Literally have plastic shields all over the place to protect the workers and yourself yet they still require a mask. Do not go here if you care about supporting businesses who are about freedom. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try their services, however appointments must not mean a lot to them as I waiting 15 minutes past m y appointment time and they still sat someone before me. Will not be going back, way too many other places to give my business to.

Very poor customer service. I went in for manicures for me and my 6 years old daughter. They started with me first, then kept passing up my daughter as people kept walking in. I reminded the owner that my daughter was also a paying customer and should be next. By the time they actually got to her I was already done and just said forget it. I knew they would try to rush her since shes a kid and I rather go home and paint her nails myself than to pay them . Plus they charge a $1 fee for some bag with a nail filer. Very tacky. Never again.

The lady at the entrance rude, inconsiderate. I asked her to clean my nail polish which she had left behind before she started doing the full set. She got upset and said she couldnt do it. She said to go home and not come back asking her to do my nails. I will never return to this place again. Besides me there were 5 other clients leaving upset. Overcharging as well for something they didnt request.

Micheal did my nails and Tina did my daughters nails. I would recommend this shop. Worth a try for sure. Im a super naggy customer and they delt with me well lol. I will be back .

Great service, completely covid compliant, extremely friendly. I took my 4 girls and my son here for manicures and pedicures and all the employees were thorough. They treated the kids like actual customers which is something I have to fight about at other places. Will definitely return. They even gave us a small discount for being a large group and our first time. (I gave it back as a tip) but the gesture was noted and appreciated.

They rushed me to pick a color I felt super rushed and chose a green color. They lady ended up doing the wrong color. They pushed me to my chair cause I was apparently taking forever to pick a color. Then they let an old lady pick a color and she took at least 30 minutes to pick a color.

They were all super nice! They took their time on my pedicure and manicure. Like other places I always feel as if there rushing me or just wanting to get my stuff done. Here they take their time and they are very friendly. They paint really good and it’s super clean!

First time customer and will definitely be returning. I was helped by Linda (hope I spelled her name correctly) who was very sweet and professional. She was precise and very considerate about what I wanted. The salon is clean and staff is quite friendly.Prices are decent, too! They have you buy a lil baggy with a nail file and box file for a dollar to bring back and reuse, which is clever and I can totally get behind it.

The basic Pedi given by a man was nice however, the boss-lady made me feel like she thought I was going to run out without paying! Pretty dusty inside too.

Anna does an awesome job on my gel manicure. She is very detailed orientated. All of the employees are very nice. Swing on by you wont be disappointed. If you happen to get Kevin, you will be laughing the entire time....

My dad and I went in for pedicures and we had a great experience. They sat us down right away and Kevin was very professional and sweet. They took their time and we did not feel rushed at all, it was very relaxing. Will come back again.

I called and asked if they had any open appointments..the lady told me yes and to pick a time to come in. I told her what time and showed at the said time. I have been waitin for 40 mins now. They are not professional in the least bit don’t waste your time seriously.

It was a nice, calm place and they work quick but do a good job and keep a conversation during the session. There was one man there who was helping a mom by offering to trim her daughters nails because she was telling her nail artist that she has a hard time doing it because she cries. He was patient with the little girl and made her laugh and he didnt push anything on the little girl that she didnt understand, he always asked the mom for permission and he even did a design on her nails at no extra charge, it was so sweet and the little girl was smiling and laughing the whole time.

This place has the worst customer service. I had an appointment and they started 40 min later. The lady who did my Fill took 2.5 hours and she did a terrible job. Don’t waste your time and money...

