I waited almost 30 mins on the pedicure chair, my feet getting soak. But I loved my Mani and pedi

They don’t build apex on acrylic nails they basically don’t know how to do acrylic nails. They suck at doing pedicure leaving the gel polish uneven and applied very quickly and leaving empty spaces on toe nails. They are horrrrrrrible at doing eyelash extensions leaving ur eyes clumps full of glue, uneven lashes, and they feel like they’re jabbing ur eyes when they’re “complete “ also they don’t even wear gloves or wash they’re hands before applying which is very unsanitary if they’re going to be touching my eyes. They’re eyelashes feel like plastic and hard never going here again horrible all around and disgusting how unsanitary they are especially during the pandemicUpdate: I returned for a pedicure. They did not remove my gel polish properly leaving me with specs of gel polish. The girl doing my toes was lazy didn’t properly clean my toes I was sitting with my feet soaking for over an hour before someone decided to do my pedicure which made my feet really cold!

First, the design is not how i wanted it at all, they were super rough to the point where my nail was literally bleeding under the acrylic. She continuously was drilling my skin instead of my nails. My nails are still throbbing and it’s been at least 6 hours. Also the wait to get me toes done was at least a 30- 40 min wait and they kept taking people that were not there before me. 0/10 do not recommend

Whomever gave this place 5 stars please tell me who did your nails because the lady who did mine is the worst and shouldnt be allowed to do nails. Do these look like $40 nails to you? I have a few photos, so you be the judge. I tried taking different ones with my cell phone with different lighting to show you how bad they are. She didnt even get the clear gel on right! After not being able to get the color and design I wanted - twice, I opted with this color because she couldnt do the ones I showed her. I got these done last Friday, broke my pinky nail very easily the following day and took these pictures 2 nights after that. I was soo embarrassed to show my nails I couldnt wait another week to get them all redone somewhere else.

I got there at 6. I didn’t get helped till 8:30. Mind you it was not busy at all and they kept on serving customers that got their after me. They rushed my whole services. I’ve been here a couple of times to give them chances. But every time I have came, they rush me and do a half fast job. And the painting is always messy. I ask for them to re do it and they say it’s fine. I do not recommend this place.(Go to #1 Nails and Spa instead, they know how to treat customers).

Service was absolutely horrible Kathy is a total mess and Nancy he is rude I went in to get a pedicure and they gave me callus remover without asking and the items that were listed on the menu for the pedicure that I selected they refuse to give me. I went in to the salon at 1:30 for a pedicure and fill but I only got a pedicure and they refuse to do a feel I asked why arent they able to do my feel and Kathys reply to me was because theyre busy. So if Im willing to spend my money they will refuse me service? This is my first time at the salon and I will never come back again. Dont waste your money or time going to this salon the people are rude and you get half done service. Its not worth it spend your money elsewhere where you will be happy and you will be treated with dignity

I’ve only been here once so I can only talk about the one woman who serviced me. I don’t know her name but she looked like she was in her forties with short hair (long pixie). She was very rough with my feet and kept scratching the top of my foot with the nail file and left my skin irritated. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on my toes and she kept trying to convince me not to. He finally gave up then did a very poor job which is probably why she didn’t want to do it. Then I got my lip waxed and she was trying to speed through for another customer so she was sloppy and even hit me in the face and knocked off my glasses. I was so mad! When I pointed out that one of my toenails was missing a rhinestone (the one she struggled more with), she charged me another dollar to fix it. I’ve had like 100 pedicures and this was the absolute worst. What kind of service provider argues with you about what you want??? Never going back!

Its a decent shop. Not too busy when I went but they work quickly. It is cash only, they have an ATM inside but for an additional fee.

This is BY FAR the worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! Not only were the employees OUTRAGEOUSLY RUDE, but they charged an extremely large amount for the TERRIBLE service provided! The environment was dirty and utensils were reused without proper cleaning, unbelievable!

