wife and I have been waiting for 2 hours already and they served like 4 or 5 customers that just walk in, we are leaving now, if you appreciate your time dont come to this business.

Went to get acrylic on my own nails, my nails are not long and are very thin. I had two nails that were cracked on the edge. I asked that they only buff my nails manually with a hand nail file. I understand that I run the risk of my nails chipping or rising early, and I told her I knew I just needed my nails to be fixed because they were broken and my nail are already thin. I have gotten my nails done like my request before at another salon. She had refused to do my nails. I have never had an issue with a person before like this. It was completely embarrassing for everyone to be starring at me. Finally as I was walking away the front desk person asked why I was leaving, I told her that the manicurist had refused to do my nails, although I fully understood that I ran the risk of chipping, breaking, fungi, etc... she then told me she would have another person do my nails. I agreed, but I will never come back... I was humiliated and received no apology

This place is always busy. Sundays are walk in only. The staff is very friendly, and I recommend Kelly. They have a good variety of services here including waxing. The prices.are very reasonable as well. It is an older establishment and looks a bit outdated but great experience overall.

This salon needs a serious cleaning of its wall pictures, fake plants and marquee. They are very dusty and have cob webs on marquee. The chairs are torn and tattered. The walls are full of nail paint colors, windows and doors are dirty as well. The nail techs are very good so they get 5 stars.

The wait is always so long to the point where I consider leaving. The receptionist I think I heard someone call her Vicky is so rude. I asked her a question she told me to hold on before I even finished. I would understand if they were busy but that lady woke up in a bad mood and brought it to her job.however, the lady who did my nails was sweet, and I love how she did my nails. So I guess because of that I give them 3 stars.

Yes, I agree with most of you when you say the receptionist was rude. But I found are humor in her rudeness and I made jokes with her. Im impressed with my nails. Im a Commercial Driver so I dont get my nails done very often, but when I do, I expect them to last 2 weeks at least. Well, theres lasted nearly a month! Loving the gel polish they used and only my right thumb white tip nail came off. Its been nearly a month, the other nine are holding steady! So overall, the job they did was great! Attitudes could be better though.

Extremely crowded. I have only been able to get in once. I come with my mom, she loves it, but I am not as convinced that the wait is worth it. If I drive to Rancho itdbe faster. If youre walking in dont bother. Even appointments waited an hour or more. Theres at least a 2 hour wait and thats from being there at opening time. They cant help how popular they are in an area with not many nail salons. I just wish the wait was not soooo long. All the time.

Customer service four out of five I have had them not pay attention and cut my cuticles but for the most part I like going there more expensive than other places. Not too fond when they don’t talk to you and they’re only talking in their language to the other workers I think it’s rude.

First time doing a medi and pedi and the lady that attended me was so nice. my friend and i had to wait an hour but it was worth the wait.

First time here and there will not be a second. Ridiculously long wait. Only 2 people signed in ahead of me however 5 people after me were taken first. The receptionist was very rude. My manicurist had zero interaction with me throughout my pedicure. I am Diabetic and h as ve nerve damage and Mobility issues which Im self conscious about already, this was only made worse by the staff, laughing pointing and giggling. Thanks Red Persimmon but no thanks.

I give this place 4 stars. The plce is very clean and they do a good job. One thing I would like to point out on a personal experience; they have NOT given me a toe infection (Yuck. I know right) . Ive been to this place before but after trying new places and them giving me a toe infection, I think Im just gunna make this my go to place. :)

I will begin by saying the receptionist is very rude and completely lacks customer service skills. If you ask how long the wait is she will lie and say about half an hour.....ugghhhh.....how about saying the truth 1 hour and 15 min to be called and sat on spa station to wait an additional 30 minutes without notice. In addition to walk ins being taken out of sequence. Wont be coming back which sucks because they are so close to my workplace.

It was an ok place but they really didnt do good on my nails Ive had them since bothers day may 13 and its now may 16 and my nail look so brown and ugly its my first time and Im so disappoint in them

This place is disgusting! I had to wait an hour to be seated at a spa pedicure station. Then I sat with my feet in the water for 45 minutes before they started my pedicure. They also forgot I was having a manicure and tried to dismiss me, so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes after my pedicure to get my manicure. Maybe I hit the salon during a bad time/season but this wasnt the make or break it part for me. Heres the part that made me wish I had never gone. You know that blue sanitizing solution? Yea, they have that everywhere but nothing is inside. You know why? Because they dont sanitize their tools. How do I know? Because after spending over 3 hours in the salon with nothing to do but observe, I watched at least 7 workers take their tools from person to person and only switch the towels. Sometimes they would use a buffer or emery board to get the flesh out of the cuticle cutters before using them on someone else. They didnt even clean the cutters when after they finished my feet and then used the same cart of tools/supplies on my hands! Sometimes I watched them leave the same tools on their carts they push around from chair to chair and sometimes they threw them in the drawer to only pull them right back out again. Can you imagine if someone they had used the tools on had some bacterial skin infection or wart? That would transfer to every other person they helped afterward. Their portable lighting unit to dry the gel on my nails that dirt and goop all over it and there were little gnats/bugs inside. They were not cleaning the floors throughout the day so walking from station to station in sandals let to multiple nail clippings being caught between my feet and sandal. My manicurist spoke absolutely no English so I sat quietly for over 3 hours which was awkward and could barely understand her hand language to perform certain actions such as move a hand or foot, wash my hands, etc. NEVER GOING BACK, EVER!!!!! I challenge you, if you decide to still try this place, please watch for the empty sanitizing solutions and the tools being used from person to person.

The work is always great and the ladies are so friendly and fun.....but I hate the wait. I always have appointment but still end up waiting a while. The manager needs to manage time better. Its not the employees fault... Sometimes im in the middle of a pedicure and they send my lady to go do a quick waxing. Thats sooooo RUDE!!!!

I actually liked my pedi I’d give that 5 stars!I thought the lady did a nicejob! However the lady at the front desk was very rude, she ignored me twice as I tried to ask her a question two different times, I know she heard me I was standing right in front of her! She was more worried about being on her cell phone than doing her job. After my mom and I finished with our pedis we went up to pay, (while she was on her cell phone yet again) she charged us and gave us our change. We then sat down and waited for our toes to dry for a few minutes then got up and left. After we got out the door and were walking to stater brothers the rude woman calls out to us saying to me you didn’t pay! I turn to her and say yes I did you even handed me my change! She then looks over at my mom says ok did you pay my mom says yes you gave me my change as well. Says oh sorry I have to much work. No lady! You were just to busy on your phone, not paying attention to what you’re doing! She obviously can’t multi task. I am truly disappointed, I’m not sure I will go back.

I brought my niece to get her Nails polished my niece loves getting her nails done so she stays still youd think the lady would know what shes doing but she only painted half of her Nails they charged over 20$ for just a simple polish then when I asked her to check if they were dry she refused she wouldnt look to see if they were dry was fighting me over checking the nails by far the most rude and horrible people Ive had to deal with!!!

Amazing. Was helped as soon as i walked in. Everyone was helpful and talkative in a good mood they have alot of space and staff so i was able to get a fancy spa pedicure and a fill at the same time which is always nice. Nails came out great and i attribute that to the fact that they took their time and werent worried about a long wait cuz there were plenty of people. Definently going back.