They have terrible customer service. They get upset with you the paying customer cause you are particular about what you want. They do a rush job when there in no one waiting. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere. Its not worth the headache. The only good thing about this place is Kevin, he does good pedicures. The lady all the way in the back (middle ages) has the worst attitude and is lazy. I dont understand how shes still here but its a family business, so thats why. Its disgusting how they sit here and talk 🤬🤬🤬 about their clients, they should be careful when speaking about their clients especially if they would like to keep them. This place has the worst customer service. The woman that runs the place is rude. They are late on numerous occasions weather as a walk-in or by appointment. Today, they were late 15 minutes late my daughter and I waiting outside their tire front in 49 degree weather so decided to warm up at the donut store next door. Knowing how late it was I periodically checked from donut store front to see activity at nail spa. We were in the donut shop 2 minutes. We show up 6 customers (4 of them waited in their cars for store to open) being tended to. A man was sitting waiting. The owner asked how can I help you? I told her we (my daughter and myself) had an appointment for pedicures. She said she didn’t remember about our appointments and that was the last straw for me. I then told her a business shouldn’t open late on a consistent basis. She cut me off and started walking away. So I stood there and decided to walk out. I will not visit here again. In the past I’ve tolerated the her general rudeness to customers. I do t recommend this place. The workers other than the owner (Woman) have been friendly and pleasant otherwise.

I have been going here for several years. Along with my mother, daughter, and mother in law. We have always felt welcome. Both, Jason and Helen give the best manicure & pedicure ever. The entire staff is so kind, and they make you feel comfortable here. Everything is kept very clean. There may not be the biggest selection of polish so plan ahead if you have a particular color in mind.Try to go mid week, they do get busy during weekend.

I have been here many times. It has always been clean, the people are respectful, the price is reasonable and, THEY USE SANITARY INSTRUMENTS (wow). Not something you find often. I go during the week in the early afternoon hours or morning and their is not a long wait. The staff made the effort to speak English even to one another while I was there. The person doing my nails did not speak to other staff, except when a question was asked that was work related. I have not been to another salon where the person doing my nails primarily spoke to me, didnt socialize with other staff, and seemed to genuinly care. They took their time with my nails but I had no complaints because it was quiet. The reason no higher stars is because selection on colors is limited.

Disorganized and rude customer service, i have been going there for the past few years and never had a problem until last Friday. The owner was very rude and would not communicate with me as to when it was going to be my turn, i sat and waited over 30 minutes while i watched others get serviced before me, when i simply asked if they had appointments i was told that they did not want to do my nails. End result of the poor conversation i was told that i don’t have to come back again. They turn on their customers, rude people that lack etiquette and customer service

So I asked her “ how long?” Again she said “ just a little” I asked “ how long” she then yelled “ are you in a hurry”. How does she expect to run a business with that rude attitude. No thank you!! I will take my business elsewhere! And I will tell all my family and friends not to go there.

Soooo where can I start from.... Hmmmm I am a person that really pays attention to peoples work and customer service and let me just say this is one of those places that i leave unhappy every single TIME (ABOUT 4 TIMES) :( I hate the customer service, I hate the rush, I hate the quality of work I hate everything !!!!! I am so sorry but i wont be coming back here anymore. The only reason I came here is to give it a try and since i work right next to it I thought it would be easier. But i will just stick to my nail techs that ive had before. The pedicures to me need to be acutal pedicures not just remove old polish cut a bit and paint literally thats how they do it :( SO not satisfying its a place to relax and enjoy myself but i end up leaving even more upset!! Gosh people just dont come here !

Been here for a pedicure five times. Usually I leave happy. Yesterday I was disappointed. I paid extra for the callus remover and usually they scrub the callus off. The girl Anna that did mine just rubbed over the bottom really quick and didnt remove any of the callus. I ended up coming home and doing it myself. If you go here for a pedicure I suggest you ask for either John or Kevin they do a great job!

Prices are reasonable and they do a great job!! I definitely recommend this place 😊.

This is my new favorite nail place! The staff are always friendly and helpful everytime Im here. During the weekend things can get a little crowded and the wait could be long but overall this place really hit the spot.

Horrible, I went to get a full set and a guy did my nails. he took 2+ hours. Then made me tip by staring at my money and pointing at it. Went to dry my nails I was there for less than a minuet and he turns it off and opens the door for me to leave. Got home to my nails still wet and all messed up.