I love this place first time I came and they did an amazing job!! I got exactly what I wanted and the price is great.. all of the lady’s are really nice, I have seen women get eyelashes and they look so natural so that’s what I’m getting next :)

It was my first time going to this place. I decided I wanted to treat myself for my birthday since the last time I did my nails was over 2 years ago and I also had a gender reveal party happening the day after I got them done.I went quite a while ago but I feel like I just had to get the review out. The lady that did my nails was on her phone the entire time I was getting them done. She was so distracted that when she was cutting the plastic nails to shape them she went too far down and almost cut my finger with her scissors. I had to quickly pull it back. I got cut during the filing process and during the drill part as well. She painfully pushed my cuticles into my fingers with her nail.I should have spoken up but I unfortunately did not. Someone else did my toes and even though she was nicer and more attentive she made my toes bleed while she was getting the skin in the ridge in between your toenails and toes. I honestly would not recommend this place. I should have walked out when I saw that they only had one licensed certification up on the wall and about 6 people working. Maybe their license was elsewhere that I did not see but they are supposed to have them all displayed for each worker. All in all this whole painful experience cost me almost $100 with the tip included. My fingers and toes hurt for days after this. If you do decide to give this place a try I hope your experience is better than what I had.

My sister has her nails done they broke her nail, gave her a completely different color, wrong shape and were the rudest ever ! Terrible service and very questionable health violations. Trash cans are not labeled and over flowing. The files and materials used are not thrown away, brushes used to apply acrylic are not properly sterilized, the floors are filthy and most importantly the manicurist removed acrylic nails invorrrctly causing a lot of pain and nail breakage.

The nail techs seem to be rushing through the services they provide. The 2 girls who did my mani/pedi both did only mediocre work. One girl was brutal removing a hang nail on my toe and the other gave me one on my finger. Doubt I will be returning.

Had my eyebrows waxed super nice and quick! Definitely going back :)Update: not going back anymore. Theres a lady that leaves your eyebrows CROOKED AND MESSED UP AF!!! I need to find a new place v.v

This place is horrible. Came in and asked for a gel pedicure, gel full set, brows and showed them a picture of the color I liked and they matched it to one they had and they said it would be the same color i asked for once it dries! Totally not ! I was left with a horrible lavander ugly purple. The next issue has to do with my full set while I was getting my toes done some lady with short hair she was old she was working on my nails I asked for coffin shape ! I dont know what she was thinking she made them ugly thick and squared ! And when she was done filing them she asked to wash my hands I told her are you seriously done ???? this isnt the shape I asked for. And plus each and every nail was a diffrent shape ! Two of them were so crooked, extremely ! When I pointed it out she just said its your finger.... I told her I had never ever had somone tellMe my finger was crooked !!! And she continued to try and fix my nails it was a disaster I wanted to cry ! Thank god the guy thats there came and fixed every single one of my nails ! He knew they were all messed up! So as Im sitting there getting my nails fixed for the 5th time ! Some other young girl comes and does my eyebrows and leaves me with literally almost no brows ! I have huge thick brows and I clearly said just clean them I dont like thin brows ! Nope she waxed more than half my eyebrows off and plus she waxed off half of the end of my brow . I was so angry ! And still paid them 81$ never ever returning here oh yeah my feet were extremely itchy after I left !

I came here to get my nails done . Never again will I go there . I told the lady that my nails were messed up and she ignored me . I told her again and kept putting nail polish on and she made it worse . Don’t come here. They talk too much and don’t get their work done . Never again will I come here

Horrible!!! I went in for a gel manicure and gel manicure started turning black within hours. I paid 25$ and tipped $9. Went back to get it fix and they were very rude about it. For sure never going back to this place. Not worth my Money and time.

Salon was horrible men who did my nails with super rough to the point where I bled and my skin burned my nails did not come out as I wanted them and the design was not what I asked and they came out all scratched and are all messy and I paid $70 and it wasnt worth it

I pay $ 50.00 for my nail and it’s look good at first and I check my nail in home it’s look so bad.Much money I do not know Ben wellI needed to file them well, they were badly uneven, well crooked, I left thinking that they would turn out well and fat and then very thin

I got a horrible infection in my toe, really bad servis never going back, tremendous infection on my finger, I take a skin off my blood and from there a horrible infection I do not recommend
